We are SellersPoint, a Danish communication and training platform targeted retail businesses with the vision of taking customer service to the next level. 94% of all companies within retail agree that investing in product and sales training is very important in improving customer satisfaction and achieving financial results. However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Key to the platform is the connection between supplier and retailer, ensuring a constant flow of new material. Currently, it is not feasible for suppliers to create proprietary systems, as they are unable to provide enough content to justify the costs of such systems. By creating a platform for all suppliers, SellersPoint reduces the cost of each individual supplier and retailer, while maximizing value. Our two-sided platform is based on two SaaS revenue streams. Suppliers and retailers. For retailers we offer a free version that includes access to all supplier content without limits! Because of the free version suppliers will refer related retailers to the platform and vice versa, to improve their value of the product. As the first cleaning platform in Europe we have negotiated a collective agreement with a trade union (3F). This ensures that people working on Hilfr are guaranteed a good minimum salary, pension, holiday pay, access to sickness benefit and a number of other benefits. All Super Hilfr's are employed by Hilfr Aps which means that tax is payed in accordance with Danish law. Hilfr is a very intuitive and easy-to-manage platform. It is free to sign-up but everyone has to upload a picture of a personal ID, which is key part in ensuring a credible and secure platform. We charge the by far lowest fee in the market - only 6 percent. And our fee is not taken from the Hilfrs wage, it is added to the customer’s bill to ensure transparency. It is important for us to make sure that Hilfrs can keep as much of their pay as possible. That is only fair.

CAMAR is a new innovative Danish software company founded in March 2017 that now works in an international context (currently Denmark, Sweden, U.S.A., UK and Latvia). CAMAR has nine highly skilled active owners, two FTE and in process of expanding the organisation. CAMAR has invented a technology `TacTile Pinpoint´ that enables existing touch devices to provide tactile feedback while “hoover” with a finger over a screen.
