Hococo

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. SubBook

The Solution to Our Time’s Flood of Pictures Lies in Photo Books. We are living in a time where we take more pictures than ever before. However, it is also a time where we no longer have them developed or spend time looking at them together. This has the team behind the Danish company SubBook come up with a solution to. They have made it easy to get the photo books back in the living rooms, so that friends and family can gather around the pictures and look back at all of their greatest memories together. And now they are expanding to the international market. The team has developed a photo book app called SubBook, which allows users to collect pictures from both Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and the iPhone camera roll to make simple photo books as easy as possible. They have made it with a particular focus on a user-friendly experience, so that people can both create and order their photo books while grocery shopping or in the bus on the way home from work. Because the team would like to spread the joy of perpetuated memories and the possibility to make simple, personalized, and cheap photo books to even more people, they now have entered the international market. In doing so they have also launched their website and app in English versions, while their photo books are delivered to all of Europe. With a sustainable aim. As the team wishes to give something back to the resources they use in their production, SubBook has joined in with the organization One Tree Planted. This collaboration means that a tree is planted every time a customer orders three books using the SubBook app. The team care a great deal about the traces they leave on our Earth and because of this, they only use paper qualities complying with international environmental requirements. This also means that their customers can order books with a clean and green conscience. For now, the SubBook app only works with iPhones, but as a part of their international launch the team is working tirelessly on developing an app for Android users, so that many more can join in on getting pictures out of the phones and into the photo books.

SPORTR

Sportr is the new platform for finding a trainingpartner on the next trainingsession.  By using focusing on data, we are making it possible for sports people to find a partner that fits exactly their level.  Likewise, we make it possible for people to easily find their next goal, as we present the coming events on the platform.  Right now, the app support the following sports: Running, Walking, Cycling, Swimming and Fitness.  If you are interested in been a part of this journey, please contact us We are two young guys, who started Sportr in spring 2019.  We are former colleagues and friends, but this shouldn't hold you back from being a part of the team.  Both of us are studying marketing on Copenhagen Business Academy, and are finishing are education in january 2020.  We are 22 and 24 years old, why we of course love to have a friday bar with friends to celebrate the weekend.

CityChange

We're solving a very big problem in the world's cities: That we don't know enough about what architecture, urban spaces and services that city-dwellers like and want. With a smartphone app coupled with a data intelligence platform, we retrieve raw data from people on the street and, through intelligent handling of big data, offer a whole new level of insight into what makes a good urban world. These insights will not only help us create better cities to live in — they are also highly monetisable.  NOTE: Formerly called 'Civitize'. Changed to 'CityChange' in spring 2021. --- We are currently four people — spread across Europe. Our Danish co-founder, Anders Ojgaard, has 18 years experience with both start-ups and consulting for some of Denmark's biggest companies and is a well-known figure on the urban design scene in Denmark. He has years of experience working with application design — and equally with urban architecture and communications. He recently left a position as the head of an internet project that had one of Denmark's largest corporations as its investor. Our backend developer has 10+ years of experience and works with a big stack. Significant experience with system architecture, PHP, JavaScript, server setups etc. Now building experience with Python and Swift. We have a product concept, a design and a prototype. We are currently building a MVP, which is going through alpha-testing at the time of writing, summer 2021. Expected launch in August/September. We are too early-stage for funding. We have, however, had an unusual degree of interest — including from both European VCs and one in the US. The aim now is to launch the MVP in a controlled environment (single city), presumably Copenhagen. Once we have built up an initial user-base, we will go back to the investors that have asked to be contacted at this stage. We are currently also laying the ground for collaborations with the biggest cities in Denmark, and have had one top-level meeting about a future partnership. We are currently interested in talking to 1-2 potential co-founders that want to come in at this early stage. At least one of these should be an experienced developer (PHP/Python/Elastic Stack). The other should be a person with relevant experience from start-ups and business development, ideally working with govtech / proptech OR it could be a UI/UX designer with experience with both mobile app design and web app design. Diplomasafe is a digital credential provider that helps universities and their students by securely and conveniently storing academic records in a tamper-proof and verifiable digital format. By doing so, we eliminate the need for traditional paper-based certificates, reducing costs and eliminating the risk of document loss or fraud. Our platform also enables universities to issue and manage digital transcripts, degrees, and other credentials that can be easily shared with employers, other universities, or any other relevant party. This simplifies the process of verifying academic credentials and saves time for both students and universities. InnoFounder is a nationwide design-driven incubator owned and financed by Innovation Fund Denmark. InnoFounder offers 12 months of funding of 215.000 DKK per founder, a dedicated mentor, workshops on everything a startup needs to grow, a free seat at a co-working space and a vast network of investors and domain experts.
