Killer Kebab

Killer Kebab is a modern fast-casual food brand deeply in love with kebab. We make ours personal and unique in a world that expects more and more from the food it eats. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. This operational model allows us to scale without losing what makes the brand special. Beyond the product, Killer Kebab is built as a brand-first company. With a strong visual identity, a bold tone of voice, and a loyal community, we are creating more than meals. We’re building emotional connection, cultural relevance, and everyday rituals around food that feels good to eat and good to believe in. Today, with multiple locations and a growing fan base, Killer Kebab is positioned to scale as a modern food brand that balances craftsmanship, efficiency, and personality. Our ambition is to set a new standard for fast-casual dining and prove that “fast” never has to mean careless. In short, we’re not just serving kebab. Beacon

Beacon is developing an AI-powered solution that automates the administrative part of compliance work. The system translates regulations and operational data into concrete actions and tasks, so operators get exactly the information they need at the right time, without manual paperwork or misinterpretations. Beacon is expected to reduce administrative workload by up to 70 percent, reduce the risk of fines and operational disruptions, and increase capacity per employee. The project thus strengthens the efficiency, safety, and competitiveness of maritime players in Denmark.

Bellis

Bellis is developing a direct-to-consumer travel experience platform to help local tourism businesses sell experiences and gift cards directly to travelers, solving the problem of high commissions, lost customer relationships, and generic discovery on traditional booking platforms — powered by low fees, strong data ownership, and an AI-driven discovery layer. The tourism and experience economy is dominated by large global booking platforms and deal sites that take high commissions (often 15–30%), control customer data, and prioritize volume over relevance. For local hotels, inns, attractions, and experience providers, this results in shrinking margins, limited ownership of customer relationships, and heavy dependence on third-party platforms for visibility and sales. At the same time, travelers face a different but related problem: discovering authentic, local experiences is surprisingly difficult. Recommendations are often generic, paid placements dominate results, and users must jump between many different platforms to plan a trip. The result is a disconnect between what travelers want — personal, meaningful experiences — and how experiences are distributed online today. This problem affects a large and fragmented market: thousands of small and mid-sized tourism businesses across Denmark (and beyond), and millions of travelers each year looking for better inspiration and simpler booking flows. Despite digitalization, much of the value is extracted by intermediaries rather than staying with the local hosts who create the experiences. Bellis solves this by acting as a direct booking and discovery layer between travelers and local hosts. For travelers, Bellis is a single place to discover, save, and buy experiences and gift cards directly from hosts — without hidden markups or confusing redirects. Discovery is curated and increasingly personalized through an AI travel assistant that understands structured tourism data and recommends experiences based on interests, companions, timing, and location. For hosts, Bellis is not a traditional OTA. There are no setup fees, subscriptions, or long-term lock-ins. Partners only pay a low transaction fee when they actually make a sale. Bellis provides the infrastructure — checkout, gift cards, partner dashboards, analytics, and server-side tracking — while hosts retain control over pricing, branding, and customer relationships. A key part of the solution is measurement and data transparency. Bellis ensures that marketing and traffic can be tracked and optimized even when bookings happen in external systems, allowing partners to understand real performance and invest confidently in direct sales. Bellis started from first-hand experience working closely with tourism businesses and seeing how much value was lost to intermediaries. Again and again, great local hosts struggled to make direct sales while paying high commissions to platforms that added little beyond distribution. At the same time, as travelers ourselves, we felt how impersonal and repetitive travel discovery had become — even in a country full of unique places and passionate hosts. The inspiration came from Denmark’s Marguerite Route: guiding people away from the highways and toward hidden gems. Bellis is the digital version of that idea. The motivation is simple: keep more value local, make discovery feel human again, and give both travelers and hosts tools that work in their favor — not against them.

We address a growing problem: many people struggle with their health and weight despite knowing what to do. For some, lifestyle changes alone are not enough. That’s why we combine structured training, motivation, and community with modern, medically approved treatments – always as part of a holistic and responsible approach. Our mission is to make health sustainable, realistic, and long-term. We believe medication can be a powerful support when used correctly, but real change happens when it is combined with movement, structure, and daily habits.

FitArenaa Oy

FitArenaa is a B2B fitness technology startup helping gyms reduce member churn through data-driven and inclusive engagement. Gyms struggle with high churn and limited insight into how members actually engage with their facilities. Most existing systems focus on access and billing, leaving gyms blind to early disengagement — especially for members with different needs, such as neurodiverse individuals. FitArenaa enables gyms to understand member behavior, identify churn risk early, and support more inclusive fitness experiences without adding operational complexity. By focusing on retention rather than acquisition, we help gyms grow sustainably while making fitness more accessible to everyone.

Koppelmann Art

Koppelmann Art is an art-based startup working with abstract macro photography and handmade ceramics. The work centers on slowing down the gaze and bringing attention to details that are often overlooked — surfaces, structures, light, and quiet moments in nature and material. The problem I’m responding to isn’t a practical one in the traditional sense, but a perceptual one. We live in a visually loud, fast-moving world where images are consumed quickly and replaced just as fast. Much of what surrounds us is designed for efficiency rather than presence. My work offers an alternative - a moment when nothing is needed from you. My art invites people to pause, look closer, and give space for their imagination to flow fostering a calmer, more attentive way of living. Through macro photography, familiar natural elements are transformed into abstract compositions that create space for interpretation rather than explanation. The ceramics follow the same principle — tactile, functional objects made with care, precision, and respect for material and process. Both mediums aim to bring a sense of quiet quality into everyday environments, whether that’s a home, a workspace, or a clinical setting. I started Koppelmann Art to build a sustainable artistic practice where quality, craftsmanship, and longevity matter more than speed or trends. The goal is to create art and objects that people choose and live with for a long time, acting as an anchor they can return to — visually and physically — in the rush of their daily lives.

Car inspections have been a law since the 1960s, while we humans often crash before we go for an inspection? We want to help change this. We were frustrated with the health checks offered: too general, too stressful, outdated, and left people with health anxiety instead of clarity about their health. So we decided to change that. At BizMed, we offer modern, personalized and medically quality-assured health checks for companies & individuals – to catch health risks in time. 21-Draw is an online art education platform built together with artists from Disney, Marvel, DreamWorks and other leading studios. We create high-quality video courses, books and tutorials that help people learn drawing, character design, illustration, animation and digital art in a practical, structured way. Our material is used by students around the world, from beginners picking up a pencil for the first time to working professionals who want to sharpen their skills. After growing internationally for many years, we’re now building a new production hub in Stockholm where we focus on developing courses, recording with artists, producing marketing material and gradually bringing more of our content creation in-house. The goal is to build a team that can produce world-class educational content efficiently, creatively and with a modern, AI-supported workflow. 21-Draw has always been a small, focused and fast-moving team. Kirppu er danskejet og er Danmarks første og største loppesupermarkedskæde med 34 butikker fordelt over det meste af landet. Et besøg i Kirppu er en god mulighed for at erhverve sig dét, man står og mangler – både til fest og hverdag. Kædens stande byder på rigtig mange dagligdagsting - alt fra tøj, tallerkner, madkasser, legetøj osv. Hvert år skifter mere end 5 millioner genbrugsvarer hænder i Kirppus butikker, og virksomheden omsætter årligt for trecifret millionbeløb. Virksomheden blev grundlagt i 2014 af Morten Bøjland og Claus Andreassen, der åbnede den første butik i Hillerød. Siden da har Kirppu været med til at forme det danske genbrugsmarked og gjort det enkelt og overskueligt for privatpersoner at købe og sælge brugte varer i et professionelt butiksformat. Inspirationen til Kirppu kom oprindeligt fra Finland, hvor idéen om at samle stande i én stor butik blev født. Kirppu betyder ”loppe” på finsk. I dag er Kirppu en etableret detailkæde i Danmark, der kombinerer lokalt engagement med en voksende national tilstedeværelse og en ambition om at være danskernes foretrukne sted at handle genbrug.

The problem: Finland has a €950M market for these products, yet 90% of wild berries go unpicked and 55% of harvesters cannot find buyers. Informal channels like Facebook groups lack payments, logistics, and trust. This is not a supply problem. It is a marketplace failure. Our solution: Willit provides the missing infrastructure. We handle payments, coordinate logistics, and build trust through verified sellers and transparent product information. We unlock latent supply and connect consumers with products that would otherwise never reach the market. Why now: Growing demand for traceable, sustainable food combined with regulatory complexity creates the right conditions for a purpose-built marketplace.
