EpiGuard AS

Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well.
