KvadratPeters matching-algoritme er langt mere avanceret sammenlignet med traditionelle boligagenter, som du måske kender fra diverse boligsider. Boligfundene er nemlig ikke bare en liste med resultater baseret på statisk boligdata, men indeholder også ekstra lag som muligheder fra ombygning, transport-tid til f.eks. job og uddannelse samt intelligente forslag kompromiser til både boligforhold, økonomi og beliggenhed. Alle boligfund bliver vurderet og får karakterer af KvadratPeter. Det betyder, at når brugeren modtager et boligfund, så kan KvadratPeter have vurderet f.eks. boligens beliggenhed til en karakter på 7/10, i forhold til brugerens søgeprofil. Brugeren kan også give sin egen karakter på de forskellige karaktertræk og denne feedback vil hjælpe med at gøre KvadratPeter klogere på hvad lige netop denne bruger søger.
