On the path to climate neutrality 2050, the EU is further tightening energy efficiency standards for existing buildings. 80% of existing buildings will thereby require energy renovations leaving property owners with many question marks on renovation measures and cost. dags provides property owners with the full picture of renovation alternatives, required budget and climate impact. Unlike existing solutions we do so with high precision and low cost. Our software was developed through years of research at Lund University. We launched in November and already have the trust of some of Sweden’s largest real estate companies as well as the City of Malmö as our customers. We have also recently received grants from Energimyndigheten as well as Lund University Innovation accelerator. We are a lean, highly driven and efficient team combining deep expertise on the engineering and business side of building energy efficiency.

For us, it is completely crazy that it is easier to find Stockholm's best pizza or which flight ticket is cheapest online, than to get a reasonably well-founded price estimate of what an apartment should cost - and we want to change that. We are a start-up improving the customer experience when buying/selling apartments and houses, by using AI and technology to make most people's #1 investment decision safer and more data driven. .

Founded in 2016, NinjaThinking develops and nurtures game-changing ideas, taking them from idea to proof of concept before "releasing them into the wild". We have a specific project seeking funding for marketing & advertising purposes. Our goal is to become the go-to-place for people in need of electrical services by providing the easiest and safest way to get the job done. With SpotOn you order online, get a fixed price instantly and the job done by handpicked pros at a time that suits you. We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. Waved is developing solutions to help restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail create a better atmosphere for their guests. Happy guests stay longer and spend more. By using IoT sensors to analyze the human-made noise, Waved automatically adjusts the music volume to a perfect level - no matter the circumstances. We make the restaurant and hospitality experience better, no more shouting to hold a conversation - the background music will always balanced. WHY WAVED? THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm. It has the ability to understand and evaluate the sound environment and is used to set the perfect sound volume in order to maximise the customer experience.

Handitime

Our startup helps handicapped citizens manage their municipality helpers. There's a lot of confusion and stress related to keeping track of which helpers are doing what, sending their time sheets to the municipality and other similar issues like "tabt arbejdesfortjeneste". All of it usually requires a lot of different, separate calendars, and handitime is a shared calendar between citizens, parents and helpers, where the helpers themselves can put in the hours they use, and then the citizen and/or their parents just have to approve it, export to excel, and send it to their municipality.

LUVE Wellness Space

LUVE Wellness Space is developing an online platform that helps wellness entrepreneurs and -professionals to find venues to share their work. The nature of wellness industry is shifting more towards self employed health and wellness practitioners such as yoga & meditation teachers, personal trainers, life coaches, health therapists ect. These practitioners are working independently and they are mainly sharing their work remotely. Finding a perfect venue is hard and thats why we are developing a platform that brings inspiring venues to right people. At the same time theres a lot of ununtilised venues out there that could be used in wellness purposes. LUVE Wellness Space helps to increase the utilisation rate of these properties so that the owners can make more money. Right now if you are an entrepreneur looking for a place you need to search on Google. Google will suggest you different venues such as yoga or fitness studios. Then you have to email those studios and the whole process takes a lot of time for both sides. Through our service we provide venue owners a platform where they can easily list their venue and keep their calendar and prices up to date. For people looking for a venue we offer a handy filtering system so that they can find a venue that suits exactly to their needs. Theres a lot of unused potential among wellness entrepreneurs as well as wellness venues. LUVE Wellness Space helps both sides to utilise that potential more effectively. This will result more work for entrepreneurs, more diverse wellness services for people and more profit for venue owners. Both founders Laura and Elisa have been working in wellness industry for many years. The core reason for establishing LUVE Wellness Space was the deep passion to contribute to the well-being of society and bring more diversity into wellness industry. Laura: Having worked in the industry for many years and knowing a lot of amazing wellness professionals internationally made me think of how could all these important skills be brought to people. How could they deliver their work more freely? I found my way and started to rent other peoples studios and venues for my work. I soon noticed how difficult the process was for both sides. I started to talk with the venue owners and spotted a clear need for this service." Elisa: I was working for a big fitness centre chain and I always felt that I was not able to share my true unique gifts with people because the whole process was highly regulated and scripted. Why I'm so passionate about LUVE Wellness Space is that I know that through this service we can encourage fitness professionals to share their unique talents and skills more freely by bringing them facilities where they can be creative.

Znapto

We are building an app that connects small stores and consumers through offers and vouchers. Now, small stores can increase their reach by running hourly based offers on the Znapto platform for a fraction of the average marketing cost. Selling coffee but don't have any costumers due to bad weather? Put an offer on Znapto for a couple of hours, and attract costumers when you need them. We love the local communities and hope that this initiative will support local businesses all over the world - starting in Copenhagen.
