From football, padel, badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, running, fitness, and chess to handball, bouldering, and pickleball, athme helps people find the right activity and the right people to play with. We believe sport is one of the strongest drivers of health, belonging, and community. But for many people, getting active is still harder than it should be. The first product launched is called BiBi (short for Breathing Buddy), and is a tool designed to guide users how to perform four specific evidence based breathing exercises to find calm, focus and mental balance. It is already today used in educational settings such as primary and secondary school, in hospitals, and by individuals suffereing from anxiety, stress, PTSD, and much much more.
