Our company is a bootstrap startup, created by alumni of Navision and Damgaard (both acquired by Microsoft) – the original developers of the products now known as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.

Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Januar ApS is a startup in the dynamic fintech space in Copenhagen, on a mission to build the gate for EU crypto companies. In essence, we want to empower innovative Fintech & web3 companies to build a more inclusive and open financial system. We're a dynamic team with big ambitions - and we've grown to 30 people in less than two years. In March 2022, we launched our first product, offering payment accounts to crypto businesses. This means that EU crypto companies can use Januar's payment account solutions to accept payments and send payouts while maintaining full compliance and stable business operations. Quantified Impacts ApS

We are a startup on a mission to quantify environmental impacts, make them easy to understand and act upon! Companies and organizations needs to be able to calculate and document carbon footprint on the goods they sell. Unfortunately this is currently a very complicated and time-consuming task! We automate the process of calculating and documenting product's carbon footprint through intuitive software, providing high-quality data and a seamless user experience. Quantified Impacts is founded in late 2022. We have secured initial capital and have set the path to reach our mission. We have offices in Valby Copenhagen and in Bjerringbro Jutland.

Nabogo

Carpooling solves three major societal problems; lack of mobility outside the big cities, congestion during rush hour and CO2 emissions from the transport sector. Nabogo is a solution with the mission that everyone enjoys city-like public mobility - we make it affordable for society, companies, and citizens. There are only 1.08 people in a commuter car on average, which leads to queues, pollution and time wasted in traffic. Furthermore, finding parking spaces in cities, towns and near large workplaces has not become easier. And last but not least, the high proportion of cars with one person has a significant negative impact on the environment. With a dedicated effort for carpooling, it is not unrealistic that together we can reduce the number of cars and CO2 emissions by up to 25%. That is why we have created nabogo, a carpooling service for daily trips and commuting between districts, towns, business areas and stations. Our primary customers are public transport companies, municipalities, regions and the corporate sector. Once the solution is established in an area, it can be used at no cost to users. Naturally, a successful transition to carpooling requires active support from municipalities, educational institutions, businesses and local communities to spread information about the possibility of greener and more affordable commuting. Fortunately, we are well on our way here with several cross-cutting collaborations. A core functionality of the nabogo app is our pre-defined meeting points, which are places where people drive to and from and pass by - and which function as fixed pick-up and drop-off points for carpooling. This makes it easy and fast to coordinate carpooling, while creating a new infrastructure and improved mobility in the area. The app is closely integrated with public transport to show all the possibilities. We establish meeting points in collaboration with our partners, and this function ensures good hubs between carpooling and public transport, for example at stations. Nabogo is thus a complete alternative to driving alone in your own car. In collaboration with the municipalities, communication efforts are directed towards districts and towns, and we engage businesses and educational institutions so that citizens are informed where they live, work or study. Nabogo is found in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Vikarbooking (VB) er en digital rekrutterings- og vikarplatform, udviklet til at gøre ansættelser mere enkle, gennemsigtige og markant billigere end de løsninger, som i dag dominerer markedet. Platformen er 100 % online og bygger på strukturerede data, dokumenterbare matches og målbare resultater frem for manuelle processer, mavefornemmelser og dyre, bindende aftaler. Det problem, VB adresserer, er grundlæggende strukturelt. Rekruttering og vikararbejde er i mange år blevet varetaget af aktører, der opererer med høje provisioner og begrænset gennemsigtighed. Gængse vikarbureauer tager typisk 25–35 % i avance, hvilket gør midlertidig arbejdskraft dyr og fastansættelser endnu dyrere. Hertil kommer bindinger, lange opsigelsesvarsler og frikøb, som i praksis låser både virksomheder og medarbejdere fast i uhensigtsmæssige forløb.
