Nordic Secondary Fund

We are a Copenhagen based investment fund, investing in secondaries in start up and scale up companies with a completed series A round situated in the Nordics and Baltics. We are currently looking for a new student intern, who wants to become a central part of our team.

Our vision is to simplify all delivery of services, but in the launch version our main focus is services in data protection. The team behind ZaveIT has many years of experience in IT and data protection in various roles and industries. It is this experience and competence that underlies ZaveIT.

Dueval

In 2019 the global M&A market was USD 5,000 billion and a due diligence process cost around 6% of enterprise value. 50-90% of M&A goes 'bad', depending on your preferred source of information. A top 5 reason of this high failure rate is the lack of ability to take the corporate culture into account, in target selection, due diligence and post merger integration. By using comprehensive analytics and A.I. we quantify the corporate culture to reveal what drives – and where there is potential to increase Return On Equity (ROE). - Hereby reducing the corporate culture risk post merger and putting significant speed on integration. Furthermore based our A.I. can based on the corporate culture predict next years ROE Our process is A.I. It is precise, automated and fast.

Sociuu ApS

Employee advocacy is employees' participation in promoting a company, its services and products by sharing corporate communication, press, cases and jobs etc. With Sociuu, you easily activate employees and get more out of the content you already have. WHAT Employee advocacy is an effective way for companies to increase their social media presence and awareness in times where it is increasingly hard to get the attention on owned and paid media. WHY Sociuu is an employee advocacy platform that allows you to match relevant content to relevant employees. With Sociuu, you send emails with ready to share content to employees which they can share with their personal networks on social media. HOW

SaaS Horizon

We're a team working on building micro SaaS products for real business problems by leveraging production, code, design and other factors that can be a shared resources between projects. Currently we have two active projects. The team is mostly based in Stockholm, Sweden. More information will be added here later.

Scandinavian Treats

Bringing Scandinavian taste and culture to the world. We are a start-up that sends curated or custom snack boxes to the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. Right now, we have a one-off shop on our website, but we are going to be moving to a subscription model where every two months you get an excellent pack of snacks, chocolates, chips, healthy snacks from Norway and other countries in Scandinavia.

ShieldME

ShieldME develops a smart and insightful solution for monitoring residents in nursing homes. By introducing AI and digitalisation to the nursing home sector, we are bridging technology and care to increase the quality of care and bridging the existing nurse-gap. The elderly population over 65 years old is increasing rapidly at the same time as the nurse shortage in Europe is already projected to be over 600,000. This shortage is disproportionately affecting elderly in healthcare facilities. The Covid-19 pandemics have really highlighted the current care crisis.

Salecto ApS

We are building an e-commerce platform built on top of Magento. Salecto is Magento on rocket fuel! Salecto is based on Magento's Open Source Commerce solution which today houses more than 250.000 webshops worldwide and thereby is the world's biggest open source webshop platform. It houses very small webshops with limited traffic and number of orders and large webshops with massive traffic and thousands of daily orders across countries and markets. Salecto is an upgrade! Salecto must be seen as an advanced upgrade of a standard Magento solution with bursting new and cool features and optimizations of the standard Magento solution within speed, work processes, marketing, tracking, SEO, design, reporting, basic Magento features and administration. In short, Salecto is - a Magento on rocket fuel!

Privasee AB

Automates GDPR compliance/certification for the SMB using a portal that rewards with points on activity and audit. - GDPR registers and risk tools and training enables an organisation to control and evidence data processing activities and manage associated risks. Activity will earn points to GDPR certification. - The dynamics of the internal audit tool measures the GDPR maturity of your organisation. When 80% or more has been reached you are ready for the SEAL audit. It is this which enables a very low cost external audit (using a prototype -for an App- developed by Privasee). - The SEAL is awarded following a successful external audit when the organisation has reached a maturity score of 80% and audit remediations are implemented. Our strength lies in our dual offering: a marketplace, which allows for investors and start-ups to explore and find each other, as well as a powerful tool for managing investment portfolios and investor relations.

FÆRM

We started FÆRM in 2020 with the goal of making amazing plant-based cheese. To do that, we use traditional cheese production methods, locally sourced proteins and science combined with a whole lotta love. The problem that we’re solving is twofold. First and foremost conventional cheese has one of the highest carbon footprints in the food industry, with higher emissions than both chicken and pork. Secondly, the plant-based alternatives to cheese that do exist on the market generally fall short on both taste and texture, providing little incentive for consumers to make climate friendly choices. In addition, their content of coconut and palm oil hardly makes them a sustainable alternative As a company, we believe that work is about doing something you love and we want FÆRM to be filled with awesome individuals, who contribute to a strong social culture, celebrate diversity, and take pride in their work.

Songpark AS

Songpark shall be the "Worldwide preferred solution for online musical collaboration!" Songpark is an Oslo-based company founded in 2018 by musician and computer technician Christian Ruud. The company has grown fast and is now the "most promising creative-tech startup in Norway". Musicians and investors all believe in our vision: To create an online musical community and to make it possible to play together at a distance. We are developing a solution (HW+SW) enabling musicians to play together online in real time at disparate locations. Our solution has been tested between different locations for up to 500 km. – and it works!

VivoLogica

Who Are We? VivoLogica is Europe’s top 3 MedTech startups on a journey to digitalize the workflow within the medical research industry. We have developed a system that helps medical researchers to save time - time that instead can be used to save lives. Why & How? VivoLogica was founded in Stockholm in 2019 by the cancer researcher Sara Mangsbo. She realised that she and her colleagues spend up to half of their working time on manual and recurring tasks. Together with the innovation initiative Hidden Dreams, the entrepreneur and investor Saeid Esmaeilzadeh and our Advisory Board, VivoLogica has now developed a digital and user-friendly system supporting medical researchers with data compilation, reporting to authorities and to be compliance with regulations in accordance with current legislation. By automating all manual and time-consuming tasks VivoLogica reduces administration overhead time by 75% - time that now can be spent on value-creating research that moves medical development forward and saves lives.
