We have developed a robot that takes care of all the administrative work for the retailers doing live shopping. From answering comments, sending messages in Messenger with payment links and keeping track of the inventory and orders , everything administrative is taken care of with the Z:Live robot. It all started with a distressed mother in law who was doing live sales and spent at least 3-4 hours after each ended live shopping event getting a hold of all the information, payments and such. She called one day and wanted to know if could be done any easier and from that phone call, Z:Live was born as we could see the potential in the market besides just her.
