Norlix ApS

At Norlix, we are building a digital insurance and pension brokerage from the ground up. The industry is still defined by manual workflows, legacy systems, and advisory services that only happen periodically. That creates friction and means coverage and risk often lag behind how companies actually evolve. We are building a different model. By combining integrations, structured data, and continuous analysis, we make advisory proactive instead of reactive. In practice, we focus on: • Automated and continuous data collection • Ongoing assessment of risk and coverage • Systematic monitoring of the market • Data driven optimization instead of periodic reviews Our ambition is simple: To make insurance and pension advisory more precise, more transparent, and far less dependent on manual processes. We have raised 30 mio. DKK at the start of 2026, grown to 25+ people, and are building fast with a strong team that genuinely enjoys working together. We are still early, but that is exactly the point. What we build now will define how insurance and pension should work going forward.

Morningscore

Morningscore is a Complete SEO & GEO tool that guides you to growth via gamification. There is a lot of confusion in SEO. Many people don't know where to start and focus their efforts. They need an intelligent, motivating guide. This is what we are building. Our platform is an all-in-one SEO & GEO tool that's super easy to use, yet rich on data and tools. Morningscore awards customers XP points for completing suggested "missions". Once they have enough XP they level up in the tool. And in the real world they get more traffic and leads on their website. ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS The hiring process at Reshape is usually divided up into 4 steps: 1. First interview is all about learning about each other. We want to give you a deep background on Reshape, what we stand for and where we want to take the company, and we want to learn about who *you* are and what *you* stand for as a person. 2. The second interview is focused on diving deeper into the technical parts of your future role, learning deeply about your experience in you respective field and where you want to go as a person. 3. The third interview is a meet & greet with the team. We care a lot about our culture and want to take great care of it. We’ll invite you in for an afternoon to meet the current team in a relaxed setting to give you the opportunity to see what it is like to work at Reshape. 4. If an offer is extended, we will talk through and clarify any doubts or questions. Often this is a phone call at the end, or we’ll invite you in to discuss if necessary. For certain hires, we may adjust the process a little bit, but we will make sure to cover the topics so all parties feel comfortable about making a final decision.

Limepack is a fast-growing European scale-up specializing in custom-printed takeaway packaging for brands in the HoReCa sector. We help restaurants, cafés, chains, and event businesses stand out with branded packaging such as paper cups, plastic cups, food boxes, bags, and other to-go packaging solutions. Our ambition is to become Europe’s leading platform for printed takeaway packaging. We work closely with European producers and are committed to making branded packaging more accessible through free expert design support, low minimum order quantities, and fast, free shipping across Europe. Francis

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, and Female Invest use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We’re a lean team of six, working in person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Tonsser

We’re building a vertical social network to unite the 265 million active football players world-wide putting them in control of their own football identity. Players use Tonsser to scout their opponents before an important game, analyse their performances and save personal achievements season by season. More than 1.5 million youth players across Europe already use Tonsser to unlock their potential.

Moxso

Moxso is an easy to implement, adaptable phishing simulation and training platform. By collaborating with security experts we've built the next-gen phishing tool. No code. No clunkiness. Our security drills and phishing simulations help employees recognize, avoid, and report potential threats that can compromise critical business data and systems, including phishing, malware, ransomware, and spyware.

Clutch

Clutch was founded in 2021 by a group of badminton players, brilliant software engineers and designers. Using state of the art Artificial Intelligence, we have developed the world’s most powerful and fully automated system for pro-level analysis. We’ve been fortunate to work closely with some of the world’s best players and coaches from teams with the most advanced performance analytics frameworks. With Clutch, any player in the world with a smartphone can arm themselves with the same level of insights about their own game as the top pros.
