We believe that by exploring different aspects of people’s lives, we learn more about what it’s like to live with a chronic disease and thereby will be able to truly help them.

But in fact by integrating alternative protein, we can take a huge step towards a more sustainable future. Our mission is to promote edible insects as they are rich in nutrients, taste delicious and are a sustainable food source. Connected Cars A/S

At Connected Cars, we’re helping automotive manufactures, importers, and dealerships, building long-lasting customer relationships, through intelligent use of real-time car telematics data. With our software solution, workshops can transform their business processes and customer dialogues from reactive to proactive. Our success so far has brought us to 200,000+ vehicles, in 6 countries – and this is just the beginning! Our team consists of people with backgrounds from strategy, tech, automotive, and financial services. Some of us have successful startup experience, many of us like the latest technologies and while we differ in profiles and personalities, all of us believe in team effort, fun at work, and relentless execution. Connected Cars is fully funded by Semler Gruppen and operates autonomously.

Kaffe Bueno

Kaffe Bueno is a Danish bioscience company based in Copenhagen, we upcycle coffee by-products into active and functional ingredients for cosmetics, nutraceuticals and functional foods. Our vision is to change the world sees coffee - from a caffeinated beverage to a sustainable resource for health and wellbeing. Our mission is to unlock coffee's health and commercial potential by taking advantage of the whole spectrum of its bioactive compounds. Some of the things we do: - Produce KAFFOIL: an active cosmetic ingredient upcycled from coffee grounds. It's used for healthy ageing, hair care, moisturising, and improving the skin barrier. You can find it in over 15 brands worldwide, including NIVEA. KAFFOIL is also used as an ingredient in food & beverage. - Produce KAFFIBRE: upcycled defatted coffee fibre used as an ingredient in cosmetics and food & beverage. - Circular partnerships: we upcycle spent coffee grounds from local businesses in Denmark into toiletries (hand soaps, shampoos, lotions and creams) and have a private label brand for these. - New products coming soon, all derived from molecules from within coffee.

SOUNDBOKS ApS

At SOUNDBOKS we’re on a mission to break through the noise of normalcy by empowering people to have real experiences with real people. The SOUNDBOKS team is a dynamic mix of young and passionate people, with little to no corporate experience, and a heavy-duty backbone of experienced people, in each of their fields. Harba

Harba is a Danish startup digitalising and connecting the world's marinas and boaters. For marinas we have developed a cloud-based marina management software – HarbaMaster – which digitalises marina management processes, while for boaters we have created – HarbaApp – a mobile app which lets reserve berths or mooring in advance as well as pay for marina fees and services once a boater docks. We have also created various IoT hardware solutions for both boaters and marinas. We have a mission to make boating and running marinas a breeze! :)

GRØD

GRØD is a café and restaurant concept that opened in Nørrebro, Copenhagen in 2011, with a nerdy focus on everything related to "grød", including porridge, smoothie bowls, daal, congee, risotto and bowls. Most countries have a unique "porridge"-culture that explores different ingredients, grains and spices. And when it's made right, it tastes absolutely fantastic – and it’s naturally healthy and sustainable. We also highly value community among our colleagues and our guests, and love working with people who understand that their energy has a big impact on their surroundings. GRØD has restaurants in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo, as well as a series of retail products available in the most major supermarket brands.

ESEBA

ESEBA, a deep tech startup from DTU, transforms low-quality textile waste into MDF boards without binders or formaldehyde. We offer a sustainable, non-toxic alternative to traditional wood-based panels. Textile waste is a massive and growing problem in Europe – less than 1% is recycled into new products, and most ends up incinerated. At the same time, formaldehyde regulations are tightening, and deforestation pressures are increasing demand for alternatives to virgin wood. ESEBA’s mission is to enable local, circular board production through a scalable, plug-and-produce production line for furniture manufacturers.

With 200 million people sport fishing around the world, we’re connecting anglers to make fishing dreams come true, today and tomorrow. Some of us are anglers. Some of us are parents. All of us are human. And we're also passionate about the outdoors and conservation. Together, we work to bring you the best app for fishing, hands down. There's a lot of thought and effort and fun that goes into that. Some of us work from Stockholm, Sweden. Some of us work from boats, casting lines and going to fishing tournaments. The office people and the boat people make sure to talk a lot. That's how we keep it real. We believe that it's more fun to brag about a catch with people who care about fishing. These people are often called anglers. You may think that's obvious, being an angler yourself. But on Fishbrain, your catch doesn't go head-to-head with cats doing backflips, or toddlers feeding chocolate cake to their baby sisters. For us, respecting the environment is about balance. We believe in catch & release and the sustainable harvest of fish species. Because when it comes to the outdoors, tomorrow matters too. It means we do the hard work of crunching catch numbers so you don't have to. It means all you have to do is fish.  Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden. The office has windows, multiple coffee machines, and a team of amazing people working inside it. It's also cubicle-free.
