Optolexia offers a new method for early and reliable detection of dyslexia. We use eye tracking and machine learning to identify patterns that are unique in kids with characteristics of dyslexia. We started in Sweden, in schools and municipalities, and we are right now introducing our method in new, international markets such as France and Dubai. We are a team consisting of researchers, developers, teachers, and marketers. We are all experts in our specific fields and complement each other well. Everyone does what they do best, and therefore we base our work on trust. Our vision is clear: every child with reading and writing difficulties should get support from early on, and consequently have full access to the written word. Our company has been founded on the accelerating wave of people consuming plant-based foods and beverages. Many of these people - our target audience - have taken highly conscious decisions to decrease their consumption of animal-based foods of beverages for a variety of reasons such as health, environment, ethics and economy. However, a significant proportion of these people are facing a serious dilemma as it turns out a lot of packaged plant-based foods - and especially pre-made beverages (plant-milks) - are ultra-processed (for the sake of shelf life and taste) and filled with various additives and sugar. This unfortunately makes them significantly less healthy and nutritious compared to conventional cow-milk, which is a clear and unintended aspect of people choosing plant-based fodder and beverages. Mirage is building a platform that leverages artificial intelligence to seamlessly integrate medical journaling, consent collection, booking, and consulting into a modular "Patient Journey" experience that involves both healthcare providers and patients. Our product was inspired by the challenges we encountered in our own clinics with regard to consultations, patient management, and scheduling. The current options for medical practices often have limited and outdated capabilities and poor integration between medical records, appointments, and payments. In addition, there is typically no interface for patients to monitor their treatment plans or communicate with their healthcare providers. We plan to bridge this gap and provide a comprehensive solution to address these issues. Mirage was founded in 2022 by experts in the field and is currently based in Växjö, Sweden. The future is looking bright and we are eager to bring on more people to join us as we continue to grow and develop.
