We help knowledge workers to handle their cognitive capacity by providing an easy to use break solution with a biofeedback loop with the help of virtual forest environment. The one billion knowledge workers of the world are the driving force of economies globally. Their mental wellbeing has a tremendous impact on industries and even countries. Until recently the issue of cognitive well being has been overshadowed and not recognized. Even without leading to burn out or mental disorders, cognitive fatigue leads to lack of productivity at work and hinders their wellbeing. On an organization scale this means that the most valuable resources is in nonoptimal use and can lead to large costs. We focus on the very preventative stage of an employees well being. We bring the health benefits of forests to the work premises. We measure employers with physiological and psychological measures, giving them feedback and guiding them to take efficient breaks. We also provide data for the organisation on how their workforce is feeling and where in the year / week are the weak spots for cognitive balance.

LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm. It has the ability to understand and evaluate the sound environment and is used to set the perfect sound volume in order to maximise the customer experience.

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.
