Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Mal Bildet Mitt arbeider sammen med kunstnere som enda ikke har skapt seg et stort nok navn til å selge direkte på egne veine, men som viser talent. I de fleste tilfellene er det yngre kunstnere. Vår største rekrutteringskanal er studenter ved og nyutdannede fra institutt for bildende kunst (e.g. "fine art") ved ulike universitet rundt omkring i verden. Vi annonserer på campus, besøker studentenes kunstutstillinger, får anbefalt de mest lovende studentene fra professorer og andre lærere osv. For å kunne holde prisene nede er rekrutteringen fokusert på lavkostland. Per i dag samarbeider Mal Bildet Mitt AS med kustnere i Thailand og Kina, men vi arbeider medå fremstille en webløsning som gjør det mulig å formidle oppdrag til kustnere i hele verden.

Barcontrol has been a supplier of checkout and logistics systems to the restaurant industry for over 20 years. We were one of the first on the market with iPad-based solutions when we started with Gastrofix in 2014. Det er ikke nok blot at eksistere. Man skal også leve. Det er ikke for meget at ønske som ældre i Danmark. Det ønske arbejder Cykling uden alder med at opfylde i hele landet. Cykling uden alder er en global bevægelse af cykelture for ældre over hele verden. Vi eksisterer i 52 lande og har derudover 52 danske kommuner som medlemmer. Der er i dagens Danmark brug for nye lystbetonede fællesskaber, som både kommer de ældre, civilsamfund og plejepersonale til gode. Vigtigst skal de ældre ikke sidde dag ud og dag ind alene derhjemme eller på plejehjemmet. Derfor sørger hundredvis af danskere gennem Cykling uden alder for at ældre atter bliver en synlig del af samfundet på de røde rickshaws. Cykelpiloterne hos Cykling uden alder får ikke penge for at invitere de ældre med som passagerer. De bliver heller ikke tvunget til at køre med nogle bestemte. De får ikke besked på at løse en velfærdsopgave eller være en ressource i et presset system. De cykler, fordi det giver så god mening for alle.

HeyWaitr was founded January 2021 and is a Copenhagen based fintech / SaaS solution dealing with the HoReCa industry. We reduce waiting time for the guests - they can order their food and drinks with just a few clicks on their smartphones. - without any delay, waiting time and physical interaction. A lot of places are troubled with the lack of qualified staff and have to be highly aware of their cost. We increase the revenue, especially on beverages - it's fast to place a new order via the app instead of waiting for a waiter to come by or go to the bar. HeyWaitr reduces waste via eliminating human flaws. A lot of places are troubled by waiters who by accident types in the wrong order from the guest. Furthermore we eliminate the possibly of the guests either forgets to pay the bill or runs away from it, because th guests are paying when they place the order via credit/debit card, MobilePay or Kevin. We are currently working with everything from famous tourist attraktions like Egeskov Slot to classic cafes. The idea of heywaitr was born at a regular cafe. We were sitting outside, enjoying the sun and had some food and beverages. When we repeatedly had to sit around and wait for 10-15 minutes to get in contact with a waiter to order and had to wait additional 10-15 minutes to pay the bill when we were done eating and drinking we decided that there should be an easier way to handle this. Then the digital waiter was born, and we started out researching and interviewing the managers & owners of some local places.
