Studies&Me is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in Dermatology studies. We are on a mission to turn clinical operations upside down to make it fit into the everyday life of the participant, and thereby democratize clinical studies and patients' access to new treatments. At the moment we have a focus on the participant recruitment process for clinical studies, but our goal is to become the leading CRO within virtual dermatology studies. Virtual studies are studies that are conducted remotely and comfortably in the study participants' own home, as opposed to traditional centralized studies, where participants on a regular basis must spend time and money on traveling to a study-affiliated clinic. We are a team of 10 people from all over the world and we are looking forward to bringing more to the family. Our office is located in Health Tech Hub Copenhagen close to Nørreport Station. On working days lunch is cooked and served by our in-house chef and kitchen personnel. We also often bring people together for many different social events such as Friday bars, book clubs, workout challenges and board games. W4W is a danish NGO working for Clean Water and Sanitation for all. Our main area of operation is Africa. So far we've raised funds for about 50 water pumps for poor communities across five African countries. Communities in need apply on our website for clean water assistance. We review the requests and our local partners visit promising communities to evaluate needs and provide borehole installation quotes. We then fundraise, mainly from Danish companies and donors, to sponsor water projects matched to communities. Our partners handle borehole establishment and provide project updates and photos to sustain engaged support. This model allows donors to directly aid worthy recipients in achieving life-changing clean water access. The design must be able to last for several generations, the price must be at the lowest level, with as few intermediaries as possible. Together with these companies, we have made 300+ small videocourses about specific tasks in the different companies or branches. Hereby people can get proof of what they already know, and they can learn a little more at the same time. Once they have done that we have an automatic CV-maker. It just need you to answer some simple questions (then it fills out CV automatically), add a picture, and then it pops up with 10-15 suggestions of how your CV could be. The same story regarding "Apply", but here you have the option for choosing between a lot of sentences, so you dont need a big vocabulary yourself. All this is packed in to be used on handheld devices, as it is seldom that people in this stage of their life, have admittance to a well functioning PC/MAC.
