Bolighub is Denmark's new rental housing portal. We strive to offer the market's best rental property portal. We are dedicated to connecting people and homes and making it easier for tenants to find the right home and for landlords to find the right tenant. Our clear goal is to collect all available rental properties on the Danish housing market, so that home seekers get the best conditions for finding the right home.

We are in indie game developer based out of Oslo, Norway. We have to date launched five games for PC, Switch and mobile platforms. At the moment we develop "Life Below", a creative strategy city-builder where you build and manage ocean ecosystems. So a reef builder! In addition to our own IP, we develop games and gamification projects for society. We call ourselves an impact game developer as many of our projects are focused on positive change to society. Right now we develop a game for all kids going into hospital, a history game to spice up history learning in schools, a city cleaning game using the mascot of Oslo, a climate game and an awareness game tackling difficult issues in relation to sex and identify. Many of our impact projects are successes, and are widely used. Our aim is to make society better, one game at the time.

Vocaire is a startup that focuses on empowering physical therapists with AI technologies. The problem we are solving is that PTs cannot be 100% present during their consultation since they have to focus on administrative work and other tasks. The founders of our startup are previous elite sportsmen who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies of the current system. Physical therapy is a crucial part of the recovery process for many individuals who have experienced injuries or other physical limitations. However, the current system is highly inefficient and often requires PTs to spend a significant amount of time on administrative tasks. For example, PTs may have to spend time scheduling appointments, documenting patient progress, and communicating with other healthcare providers. This leaves less time for PTs to focus on their patients and provide the best possible care. At Vocaire, we believe that technology can help alleviate this problem. By leveraging AI and other advanced technologies, we aim to streamline administrative tasks and give PTs more time to focus on their patients. Overall, we believe that Vocaire has the potential to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of physical therapy. By leveraging AI and other advanced technologies, we aim to empower PTs to provide the best possible care to their patients. Even with green energy, asphalt producers can only reduce their CO2 emissions by 40%. Towards zero-carbon roads, an innovative fossil free material is needed. Visibuilt develops an innovative road material that removes the need for fossil ingredients and reduces energy consumption during asphalt production. The product will be produced with waste materials from the building industry for a truly circular solution.

Quine develops workflow and automation solutions for the film and broadcast community. We work with different partners such as ARRI, LADIO, Microsoft, NRK, Telia to find the best solutions and distribute them to our customers worldwide. Quine was founded December 2016. Simula Research Laboratory joined in when activity started in January 2017. Competence, industry- and tech knowledge in addition to a close connection to our customer base and main markets, are currently our main strengths.
