We also offer great catering alternatives for both big and small events.          As the daughter of two Vietnamese restaurant entrepreneurs, Minna Tran knew her way around the kitchen from an early age. Eventually, her own kitchen became a favourite spot for friends to enjoy delicious, authentic Vietnamese street food.  Minna realised that people would love to cook this kind of food themselves – if they just had the time, and a little help. In early 2016, after endless experimenting in her kitchen, PanicSupper was born. The mission: to introduce genuine Vietnamese street food into people’s homes and hearts – in a simple, healthy and affordable way. Within less than a year, PanicSupper was not only up and running – it was expanding with more dishes, new employees, a full-fledged restaurant and a blossoming catering business. Impact Roasters is a social coffee enterprise supporting coffee farmers and local communities in Ethiopia through its trade model called Impact Trade.    We bring coffee beans directly from small-scale farmers without middlemen from the highlands of Ethiopia, which we roast locally at our roastery in Copenhagen.    At the moment, we run different Impact projects in Ethiopia bringing significant changes to the local coffee farming communities.   Nidzara Fazlic and Daniel Halalla (Ethiopian)  started the company to bring the Ethiopian coffee culture to Scandinavia: roasting the coffee on the spot, enjoying coffee as a social drink and appreciating the work of the coffee growers who are part of the company. At Impact Roasters, we strive to share our love for coffee and tell the world about the rich Ethiopian coffee culture. We also believe that we can create long-term impact by bringing the farmers directly to the roasters. We want our partners to know where their coffee came from, when it was picked and who are the people behind the process from the beginning to the very end.
