We use robots to automate and democratize access to healthcare! The groundbreaking robot, Careebo, has been designed and developed by a team of robotics researchers at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in Odense, a city home to one of the world’s leading robotics clusters. The robot was developed as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the issues we suddenly faced as a global society. Clearly, we were not ready - we want to change that! The pandemic led to cross-infection between citizens and healthcare workers, low qualtiy samples due to inter-personal variability, and unequal access to basic healthcare such a swab sample. At Lifeline Robotics, we aim to enhance our pandemic preparedness and global health securty by utilizing automation and robotics to create a system which enables ongoing and implemented monitoring of what moves around in our societies. We envision, that this system can be implemented at strategic locations, so citizens can easily engage before travelling, attending big events or visiting vulnerable family.

An AI-driven calendar framework for farmers, available as an app or API. Our tech is designed to optimize farming schedules without the need for farmers to consult weather forecasts or other decision support tools. Through the use of satellite-based local weather and soil data, along with our proprietary database of agronomic parameters, our algorithms are able to calculate the ideal time to conduct a range of farming tasks, for a variety of crops and soil types. These include harvesting, tilling, seeding, spraying and more. We work with space tech from ESA, the latest AWS cloud technologies like Lambda and DynamoDB, Python for most of our API backend, and Golang for our math-heavy algorithms.

Vevios new design solves the “aid product appearance” of alarms and other care products and encourage use. Vevios solves the problems of today's alarm as it is based on a wireless LTE- tech. The alarm function to operate everywhere. All the tech in Vevios are gathered in one simple silicon bracelet, worn by the user. The user can activate Vevios hidden alarm buttons, using the patented and ergonomic panic grip, which send out an alarm signal positioning to up to ten self-selected phone numbers simultaneously. Vevios will also light up red and vibrate, when activated. When an alarm signal is received by a recipient, Vevios alarm switch to green and provides haptic feedback. This gives the user feedback that the alarm has been received and activates Vevios integrated microphone and speaker. The user can then communicate with the recipients directly via the bracelet, until help arrives. Vevios idea is to develop the safety alarm regarding communication tech, ergonomics and design.

Project Iceman is an ambitious project that sets out to prove that #limitationsareonlyperceptions by setting up the first ever, World Record breaking Ironman distance triathlon in Antarctica, the Iceman. The Iceman is the first in a series of events that will put focus on mental health. The project was officially initiated in June 2018 and is the first step of establishing The Iceman Foundation, an organization that will establish and promote 'Mental Empowerment' for all.  We’re a tightly knitted group of people with a clear philosophy of life: Limitations are only perceptions. This is evident in everything we do and how we work. That means we go with what we find interesting and valuable to our cause. If it’s cool, fun, and worthwhile, we spend time testing and potentially going with it. We believe we can do whatever we set our minds to, which is why we’re always up for trying out an idea - no matter how ‘crazy’ it is.In practice this is carried out in close collaboration with one another. Everyone who wants to contribute are inviter to take part, but we each take responsibility of the things we find most interesting. This doesn’t exclude us from having the celebratory beer once in a while when we achieve some of our milestones - even though many think completing an Ironman requires a 100% clean diet and full focus on training (which is not necessarily the case, we eat homemade pizza and watch movies every Sunday everning!). We’re open, free, happy and positive.
