We're future-proofing the chocolate industry. We are tackling a major environmental issue in the food industry—chocolate production’s significant contribution to deforestation and unsustainable farming practices. Our solution benefits both manufacturers and consumers by offering a product that is environmentally friendly and reduces the demand on traditional cacao farming. Endless Food Co is creating THIC (This Isn’t Chocolate), a chocolate alternative made from upcycled ingredients. It delivers the same indulgent experience but without the environmental impact of traditional cacao farming. Our product integrates easily into existing chocolate applications, offering a sustainable choice for manufacturers. We saw the environmental and ethical challenges of chocolate production and wanted to create a solution. Combining our passion for food innovation and sustainability, we founded Endless Food Co to offer a delicious, eco-friendly alternative that future-proofs the chocolate industry.

Next11 is sports tracking for coaches and athletes. The Copenhagen-based company is pioneering a live tracking solution from the leg to help coaches and athletes succeed with data in a way that enables them to better reduce injuries while also accelerating athletes’ performance. Our tracking platform gives individual daily workload, weekly team training goals, data on touch, passing, shooting and dribbling abilities and tactical team patterns. Next11 is live football and ice hockey tracking for all - the first live system that most teams around the world can afford. The system is mobile, fits a backpack, and so easy to use that it doesn't require any data experience.

The game is out on Steam, Xbox and Playstation and is now more alive than ever with continuous updates, an ever growing player base, and an active Discord community. While supporting Trailmakers we also launched successful partygame Rubber Bandits, also out on a variety of platforms millions of copies sold. While we are still maintaining these titles, we are now kicking off out next game. Our space and our service allows people to enter a new state of mind, let go of their day, and return to their body, emotions, naturally-relaxed state of being. We believe that floating has enormous potential in today's society. Our founder Shelley started to float 8 years ago in other countries and it helped her to recover from a very stressful period of her life. We’re a biotechnology company creating something new, valuable and useful from what otherwise would be trash. In a circular business model we upcycle food waste into alternative biodegradable materials as a supplier internationally and in DK. In this way we solve a waste management problem. Our unique storytelling and sensuous tactility in Apple Leather really makes an impact with users.  Work for us is also play and we really enjoy ourselves when we’re together making things happen. We love mistakes and in the lab you discover something new every day. There’s always an idea you can follow through and test on.  We all have very different competencies but contribute equally in unique ways to the team research. Weekly workshops with Skylab Ignite and Stardust at DTU are where we grow together. We’re also making brainstorming jam sessions after work.
