We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks. Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure. In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams. Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling. This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

For the last decade, knowledge work drifted from its original promise. It was supposed to be about thinking, creating, deciding. Instead it became status meetings, reporting, and alignment rituals. AI is changing that, but it created a new problem: the individual got faster than the organization. Work now happens inside sessions between humans and agents, and the context behind it disappears before anyone else in the company can see it. Palette closes that gap. Palette Desktop is where teams put it to work. Point it at a folder on Google Drive or Dropbox, and run agents on Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, or a local model inside it. More providers ship in regularly. It opens those agents up to the whole company, including non-engineers, and the team picks the model that fits.
