There are 2 connected problems that we solve. They originate from the fact that financial institutions are required to adhere to strict regulations when onboarding clients. The second problem is that this regulation also makes client onboarding complicated, costly, and prone to human error - and for that reason, many financial institutions simply don't comply, leaving investors and society open to fraud etc. We call this problem the "Cost of Compliance". We solved these two problems by automating the entire client onboarding journey.
