Over the next 10 years - in Denmark alone - it’s estimated that more than 60.000 companies will change hands. It’s the baby boomers that are nearing the pension age. Unfortunately 70% of all companies that are up for sale don't get sold. We want to change that number by making it easier for business owners to prepare their companies for the exit. The platform solves this through self-assessments, which lead to an automatic curated executable plan with tasks, e-learning content and templates.
