Marathon Sport

Marathon Sport er en løbebutik for løbere af løbere, uanset om du lige er begyndt eller er på eliteniveau. Vi ansætter udelukkende løbere, der kender og tester produkterne på egen krop. Vores butiksansatte dækker alt fra den, der løber tre gange om ugen til OL-kandidater med mere end 100 km i benene om ugen. På den måde kan vi også hjælpe alle typer af kunder. Flere i vores team har baggrund i fysioterapi, idræt eller lignende, men den vigtigste fællesnævner er, at alle i Marathon Sport elsker at løbe.

SHITIKA STUDIOS

SHITIKA STUDIOS is a fresh and unique jewellery brand that also dwells into sculptural objects for the body. The jewellery pieces are forms of artworks that can either be worn or adorned as objects. It focuses on bringing masculine and feminine characteristics together, making all the jewellery pieces unisex and for all. The sculptural objects and jewellery are inspired by nature’s rough qualities, industrial modernity, and futuristic aesthetics. Giving the brand a dark and mysterious vision. All the jewellery pieces are handcrafted by the designer and artist herself in her little studio in Oslo. With over 8 years of experience within the jewellery and production industry, she takes part in developing the brands sustainability awareness by continuously collecting recycled silver which is used for producing new pieces. SHITIKA STUDIOS also uses other precious materials such as gold for custom orders, and precious gemstones that are sustainably sourced. There are also other projects that the studio dwells into and that is the research and development of biomaterials, and how recyclable and sustainable materials can be innovated. This is carried out with a collaborative project called the Bio Deep Map, founded by the BioRegion Institute in Norway.

Facecheck

Our startup, Facecheck, addresses the increasing need for innovative solutions in health monitoring. We have a vision to develop a unique platform in the form of an app that enables individuals to digitally measure their body fat percentage using their camera. I (Victor) am looking for a CO-Founder for this startup. I am searching for someone that has experiance with software development, and thats specializing in machine learning. This idea is being realized through extensive data collection, where we have test subjects stand on a health machine that measures their body fat percentage. We then record this and other relevant data while simultaneously taking a picture of the person's face. From there, the vision is to train a neural network using this data. Through facial scanning, it can provide a qualified estimate of the body fat percentage. We are currently actively engaged in this data collection process and anticipate having enough data for a prototype soon. Regarding the market, we have evidence of its existence and interest in our product. We have been in discussions with a fitness chain that has shown interest in our product, which serves as proof of concept. They recognize the potential of our technology to enhance their customers' health monitoring experience. Once we have a prototype in place, we plan to reach out to them with a Letter of Intent (LOI), with the purpose of having them sign on to test our product when it is fully developed. Unbelievable Labs

Based in Aarhus, Denmark, we are a Venture Lab for hard things, worth doing. Contrary to what many may think, the technological progress has stagnated for nearly four decades. Enabling and fundamental innovations such as the practical use of electricity, the telecommunications infrastructure, automatic computing, automotive transportation, heavier than air flight, genomics, and many other examples, all arose prior to the 1970s. What we have witnessed as progress within a generation is largely the application of these technologies in increasingly refined solutions. The latest wave of “softwaretization”, have increased operational efficiencies in multiple industries but also offset culturally and personal demand for tangible products and interactions, by web and app-based experiences. Our core thesis revolves around overcoming challenges in commercialization of scientific breakthroughs by providing the facility between scientists and entrepreneurs. We extend the conventional 10-year venture capital horizon, allowing for the maturation of technologies and customer demand. We focus specifically the hard sciences: physics, chemistry and their derived engineering disciplines. The markets and industries we work with are: - Military and Defense - Energy systems - Sustainable Resource Extraction - Access to space and ocean - Autonomous systems - AI for physical applications - Meta-materials and composites. TUMling

TUMling is a groundbreaking IT solution, created to revolutionize the documentation process in daycare facilities. With an advanced integration of artificial intelligence and computer vision, TUMling automates and simplifies the collection and analysis of data from daily activities. This frees up educators' time from extensive paperwork, allowing them to immerse themselves in direct interaction with the children, thus improving the working environment, enhancing the quality of childcare. A significant pain point in the industry is the burden of documentation, which often feels meaningless and too complex, as well as it stands in the way of educators' core tasks. This issue has led to high stress, sick leave, and industry exodus, which harms both the professionals and the children they care for. TUMling directly addresses this by transforming the documentation process into a quick and meaningful task, taking as little as 30 seconds per day. Competitors primarily focus on retrospective documentation, where educators must set aside time to reflect over long periods. TUMling, on the other hand, integrates documentation into daily work, actively and effectively utilizing photo documentation, instead of the current practice where thousands of photos are rarely fully utilized. The economic advantage is clear: TUMling could potentially save over 144 million Danish kroner annually with nationwide implementation, based on a weekly time saving of one hour per preschool classroom. With 260,000 children in Danish daycare facilities, and competitors' prices of about 250 kroner per child per year, TUMling faces a Danish market of 65 million kroner annually. TUMling was founded in the fall of 2023 by me, Stefan Steinmejer. I am a former bachelor-educated preschool teacher, who has now further educated myself and will complete a MSc in Information Technology, Specializing in ICT, Learning and Organizational Change, in the summer of '24. I also have two children who attend a private preschool institution, where I have served on the board for 2 years. The foundation of TUMling is thus a combination of professional insight, technological innovation, board experience, and a problem that strikes right into both my educator heart and my father heart. With a prototype developed in 2023, TUMling is now in the software development phase, and is actively seeking partners who can fully program the solution. The plan is to enter agreements with the private market in 2024 and launch sales in 2025. In the longer term, the goal is to expand to the public and international markets. TUMling represents a visionary approach to a persistent problem in the daycare sector, offering a solution that not only saves time and money but also improves the work environment for the preschool teachers, but more importantly the quality of care for the children in our society.
