UNISOT AS

UNISOT is a young Norwegian start-up company and is the first global Blockchain solution based on tight integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP and other major ERP and SCM systems. Its permissionless manner will allow unprecedented abilities for secure information exchange and secure information storage to companies and/or organizations all over the world. For the first time and with the help of the open, public blockchain, UNISOT can now offer access to a reliable and secure “Universal Source of Truth” that all parties can use to handle the challenges in today’s supply chain environment, such as increased globalization, faster pace of change, global traceability, information shortage, and settlement costs, to name a few. UNISOT is leveraging the very well-established ERP Business Processes with the trust, security, immutability, and tokenization that the Open Public Permissionless Blockchain technology provides.

Busy

Busy delivers intuitive time tracking - visualized on a horizontal timeline. Your timeline is presented in a familiar interface most people know how to use - a calendar. It works as a calendar but is unlike any calendar. Our mobile app for iOS gives you a glance at your timeline for the day. Log hours, edit entries, and see what’s going on, wherever you are. Our perspective Most people don't like tracking time, and most time tracking tools won't score more than 3 if you were to rate them on a scale from 1-10. The existing tools are usually complicated to use and not very sexy. On a mission to break 3, we decided to build Busy. First, we looked at how time is best visualized. In books time is often visualized on a horizontal timeline, taking you from A to B, making it easy to pin events. Second, we looked at how we could best implement the concept of a timeline in a familiar interface most people know how to use. Most people know how to use a calendar, and by rotating a traditional calendar sideways we ended up with a timeline. The result is Busy. It works as a calendar but is unlike any calendar.

To real estate agents and developers, we will provide added value to a much smoother customer journey. What we have achieved We are a small group of entrepreneurs who have founded several successful businesses together. Entro

Entro is an energy- and environmental consultancy firm with two clients – our customers and the environment. We save our customers time and money, and we help the environment by reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints. Entro has about 60 employees in Oslo, Trondheim, and Bergen. We had a turnover of NOK 63 million in 2016 and saved our customers NOK 400 million. Entro has a unique interdisciplinary expertise with a good mix of practical and academic skills. Among our staff we have more trade certificates in electrical and construction, more than 60% of the employees are civil engineers and engineers and we have several employees with training in economics and management. We have expertise in electrical, plumbing, building, environment, and IT.

Oiiku AS

Oiiku was founded in 2012 as a joint venture for Onkel Estrup AS and Kodemaker Systemutvikling AS. Bjørnar Stray Berentsen is a well-known figure in the corporate event business in Norway. He has many years of experience containing handling all parts of events, including managing them, the use of software to get things together, and doing the dirty work on the floor. As of 2012, Bjørnar had made a quite remarkable list of high-profile customers on his own and his self-made software. Based on his experience he saw the great possibilities in creating a new tailor-made suite of integrated software applications for events. Kodemaker is a well-known consultancy company in Oslo with 25 skilled employees. They are self-owned and have a set of system developers with a quality that is probably unmatched in the Oslo area. Onkel Estrup and Kodemaker started talks in 2012 about doing a joint venture to make a company with superior software for the event business. It has been a long process making sure that the combination of Bjørnars know-how about the most known and unknown issues at events was taken care of, and at the same time making sure that Kodemaker could contribute with their skills to make it a very flexible, scalable solution ready to be 'the event system' for the future. The company today is owned 50/50 by Onkel Estrup AS and Net Professionals AS. Net Professionals are mainly owned by stockholders and employees at Kodemaker. Oiiku AS is today in a situation with 2 employees working with events and Bjørnar working as CTO and some hands-on at events as well. We have a running business and are ready to scale up. We are looking for investors and a new CEO to bring the business to a totally new level. The worldwide market is HUGE and so far we have not seen better software solutions in the market. Our current plan is to grow a steady business in Oslo with employees to handle our large corporate customers, but the real big opportunities lie within making self-served Saas software for the worldwide market.
