Landell Games

Landell Games is a small and impact driven startup in the gaming industry. We seek tor the best all over the world to train them for the gaming industry. We work hard to make sure the teams consist of talents with mixed backgrounds. This means we prioritize those who are less likely to get into the industry because of stereotypes, origin, sex, gender, degree, religion etc. We are a cool company without a matcho culture in a earlier dominated western masculine industry. The first product "Apoceus" is in the last development stage and we had people from 30+ countries involved in making it a success story. Release is planned for 2024.

BLING Startup

Med BLING Capital ska vi demokratisera tillgången på kapital genom att skifta flödet av investeringar från slutna homogena grupper och traditionella nätverk till entreprenörer som normalt inte nås av riskkapital, som till exempel kvinnor, minoriteter och människor som bor utanför storstadskärnorna. Nu söker vi dig som vill vara med och förändra. Upotential - The Gym for Mental Fitness®

Upotential is a place where you train your mental skills to improve performance and mental wellbeing together with other people from all over the world. Upotential was founded 2019 in Sweden by Marianne 'Maja' Marescotti, a former elite tennis player, and Catrin Eriksson, an Ironman finisher. Maja and Catrin felt that something was off in the discussions around mental health. Instead of focusing on what can be done proactively to avoid mental health problems, too much focus had been put on reactive treatment. Why wasn't there an inspiring place for people who want to proactively train their mental skills to improve performance and mental well-being?! United by a clear vision to contribute to a healthier and more fun world to live in, the founders felt it was time to create a new solution and make mental fitness training social, accessible and affordable. The main idea behind the gym for mental fitness was to create a typical kind of gym, but instead of training your body, you would train your mental skills and work on everything it means to be human, such as discovering yourself, finding your passion points, going for your goals, and learning how to connect to yourself and others! The next addition to the team was Camilo Sáenz-Moncaelano, an expert with a PhD in Sport- & Performance Psychology. Together this trio has created a concept of science-based mental workouts designed to fit anyone who wants to develop and improve performance and mental wellbeing.

Ankra is a Cloud Architecture Platform delivering best-practice plug and play cloud infrastructure. Our vision is to automate the DevOps role, by replacing infrastructure as code with infrastructure as platform. Anything that isn’t related to an organizations source code should not have to be configured or maintained by their developers. Ankra automates the configuration and maintenance of the developer life-cycle/Cloud infrastructure, end to end. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Every single business who is developing towards the cloud has this issue. The DevOps tools industry is estimated at 25B$ with a CAGR of 25%. The market is moving towards implementing devops practices with the utilization of putting people into their organizations to achieve desired results through DevOps Practices. It’s hard to implement, even harder to maintain. Complexity A good Cloud-Infrastructure setup for can take between 6-12 months to configure. Once set up resources has to be dedicated towards maintenance. Companies face the challenge of relying on specialized devops personnel to get this up and running and maintain it. 2. Cutting Corners Due to the complexity of infrastructure configuration businesses tend to take shortcuts which prevents them from scaling. Developers frequently have to re-align their focus to improve a poorly configured infrastructure. 3. Human dependency Developers become dependent on DevOps to interact with the infrastructure. If a business doesn't have DevOps, developers lose time as they have to "figure it out themselves", increasing an already strained cognitive load. If a business does have DevOps personnel, they are costly and frequently becomes a bottle-neck for shipping features. If the person who set up the infrastructure leaves, the business will be forced to: a) replace competence or upskill competence b) Rebuild Infrastructure with new competence. What do we do? ReOrbit strives to shape the future of the space economy. Our vision is to build the foundation for the next generation of space applications by transforming how satellites are designed and manufactured from today’s rigid single-use satellites into autonomous, connected, and reconfigurable systems. Biosfär AB

Our vision is to democratize elderly care by giving this group ownership over their life experiences and activities. The Biosfär is a welfare innovation relying on mixed digital and physical realities to deliver IMAX-like experiences for elderly with dementia. Our product is both a media installation and a pedagogy, breaking down physical and mental barriers to activate all human senses and experiences. With the help of mixed digital technology, Biosfär allows access to and control over daily activities otherwise unavailable to elderly living in assisted care facilities. After 2+ years of testing and participant observation, we have developed 4 concepts and a platform of workshops that fill human needs and are tailored to elderly with dementia. This includes (1) therapy, (2) lifelong learning, (3) story sharing and (4) festive social gatherings. In this time, we've brought residents to never before seen trips, into boat-building workshops, and down memory lane. This has led to 3 - 5x the amount of participation in daily activities at nursing homes, ventures into uncharted territory and one resident who began to speak after being diagnosed mute.
