Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our Team: We are a global team working to solve a global problem. We’re headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen and London as well as remote team members located all over the world. We have spoken at the World Economic Forum, consulted the European Commission, and worked with the United Nations to develop a new standard for emissions accounting. Wolt (DK)

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals or products from either our restaurant or retail partners and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. A few years ago Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 27 countries and over 130 cities across EMEA, servicing over 20M registered users. We’re expanding rapidly, from our offices in Copenhagen, and now we’re looking for someone to be part of this hectic, fun and rapid expansion and help to further build our presence in Denmark.

Alice.tech

Alice makes personalized learning accessible for students and teachers using the latest in AI. More than 50,000 students across the world have already used Alice. In 2025 we joined Y Combinator’s W25 batch in San Francisco, and we raised almost $6m to scale. Though still small, our team punches above its weight – with backgrounds from Top Universities, McKinsey, PhDs in Machine Learning, 10+ years of teaching, and even Denmark’s top high school GPA. We’re building a true A-team – because it’s most fun to work with smart, driven people on a mission that matters.

Lun

Our carbon emissions are still increasing, and the evidence for dramatic climate change is all around. We want to do our part in solving it. In Europe, 12% of our carbon emissions come from heating our homes - just as much as using our cars. Getting those emissions to zero will be a gargantuan task: retrofitting 90 million buildings across many countries is a hard problem. Lun’s mission is to decarbonise homes faster, by building an operating system for tradespeople in the European energy renovation industry. Our first task is to make heat pump installations an absolute no-brainer for plumbers and electricians.

Francis

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, and Female Invest use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We’re a lean team of six, working in person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Despite our size, we’re currently serving 400+ companies and are backed by top VCs, including PSV and ByFounders – the investors behind companies like Lovable, Pleo, and Lunar.

Circular Innovation Lab ApS

Circular Innovation Lab is a research and policy think tank, based in Denmark and India, accelerating the transition to a circular economy, through its for-profit arm, Circular Innovation Lab ApS, and non-profit arm, CIL Foundation MTU. We collaborate with national governments, UN agencies, and international organisations to create circular economy solutions that drive the transition to a circular economy forward. ​We work closely with these stakeholders to help them gain a deeper understanding of the potential of a circular economy transition. Together, we develop solutions that assist them in adopting circular principles and actions. We support them in the entire process from the ideation, research, and analysis phase up to implementation and monitoring.

Landfolk

Landfolk er en nystartet digital markedsplads for sommerhuse, der sætter en helt ny standard i branchen. Vi adskiller os væsentligt fra andre aktører ved at være digital first og ved at håndplukke sommerhuse, hvor æstetik, kvalitet og personlighed er i højsædet. Legaldesk.dk

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station). We have a very informal tone at the office and a team-based approach to problem-solving, which is why we like to work on-site and sit together as much as possible. We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access hot and cold drinks, and to avoid hangry-related conflicts, we provide fruit and a good lunch, that can be adjusted to vegan/vegetarian dietary requests. We also prioritise social interactions, to maintain the great spirit we have in our team. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Lastly we once each year go on a company trip. This year we are visiting a beautiful estate, where we will be doing workshops during the day and have fun and "hygge" in the evening with games, sodas and maybe some wine. Getting answers to basic questions—what’s driving performance, what changed, what needs attention—too often requires spreadsheets, specialists, and time most teams don’t have. Tally acts as an assisting number brain: it understands financial data, translates it into simple insights, and helps businesses work smarter and faster. We’re building the future of financial services around three principles—credibility (trust, transparency, and integrity), security (full control of data protection), and simplicity (reducing complexity so financial reporting is easy to attain and act on).

Digibare is a cutting-edge startup at the forefront of the AI marketing revolution. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to empower businesses with innovative marketing solutions. We are on a mission to redefine the digital marketing landscape. Digibate is a platform that helps startups and companies to easily and quickly access custom-made content and marketing material. Digibate offers companies the opportunity to subscribe to different packages including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters and other marketing material which is costly and time-draining for companies to produce. The company will receive the requested material weekly ready to post. All content is made for each individual company with the brand identity and tone of voice in mind so the content still feels as if it was written in-house. This will save the company money in hiring an employee to create content and come up with constant creative solutions. It will enable marketing managers to focus on more important tasks than the time-consuming content-creating tasks, that are related to writing blog posts, coming up with ideas for social media posts, writing weekly newsletters, creating new content for the homepage etc.

Adversus

We are developing innovative software solutions for modern sales organizations, helping our clients reach the right people, at the right time at minimal effort - and thereby maximizing the use of time and resources. Our cloud-based platform is used by several enterprises in Denmark, and we are working hard to provision the system as a global SaaS platform.

Morningscore is a Complete SEO & GEO tool that guides you to growth via gamification. There is a lot of confusion in SEO. Many people don't know where to start and focus their efforts. They need an intelligent, motivating guide. This is what we are building. Our platform is an all-in-one SEO & GEO tool that's super easy to use, yet rich on data and tools. Morningscore awards customers XP points for completing suggested "missions". Once they have enough XP they level up in the tool. And in the real world they get more traffic and leads on their website.
