Our goal is to become the go-to-place for people in need of electrical services by providing the easiest and safest way to get the job done. With SpotOn you order online, get a fixed price instantly and the job done by handpicked pros at a time that suits you. We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. Our customers can feel safe knowing we take full responsibility with our industry-leading SpotOnGuaranty. 07 Simple Payment When the job is done and the customers are happy they get to choose how they want to pay. Using Klarna we provide our customer with flexibility and the opportunity to either pay now with card, or later with invoice or instalments.

Commended.ai

Commended is a platform that utilizes machine learning to create a smoother running market for independent consultants. A market that employs millions of professionals but that is held back by poor transparency around who is good at what, wants to do what, is available when and at what price? Our platform has been used to identify qualified consultants for more than 30 companies. It helps consultants to prove their value far beyond a CV. Consultants not only grade their skills but can obtain skill gradings from clients and colleagues. Data that, when combined with Commended’s search algorithms, provides consulting companies, agencies, and other companies, unbiased recommendations on who could be right for the job. By placing this information (including current data on availability and pricing) at the fingertips of those looking for talent we minimize time wasted on scrolling and unfruitful outreaches, freeing up time to do more value adding stuff. Our intention is to transform this important market into something that is transparent and fair for consultants as well as companies. A platform where talent finds the right work and work finds the right talent.

Lägereld

Lägereld is a digital platform for mental health where information about the area is created and shared by proffessional psychologists. We offer treatment via video calls within the welfare system and have recently launched a variety of offers for businesses. Lägereld was the first actor in Europe to provide Shinrin-Yoku (nature based CBT for groups) in a clinical format in the fall of 2020. This proved to be a more than significant way of treating people suffering from anxiety, depression and stressrelated problems. We are actively looking for new areas within the field of mental health to pioneer and need compassionate and passionate people to help us on this journey!

Nordisk Family

Nordisk Family is a purpose-driven, science-based company in prenatal and pediatric nutrition and health developing better solutions for consumers. We have successfully solved the widely experienced problem with D-drops-related stomach aches in infants with a 98% success rate. Our science-based approach contributes to identifying the issues related to the problem and finding solutions for every aspect. Our approach is about solving the problems, increasing the quality of ingredients, and improving usability. We're improving the future by improving the health of our children.

Swifi

We have launched Swifi, and we sell refurbished phones to consumers. We will also sell tablets and smart watches soon. The demand for refurbished electronics is getting bigger and bigger and the environmental consciousness of consumers are getting more serious for each day that passes. What makes us unique is that we are the first to offer more then the actual product, we are offering services and packaging that no one else is offering on the market today, now we have five different income streams at Swifi, and we are looking at 2-3 more that will be activated soon. Me and my partner have over 30 years of experience from consumer electronic retail, both within the retailers and suppliers.

Caterking.se

We are a marketplace for catering firms and restaraunt where we save time and money for both companies and the private sector to search, compare and buy catering. Instead of searching online, having different conversations and you have to wait then you can just use our service and order what you need and pay by the most popular cards, Klarna and by invoice. We are currently providing catering to everyone in need around the Malmö / Lund area of southern Sweden and we are setting the course to be nationwide by next year.

Vi har en noga kvalitetssäkring och vi säljer inte sådant som är gammalt eller i nedsatt skick. Korpi ForRest

We help knowledge workers to handle their cognitive capacity by providing an easy to use break solution with a biofeedback loop with the help of virtual forest environment. The one billion knowledge workers of the world are the driving force of economies globally. Their mental wellbeing has a tremendous impact on industries and even countries. Until recently the issue of cognitive well being has been overshadowed and not recognized. Even without leading to burn out or mental disorders, cognitive fatigue leads to lack of productivity at work and hinders their wellbeing. On an organization scale this means that the most valuable resources is in nonoptimal use and can lead to large costs. We focus on the very preventative stage of an employees well being. We bring the health benefits of forests to the work premises. We measure employers with physiological and psychological measures, giving them feedback and guiding them to take efficient breaks. We also provide data for the organisation on how their workforce is feeling and where in the year / week are the weak spots for cognitive balance.

Helios Nordic Energy AB

Helios Nordic Energy is a PV project development company with a growing portfolio of solar farm projects. We develop and sell the rights to build-ready, consented, solar farm projects in Sweden. Our customers are pension funds and large investment funds that are looking for low-risk, good return and very long term capital placements that renders attractive monthly cash flow. Our projects contribute vastly to the transition to a 100% renewable electricity system.

SellersPoint

We are SellersPoint, a Danish communication and training platform targeted retail businesses with the vision of taking customer service to the next level. 94% of all companies within retail agree that investing in product and sales training is very important in improving customer satisfaction and achieving financial results. However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Key to the platform is the connection between supplier and retailer, ensuring a constant flow of new material. Currently, it is not feasible for suppliers to create proprietary systems, as they are unable to provide enough content to justify the costs of such systems. By creating a platform for all suppliers, SellersPoint reduces the cost of each individual supplier and retailer, while maximizing value. Our two-sided platform is based on two SaaS revenue streams. Suppliers and retailers. For retailers we offer a free version that includes access to all supplier content without limits! Because of the free version suppliers will refer related retailers to the platform and vice versa, to improve their value of the product. The team consists of 5 dedicated people working from our office in Aalborg Central. We recently closed a 7 digit investment round and are in the process of scaling the business! Business Battlefield

Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Business Battlefield 2021 will be the fifth of its kind, and we aim to think big - nothing is set in stone and your creativity is the limit!
