While many patients that have life-altering chronic conditions receive adequate medical support, they often feel lost and alone navigating all the practical and emotional challenges that come with such diagnosis. Our app connects patients through disease-specific peer-to-peer communities, allowing them to share experiences, track what matters, and support one another on their disease journey.

The platform is built around first-hand learnings from 100+ GHG accounting projects and 20.000+ hours of work.
