About BELLA Intelligence BELLAINTEL is a legal insolvency case management tool which was created in 2018 by an insolvency lawyer. In 2022, Karnov Group AB. took over BELLA Intelligence 100% as one of their commercial Legal Tech portfolio. The system itself is a cloud-based platform based on the Software as a Service license model. The core service supports daily workflows for handling insolvency cases, included in the service is the hosting of case-related data. Using AI and machine learning, BELLA ( "Bankruptcy Estate Lawyer's Legal Assistant" ) provides estate lawyers with an efficient way of managing bankruptcy cases, from asset management through documentation and task handling. We have a two person development team nearshored, a part-time Solution architect and 3 more colleagues based in our Copenhagen offices, where we are co-located with other startups and Karnov Group. UVision ApS

UVision makes sensors for underwater inspection - Visualising the subsea. Ships, harbours, windmills and bridges need regular inspection, also underwater, in order to avoid major failures and costly repairs. Underwater, inspection becomes a lot more complex, it is difficult and risky to operate under water, and video-inspections are costly and ineffective. We are therefor building the UVision sensor to make inspections easy, safe and precise. The UVision sensor is a 3D-underwater camera; unique in size and weight and therefore easy to mount on a pole, on any underwater drone or handheld by a diver. You scan an object by simply moving the sensor around it, guided by a real-time 3D-map on a screen. After the scan, advanced algorithms create a photorealistic 3D-model and store it in our cloud solution - ideal for collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners. We are three full-time founders - each with 25 years of experience within technology development, marketing and management. One of us has a lot of experience with underwater photography, and we all have a deep interest in technology and strong urge to make something of our own - with all the ups and downs it will bring :-)

"Preo" is a white label e-commerce platform for event organisers that works with the onsite experience. Founded in January 2022, Preo is mobile pre-ordering platform for event organizers. It works perfectly with onsite operations and helps organizers sell products online, reduce waste, and evaluate guests’ behavior, all while taking the overall event revenue to a whole new level. Since its launch, Preo has achieved several milestones, from developing fully-functional products to successfully launching at major events like Roskilde Festival and Kulturnatten. Preo currently has three products, each catering to the unique needs of guests, organizers, and event staff. And it’s just the beginning. We’re planning to expand our presence to the European and American markets and become a go-to partner for every event organizer aiming to grow. Preo has raised angel investment from a group of significant event tech industry players.

Kvasir Technologies

Kvasir is solving one of the most difficult problems in the world; how to replace fossil fuels in the heavy transportation industries. Kvasir has developed and patented a unique process to convert ligno-cellulosic plant biomass (straw, wood, bagasse etc. ) to marine fuel in a simple one step process. The process involves cooking biomass in an alcohol atmosphere under pressure, effectively liquefying the biomass. Were developing our technology in our in-house lab and workshop facilities in Soeborg and are also collaborating with universities in both Denmark and abroad.
