Crystallize

Crystallize was founded in 2017 based on two principles: Using Internet craftsmanship to design and engineer the best headless eCommerce service for building a business online. Utilizing the same principles of internet craftsmanship in every aspect when we build our own company and defining our own business model. Giving us an extreme focus on removing friction to free up resources and focus on what really matters; team, customers, product and growth. Creating even more value for our customers and partners. Exemplified by our simplified legal framework and the way we price our service with a free tier with generous quotas and no limit on features to how we build our globally distributed team and digital customer journey. We want to use these principles to build a movement based on Internet craftsmanship. The founding brothers Bård and Aleksander Farstad have taken earlier ventures to the global scale, serving some of the most demanding clients globally, like The Economist, Financial Times, KitchenAid and NASA, building global ecosystems of partners and developers across all continents. New Normal Group is a venture accelerator and investor, founded by Bård, Aleksander and their partners, with a mission to build exponential software companies that chase the new normal of their industry. Being extremely hands-on, strategically and systematically supporting founding teams while at the same time supporting them with funding and resources so they can focus on what matters the most; building a world-class team, creating products customers love and driving growth. As we ourselves also are entrepreneurs, Crystallize is a venture fully incubated by the New Normal Group in 2017. Now a fully independent company, where Bård spends all his time as CEO, Crystallize still enjoys being a New Normal Group company. Pacertool

Pacertool develops PaCRTool, a highly differentiated and proprietary solution to improve cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in heart failure patients. PaCRTool provides healthcare professionals with quantifiable evidence to determine when CRT is effectively applied to heart failure patients and ensure synergy from biventricular pacing. The technology addresses the two big unmet needs in pacing for heart failure patients: patient selection and verified lead placement. The company focusses on the US market and is implementing a 510(k) strategy in parallell with early safety & feasibility clinical data.

Cavai AS

Cavai AS was founded in December 2017 with the goal of revolutionizing online advertising. User experiences have largely been neglected on the web, and Cavai saw early on that chatbot technology, which has initially been used in customer service, could be a wonderfully good advertising product. Usually, chatbot technology is used as customer service on its own website, while Cavai's platform is built to be able to use chatbot technology on millions of websites for contextual advertising. The team today consists of 15 people, and the product has been launched in Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK with 50 paying customers. Customers are very pleased and report that Cavai's technology is having a very good effect on completed advertising campaigns. Cavai will have its first month of positive operating results in October and looks to have sales of around 3 million in 2019. Next year will be a big growth year, where we have budgeted with a turnover of NOK 41 million. This growth has also been discussed by Finansavisen, where as part of Finansavisen's web-TV series "Vext", Cavai filmed his meeting with advertising legend Sir Marting Sorell in London. Aivero

At Aivero we strive to bring AI to industrial robotics. We are a young and dynamic startup with offices in Norway and Denmark Aivero is a Scandinavian startup founded in 2017 with a mission to democratize automation by simplifying robotic control to the point where anyone can deploy and operate them. No more code, programming, or complex path planning—vision-guided robotics automates this too.

Monio AS

Monio AS (org. nr. 913 978 617) er et heleid datterselskap av SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA (org. nr. 937 895 321). Monio AS formidler lån til små og mellomstore bedrifter og er regulert av Finanstilsynet med tillatelse til å drive virksomhet som betalingsforetak og er registrert som låneformidler. Som lånformidler er Monio ikke en part i låneavtalen mellom långiver og låntaker.

OK Minilager AS

OK, Self-Storage Group consists of the brand's City Self-Storage and OK Minilager. We have more than 60 locations in Scandinavia. We aspire to be the leading company in tech in our industry. We have just closed funding from several investors, and we have an ambitious growth plan for the years to come.

A7 Europe AS

A7 was founded in USA late 2015. It was started as a movement dedicated to helping others reaching their full potensial. On the back of all the shirts there is a patented grip that prevents the bar from sliding when you do squats. When you do bench it keeps your body from sliding. Its usable for many other purposes in training as well but that´s the two big ones. 2016 was a true adventure for the Europe company.
