Til høsten kan du floate i Bare Flyts splitter nye floatingsenter i Midtbyen i Trondheim. I USA har floating lenge hatt en høy stjerne, og floating har faktisk vært et fenomen siden 1950-tallet. I Sveits, Tyskland, Sverige og England har floating slått rot, og floating er langt på vei å bli et populært tilbud i Norge, og de siste årene har det dukket opp floatingsenter over hele landet. Vi er tre unge og ambisøse gründere som i fjor vår fikk en idé om å bygge og drifte et floatingsenter i Trondheim. Siden den gang har ballen rullet i økende tempo, og iløpet av høsten står Bare Flyt floatingssenter klart for å gi trønderne et svært godt tilbud innenfor floating therapy. På veien mot åpning har vi fått Rosenborgspiller og ex-landslagsspiller Alexander Søderlund med på teamet. Hva er floating?I floatingtanken flyter du i kroppstemperert vann, og du kjenner ikke hvor vannet begynner og kroppen slutter. Store mengder epsomsalt gjør at du flyter som en kork i vannet, på samme måte som i Dødehavet. Kombinasjonen av vektløshet, kroppstempererte omgivelser og fullstendig isolasjon fra omverdens impulser gjør at hjernen kobler ut sin overlevelsesmekanisme, også kalt «fight or flight mode». Dette gir et velbehag og en sinnsro du ikke oppnår andre steder. Hjerneaktiviteten minner om en dyp meditativ tilstand.På samme måte som trening er bra for deg, har floating en god effekt på din mentale og fysiske helse. In order to maintain Norway's position as the largest and most important ski nation in the world, climatic changes require new thinking, types of facilities, snow technologies, and strategies. HST has a letter of intent with Vestfold county to take over the Holmestrand 1862-meter car tunnel at NOK 1 to be redeveloped into a NOK 200 million all-year-around ski facility for cross country, biathlon, and Paralympics. With SIAT/NTNU and Terje, Grønmo Architects developed an opportunity study ("Mulighetsstudie" found at www.holmestrandskitunnel.no). Business and marketing plan currently at work with University College of Southeast Norway, Campus Kongsberg. Why Holmstrand? Because the town is entering into a stage of comprehensive transformation and development, merging three municipalities into a 24,000 people unit, with a number of developments and construction projects coming up downtown at the seaside during the next 5-20 years and a NOK 6,7 billion state investment in a new railway system that takes passengers to Oslo in 45 minutes. 1 million people can reach Holmestrand in one hour by railway and E18. The railway stop is 100 meters from the future ski facility, which might serve as a magnet for other developments, creating health and social conditions for people at large. With an undeveloped fjord area, there is an opportunity to create a sports hub for unique marine and ski activities. Other projects are Gjelsten's leisure island Langøya, Kullboden (1 acre), Uni Quarter (1 acre) Hakan (might have swimming and hotel facilities, an architect study to be opened this fall), new car-free and covered main street (Langgaten), high stories car and boat parking with the business opportunity, heating/cooling systems (fjernvarme) based on excess energy from ski tunnel and Hydro smelter cooling water being served by an NTNU master study, an extension of 1200 leisure boat facilities and undeveloped south town area under the name Hagemann Brygge. Hagemann, in particular, is an excellent 55,000 sq.m. seafront residential and business opportunity with an option to be developed together with the neighboring ski tunnel. The ski tunnel and Hagemann together with some of the other projects would certainly become a long-term investment opportunity.

Five seasoned experts with over 175 years of experience in the oil & gas industry have developed a new patent pending disruptive revolutionary technology.   Water is separated in a horizontal well bore close to the reservoir and thereafter re-injected via a lateral well as pressure support to increase oil recovery. The Fluidsep DPP combines production and injection in one well with no spill to the surface, all excess water and sand is re-injected and never sees the surfaceThe technology enables  35% extra oil production and at the same time results in significantly reduced CO2/barrel of Oil. More than a 30% reduction compared with conventional production. An example of simulations shows extra income of > 1 Billion NOK per well. Fluidsep DPP has achieved TRL 2 - and requires 2 years of qualifications and pilot testing to be ready for the market, TRL 7. Strong interest in the market about our technology. Currently inviting investors and Seed capital funds to participate in the joint development of building a new international downhole service provider based in the Bergen region.

Kontorhuset driver utleie av cellekontorer og plasser i åpent landskap med tilhørende fasiliteter i et profesjonelt kontorfellesskap i Drammen sentrum. Kontorhuset Bragernes har 37 moderne kontorer, free seating plasser og et stort kontor til 11 personer i 4 etasje. Vi kaller det Plug and work som betyr at du skal få ditt nøkkelkort og passord ved ankomst, koble deg på det trådløse nettet og starte jobben. Vi organiserer alt med tanke på møbler på kontoret, sosiale soner og tilstelninger, kjøkken, kopi/print og vask av lokalene. Du skal bruke all din tid på jobb og ikke små praktiske unødvendigheter i hverdagen, det tar vi oss av. Fra høsten av åpner vi Kontorhuset Strømsø, der skal vi ha ca 120 business mennesker under samme tak. Dette betyr at på Bragnernes og Strømsø vil Kontorhuset ha ca 180 mennesker som skal bygge relasjoner og skape verdier i jobben. Som leietaker i Kontorhuset får du tilgang på møterom, stillerom, vidoekonferanse, minikjøkken, kaffeautomat, kopi og print, toalettfasiliteter, garderobe og dusj. I kjeller eller bakgård kan du leie din egen parkeringsplass eller boder fra 4 til 38kvm for diverse lagring i kjelleren.  På Kontorhuset kan du ta en kopp kaffe med dine nye “kollegaer” for å dele tanker, ideer og utfordringer. Kanskje du får en advokat på den ene siden og en ingeniør på den andre? Mulighetene er mange. Tanken er at det skal skapes større verdier for deg ved å være en del av Kontorhuset.

Vi kan også tilby arbeidstrening og tilrettelegging/fremskaffelse av praksisplass. Videre legger vi vekt på relasjonsbygging og bruker situasjonstilpassede former for tilnærming. Her kan nevnes fritidsaktiviteter/jobbtrening med miljøarbeider/terapeut. Fotobaren har siden 2014 levert utleie og av fotobarer til event, markedsføring og underholdningsbransjen. Fotobaren er i 3 byer og betjener kunder som Avinor, Elkjøp, Microsoft, KLP for å nevne noen. Vi jobber kreativt tett inn på kundens ønsker og setter vår stolthet i høy bildekvalitet, kreative kommunikasjonsstrategier og job well done! Vi har i det siste året levert våre tjenester til over 200 enkelteventer og tallet øker stadig. Fotobaren ble etablert i 2014 av Daniel Feidal, Alexander Solheim og Johannes Strømme med mål om å bli best på å levere helautomatiske fotostasjoner til eventbransjen i Norge. Vi holder til på grünerløkka i Oslo. Men har også avdeling i Stavanger og Tromsø. Med planer om å starte opp igjen avdeling i Bergen og Trondheim. Vi er en voksende gjeng ansatte og frilansere som betjener våre hærlige kunders behov og har det veldig gøy på kontoret mellom slagene.

The List Media is the publisher of The List magazine, Trondheim's first and only English-language magazine, and the region's premier culture publication. The List magazine is a quarterly print publication, free and available from many different spots around town, including aboard the airport buses, all major hotels, the international schools, NTNU, SiT, Trondheim Havn, bars, cafes, SINTEF, Statoil and more. The List magazine is produced in collaboration with Trondheim kommune, Trondheimsregionen, and NTNU, plus many other advertising partners. The List Media also publishes a range of special editions about everything from science and technology to food and drink. The List media also produces print products and marketing materials for private customers.

Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook.
