Moggie

Moggie is a smart collar and mobile app for cats that becomes the world’s first cat care system with intelligent vet knowledge base. The app keeps all data about the cat (age, weight, breed, castration status) in one place and shares tailored tips for every cat owner based on entered information. The collar uses embedded advanced motion algorithm to track all cat’s activities, understand needs and analyze behavioural patterns of the pet.   Today we developed a device that will help busy people from all over the world to take care about their cats, despite time, distances, lack of knowledge or other obstacles. The best thing about Moggie that we unite cat lovers across the world. It is exciting to be the first to learn about cat needs and lives in the way no one has done before. Plus, thanks to Moggie we will finally find answer to the most important question in the universe - what our cats are doing when no one watches them :)We are 5 co-founders and close to 15 people working on making Moggie a success. In the founding team we have two MBA graduates from TOP-5 European Business Schools, winner of international design awards, winner of hardware competitions and veterinarian with international experience.

The AutoUncle Pitch Most people know AutoUncle for the consumer service (native apps and web) used by millions of consumers in 14 European countries. But, new colleagues tend to get very excited when they see the technological depth there is to AutoUncle’s platform (car valuations based on advanced statistics, indexing and data processing of millions of cars daily, pro dealership tools, automatic marketing platforms, automated billing and so much more). The company is financially strong and operates like a fast growing scale-up. There is a clear company vision (driven forward with OKRs) and a healthy work culture. EduLab

Edulabs vision is to make every child in the world better at math. Therefore they created the math platform MatematikFessor.dk which is the biggest provider of digital math for primary schools in Denmark. Today 70% of the schools in Denmark uses EduLabs digital solution and over 75.000 students visits the site every day. More than 1 million questions are answered per day. In 2013 EduLab launched the norweagan edition MatteMestern.no to get closer to the goal of the vision, to make every child better at math.

Nimblr ApS

Nimblr combines interactive training on IT security with simulated attacks, practical exercises and current content on the latest threats in a continuous training programme. Through simple configuration, the system is loaded with customer-specific data that automatically adapts training materials and simulations to each organisation’s specific environment.

Folkæt

Folkæt is for making regenerative teams matched by common values and mixed types. We want to create high-performing teams where skills and values are equalized. Keep it real! We have made people's profiles anonymous to make it as DEI-friendly as possible. Leaving out any possibility of bias, we are making a platform where people can connect on something much more important than the four discriminatory g's; gender, generation, geography, and genetics. Instead, we put bottoms up and begin with what we believe is most important and the future of recruitment; emotional and rational intelligence. By matching people based on values and personality traits, we have found a way to help people make less discriminatory choices when matching for teams or friendships. Blok is a digital real estate agency for residential properties. Simply put, we help people buy and sell apartments. Why? Real estate transactions are notorious for being the largest and most stressful financial decisions we take during our lives. There are a lot of questions, uncertainty and the process has traditionally been opaque and costly. Our goal at Blok is to fix that by providing a transparent and cost-efficient service, where the customer feels that she’s in control. At the core, we’re a technology company, since we recognize that winning in this market requires us to augment the best real estate agents with the best technology. Our digital services enable us to give our customers a modern customer experience and provides massive operational efficiencies for our real estate agents, which saves time and money, both for us and our customers. Founded in 2017, the company has grown rapidly with apartments sold for the combined value of over 500 MEUR to date and employs over 35 people in Finland and Sweden. We’re backed by prominent Nordic and Swiss investors and our financial situation is solid. The Story Blok's story started from our own experiences in the real estate market. In January 2015 our CEO Rudi Skogman found his dream apartment. To afford it he had to sell his old flat. After some price negotiations the apartment was sold and the real estate agent cashed in a 7000 € commission. Afterwards Rudi started thinking if using an agent had been right choice after all. There had to be a better (and cheaper) way to sell apartments. In the spring of 2016 Rudi got the idea of using technology to automate most of the selling process. Soon after that Juha, Samu and Olli joined. Things started to fall in place: What if we would let the owner arrange viewings? What if bids could be made online? What if the home valuation would be done by an algorithm? What if the transaction cost was a bit more reasonable? After taking a leap of faith and founding Blok the service was officially launched in the spring of 2017. Since then the company has served thousands of home sellers and buyers across Finland and Sweden. The company has won recognition as one of the hottest startups in Europe (Wired) and as the best new web service of the year (Grand One). The Service Our apartment sales service provides an easy and seamless digital experience for selling and buying an apartment throughout the whole home buying and selling process: - The valuation service estimates the value of your apartment based on advanced algorithms and actual transactions. - The trading platform enables bidding for apartments electronically. - The agent service automates nearly all routine tasks of the real estate agent, making the whole process extremely cost-efficient. Our Etsivä service offers an unique way to buyers to find their dream apartment. The service looks for a suitable apartment among all existing apartments in the Helsinki Capital Region and can tell you how many actually exist, how many are sold per year and for what price. You can ask us to contact the owners of those apartments to check if they are interested in buying. Our digital services matched with our stellar customer service team has resulted in a world-class customer happiness which has steadily measured in the 80-90 range on the NPS scale.

Nordic Mylk

Our company has been founded on the accelerating wave of people consuming plant-based foods and beverages. Many of these people - our target audience - have taken highly conscious decisions to decrease their consumption of animal-based foods of beverages for a variety of reasons such as health, environment, ethics and economy. However, a significant proportion of these people are facing a serious dilemma as it turns out a lot of packaged plant-based foods - and especially pre-made beverages (plant-milks) - are ultra-processed (for the sake of shelf life and taste) and filled with various additives and sugar. This unfortunately makes them significantly less healthy and nutritious compared to conventional cow-milk, which is a clear and unintended aspect of people choosing plant-based fodder and beverages. By providing an easy-to-use, convenient and fast method for producing own plant-based milk, Nordic Mylk enables people to reduce their animal-based food and beverage consumption, shifting to plant-based ingredients - but doing so in way that retains quality, health and taste - while being a more economic solution at the same time. We want to be mission-driven on the purpose of consuming plant-based food and beverages - and Doing It Yourself We want to spark a (more than competition) creative recipe-universe so people unfold the taste-potential of plants We want to be a 2-way where and put users centre stage to share content, recipes and experiments with each other
