Lapee, the female urinal. “Lapee gives women and people who need to pee squatting a quick, safe and hygienic way out.” Urinals for men have been around for a long time, but women and people who need to pee squatting have been long overlooked. For them the need to relieve themselves in public, at events or at festivals always comes with great difficulty. The lines for closed toilet cabins are always long and only two other options present themselves: going without peeing or finding an improvised and unsafe place to pee. Both are highly problematic and degrading. Lapee is a simple solution to a long standing example of gender inequality; Lapee gives women and people who need to pee squatting a quick, safe and hygienic way out. Behind this idea of developing peeing equality are Gina (FR) and Alexander (DK), two architects who graduated from the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen in Spring, 2017. They were working as architects for the famous Roskilde Festival when they thought and developed Lapee. Today, Lapee is available for rent in 20 countries through 30 partners. Join the movement!

The industry is still defined by manual workflows, legacy systems, and advisory services that only happen periodically. That creates friction and means coverage and risk often lag behind how companies actually evolve. We are building a different model. By combining integrations, structured data, and continuous analysis, we make advisory proactive instead of reactive. In practice, we focus on: • Automated and continuous data collection • Ongoing assessment of risk and coverage • Systematic monitoring of the market • Data driven optimization instead of periodic reviews Our ambition is simple: To make insurance and pension advisory more precise, more transparent, and far less dependent on manual processes. We have raised 30 mio. DKK at the start of 2026, grown to 25+ people, and are building fast with a strong team that genuinely enjoys working together. The problem Despite billions spent on R&D, the research ecosystem runs on incomplete, siloed insight. Around 90% of drug candidates still fail in the clinic, wasting time and capital and delaying therapies for patients. This affects 4.5 million scientists across pharma, biotech, and academia who must constantly decide what to study, why it matters, and whether to proceed—with evidence that’s scattered and stale. Our solution We’re building the first agentic AI built for life sciences: a system that plans, reads, reasons, and writes like a tireless collaborator, and plugs into existing workflows via APIs. BuddyUp Social is designed to break down the barriers of adult friendship and create opportunities for spontaneous, real-world connection. Whether it’s joining a hike, hosting a board game night, attending a ceramics class, or finding a casual pub quiz crew, BuddyUp is all about connecting people who are "up for it"—with no pressure, no awkward messaging phase, and no algorithms getting in the way.
