Tobi

Our purpose is to enable children to get the best possible start in life. This purpose can take on many shapes and sizes. The first of which is helping parents invest their children's longterm savings. In a sense you could call us a niche robo-advisor for families though we would argue that we have so much more lined up to support our purpose. Why start here? Because today no one is focusing on helping families - parents, grandparents and friends of the family - get started saving and investing on behalf of their children. In this sense, children is the most underserved market within wealth management. This has direct consequences for children's financial future as families today have scattered savings accounts where the majority of deposits are in cash. With a very low interest rate the children's savings are losing value year after year after year due to inflation. Put another way: children are missing out on far more than 10x returns. At Tobi we help parents open an investment account for their children. Then the whole family can deposit cash gifts (think at birth, X-mas, birthdays, etc.) and advance inheritance in the child's Tobi account. All deposits are invested based on the parent's risk profile and we advise families all the way over the years towards reaching the savings goals for their children. Gripr AS

Why Gripr? We like everything that is simple, which is why both our company and our software are called the same - Gripr. The name has been chosen because it is easy to remember, it works in several languages, and because we provide you with a tool that you can easily grasp; in this case your phone. We hope you like it, but we are most concerned that you "seize" the opportunity and give us a chance. Who is Gripr? The story is long, but we'll make it short. After many years in the construction industry, Kim Andre Heggenes was tired of working with poor tools for communication and documentation in the projects. That is why he started Goliath Systemer in 2017, where they developed the precursor to Gripr. Based on all experiences and feedback since then, we have spent the last year building the tool from scratch to a whole new level. If you knew us from the Goliath era, you will still find much of what you appreciated. If it's the first time you've met us, we think you'll be in for a positive surprise. Our ambitions have always been high, but we would like to admit that resources have not always matched the ambitions. That is why we are extra pleased that we have now brought Aider on the team, an accountancy group with 16 offices and 600 employees. It gives us the muscles and resources we need to achieve our ambitions, but we will still be the small and flexible company that has close contact with you as a craftsman. What is Gripr? Toolbox that you use directly from your mobile on the construction site, where you document everything that happens in the project. Here you inform and communicate with the others in the project, you have checklists for everything to be done and you see who is responsible for what. How do you use it? You get straight to the point without complicated menus. Take a picture of what has been done or what the challenge is, write a short comment and save it. Give messages to carpenters, electricians, tilers, plumbers or anyone else, you write or read them directly on your phone. Who is it made for? For you who are craftsmen, a toolbox that is always available, so simple that you actually use it. What benefits does it give you? A working day with fewer phone calls and easier communication with the others in the project. When you wonder, for example, who is responsible for a task, which HSE rules apply here or what has been carried out, you will find it in Gripr on your phone. And when your colleagues in the office wonder about something, they find it in Gripr instead of calling you. Why do we call Gripr a toolbox? Gripr is a toolbox with the tools you need to carry out projects neatly and efficiently. It is made especially for those of you who are more fond of crafts than paper work, and you can use it all the way through the project. Why are there fewer errors and deviations when you use Gripr? Because all agreements, HSE requirements and work assignments are available at all times, and because all deviations and changes can be documented with text and images as soon as they occur. Better overview and fewer problems, then there will also be fewer errors. Why do you get a better overview with Gripr? Because Gripr is a common channel for communication for everyone with a role in the project. Here you communicate, see how tasks are distributed, what has been done and what remains. Effective checklists ensure that no tasks are forgotten.

We provide images for people with something to say. Pickit aggregates pictures from a variety of niched or specialized images sources and serve them to you inside your favourite app. Distribution is integrated and easily accessed by over 1.2 billion users in Microsoft apps such as PowerPoint, Sway, Word & Windows 10. Our curation is dedicated to serve slide show presentation creators. The Pickit Market contains photos from thousands of photographers worldwide and any person or organisation can publish and sell their photos on Pickit Market. The company will return 60% of all income to the photo providers and our community. We know people Not only do we know pictures, but we know people with pictures. The Pickit platform connects photos users, photo providers and photographers worldwide, making it simpler to access quality images. We know pictures We also know pictures, handpicking each image using a unique combination of AI and human curation. This means you get the right picture to make your message stronger and make your work matter. We know collaboration Working with people can be tricky, and keeping track of everyone’s photos can be time-consuming. So, we created an image bank for teams and businesses that will take the frustration out of collaborating with pictures. Tibber is creating a new type of energy experience. We help people save energy in their homes through smart technology. Tibber is a service that replaces your energy company with a digital butler, plans consumption and helps you control energy at home.We are currently focusing on Sweden and Norway but long-term, Tibber is a global service. We are a dedicated team working hard to change an industry. At Tibber, We are not only building a software, we are trying to shape the energy industry and consumption. This is a big target, and it means a lot of challenges but also opportunities.  We are, technically a virtual team as a few of us are based in Norway and a few of us are based in Sweden, but we work as if we would share the same office. We communicate daily and work towards our goals together. For us it is extremely important that every team member is involved in decision making and even though we have different responsibilities, we work as a team no matter if your core expertise is marketing or statistics. Every month we organize hackathons and a meeting. When we reach milestones we always celebrate and we know the value of relaxing and reflecting every once in a while.
