CYKELKOKKEN creates gastronomic bike tours in and around Copenhagen. We specialize in offering guests a truly unique dining experience in the company of a cycling chef. During each tour, we serve a five-course meal at selected locations – all from our custom-designed kitchen bike, which also serves as the central hub of the tour. By replacing helicopters—which are costly, carbon-heavy, and logistically inflexible—we provide a cleaner, safer, and far more efficient solution. GAIA Express enables offshore industries to meet urgent needs in within the hour, instead of within hours, while reducing CO₂ emissions by over 95% per delivery compared to traditional helicopters - based on a full lifecycle assesment. Our scalable platform supports everything from spare parts to medical kits, helping the maritime and energy sectors stay operational and sustainable.
