We use technology and machine learning algorithms to help match, automate and shorten the process – so we can approach the market in an entirely new way. We thus transform how companies find, hire and manage their agile workforce; with a mission to radically transform and improve the way companies organize themselves around a super skilled and agile talent base. We’re consistently growing double-digit every month and are on a global journey to transform work and bring the best of the freelance economy to companies and talents alike. Set up in Denmark in 2017, we currently have teams in Copenhagen, London, and New York and are rapidly expanding into new markets. Khora

Khora is an award-winning Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) production studio based in Copenhagen, creating cutting edge content within multiple application areas. We are 30 full time employees, and over the last five years we have produced more than 350 VR/AR applications and hosted more than 1500 workshops and events. We are exploring the value potential of VR and AR through meaningful collaborations and partnerships. We work within multiple industries, with a deep understanding of the technologies and of how and why businesses and institutions should work within these emerging mediums. All Gravy

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Managers post to the right people by location, role, or team. Employees are notified. Everything is documented. No more WhatsApp chaos. Onboarding journeys - automated, role-specific sequences that start the moment a new hire is added to the system. They arrive on day one prepared, connected to the brand, and knowing what's expected of them. Training and learning - a full LMS designed for deskless workers, supporting both digital courses and in-person sessions, with attendance tracking, completion records, and automated reminders built in. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. The admin side is a web dashboard where operators build and manage everything centrally, with full visibility into engagement, training completion, onboarding progress, and team sentiment across every location. The problem is big. There are roughly 90 million deskless workers in Europe. Hospitality alone employs millions, with vacancy and churn rates that cost the sector billions in lost revenue every year. The tools available to operators haven't kept up with what the problem actually requires. The opportunity is clear. Operators who invest in their people's experience - making them feel informed, connected, and supported from day one - see measurably lower turnover, better training compliance, and lower management overhead. All Gravy makes that investment easy, scalable, and consistent across every location in a business. We've raised €5.8M+ to date, backed by Moonfire Ventures, Scale Capital, and a syndicate of angels including senior operators and investors from Google, Deliveroo, and Peakon. Our customers include some of the largest hospitality operators in Northern Europe. At GamerzClass we're building a gaming edutainment platform. We work exclusively with the industry's biggest creators to bring innovation and excellence to gaming content. We create high-quality content with top-tier pros across multiple games and genres. We strive to deliver personalized experiences to each of our users so they can become better gamers. What sets GamerzClass apart is the fact that we're gamers too. This makes us able to walk in the shoes of our customers and therefore know how to better offer solutions to problems that many times we have also faced. In many ways, we try to create a community and product that we always wanted to have, but never did.

Legaldesk.dk

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station). We have a very informal tone at the office and a team-based approach to problem-solving, which is why we like to work on-site and sit together as much as possible. We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access hot and cold drinks, and to avoid hangry-related conflicts, we provide fruit and a good lunch, that can be adjusted to vegan/vegetarian dietary requests. We also prioritise social interactions, to maintain the great spirit we have in our team. On Fridays there are usually a few colleagues having beers/soft drinks together after work, which is completely optional - we respect that you have a life outside work - also on Fridays EOB. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Lastly we once each year go on a company trip. This year we are visiting a beautiful estate, where we will be doing workshops during the day and have fun and "hygge" in the evening with games, sodas and maybe some wine. On the heels of the direct-to-consumer revolution, there has been, and continues to be, an incredible proliferation of new consumer brands online — but, coupled with the prevalence of paid, fake and cherry-picked reviews, it’s become downright impossible for consumers to know who and what to trust when considering products for purchase. Our mission is to help people shop better. We are a venture-backed early-stage startup and closed our seed round of financing led by Forerunner Ventures. We have been fortunate to receive recognition for our hard work along the way from the likes of TechCrunch, Vogue Business, and Modern Retail.

Partisia

Partisia is a pioneer and a world-leader in commercial applications of Secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC). The company is co-founded by world leading cryptographers and Partisia has provided state-of-the-art security solutions based on MPC across industrial and financial solutions since 2008. Partisia has worked on combining MPC with Blockchain technologies, aiming to set a new standard for digital infrastructures. The resulting infrastructure provides enhanced integrity, confidentiality, and transparency without the need to trust any single third party (sometimes referred to as “trustless”). Examples are financial trading with Tora and Caspian and data exchange with Insights.network.

Admin By Request

Admin By Request is revolutionizing the Privileged Access Management (PAM) market which take the bureaucracy and administrative pains out of managing a company's IT portfolio - no matter the size of the company. Usually Privileged Access Management entails a lot of administrative work as well as words like "whitelisted software" - with great frustration among both users and IT-admins. As a user you might actually need a specific piece of software that's not on the whitelist. As an IT-admin you'll probably want to spend your hours doing something else than constantly black- and whitelisting software and rules for different user groups - because as it turns out: one size does not fit all. At Admin By Request, we're convinced that this task can be solved much more efficient by minimizing the amount of rules - and instead letting the users ask for just-in-time access to cover their needs. IT-admins can quickly approve or deny requests - and get back to creating real value. Privileged Access Management is named the top project to reduce cyber security risks. That's where we come in. By creating an easy-to-use solution with a minimum of administration and bureaucracy, we believe we can make PAM accessible to everyone.

UNSILO

UNSILO provides tools for automated text intelligence. Working with academic publishers, law firms, patent companies, and intellectual property agents, in short in any area where there is a large quantity of textual content, UNSILO delivers tools for faster discovery of content, and deeper engagement with it. UNSILO uses a unique combination of machine-learning and natural language processing to discover a document’s DNA.  Its customers include Springer Nature, one of the world’s largest academic publishers. The team behind UNSILO has authored a dozen search-related patents, architected major e-commerce sites, pioneered open-source security systems, and managed product development teams in Silicon Valley.

At Arkyn we are on a mission to change complex SAP processes into best-in-class mobile SAP experience for global enterprises. We provide an app suite for maintenance operations utilizing cutting-edge technology and a cloud solution that easily integrates with enterprise software market leader SAP. Arkyn was founded in 2020 to help enterprises get the best from SAP. We introduce user-centric solutions to enable everyone to work faster, easier, and smarter in SAP. We are incubated through Trifork labs and we are a part of the Trifork Group with more than 1200+ employees across Europe. The business model is SaaS and Arkyn is currently delivering user-friendly apps for planning, scheduling and mobile execution of maintenance operations at enterprise-sized companies across Europe.
