Folk Kombucha

Are you ready to join a journey of fermentation with Folk Kombucha? Behind the name Folk lies a vision of creating something that brings people together. Located in the heart of Kødbyen, our small but passionate team is dedicated to crafting uncompromising, living kombucha. We've built a brewery universe from the ground up in the heart of the city, in a space where people can gather and learn about unpasteurized kombucha on a larger scale, while we continue learning ourselves. That’s also why every aspect of Folk is done in-house - from fermenting, bottling, and lab testing, to designing our own labels and visuals. Rather than outsourcing, we are becoming experts in our craft, evolving every day and continually refining our understanding of how to ferment the best possible kombucha. It's a process that only improves with the experience we gain. We use only organic ingredients with flavors inspired from what grows in the Nordic nature around us and let alchemy meet science. Each bottle undergoes a weeks fermentation process, making us a true slow drink in both the soft drink and non-alcoholic segments. We combine flavor, tradition, and health in a product where no detail is overlooked. When you step through the doors of our brewery, you're joining a team of passion. We are driven to build a remarkable brand by thinking, creating, and executing at an ambitious level. As a cooperative workplace, we carry an open and dialogue-based management style, where everyone lends a hand and is part of an informal environment. Dryp

We create a future where the entire water infrastructure can be monitored in real-time using a network of distributed wireless sensors. Dryp is a range of solutions that enable proactive and holistic decision-making for water infrastructure. Dryp builds data bridges across both physical and adminstrative boarders. We are uniquely co-owned by a major danish utility - along with private companies and investors. We are spearheading a data, iot and machine-learning revolution.

Jamii.one

Jamii.one is bridging Sub-Saharan Africa’s vast insurance gap by digitising community-based group (CBG) data, making insurance affordable for Ethiopians and sustainable for insurers. Their offline-first app, offered in local languages, allows CBGs to transition from paper to digital, enhancing financial transparency and creditworthiness. Once digitised, groups unlock tailored insurance products. This solution simplifies bookkeeping for CBGs while providing insurers a low-cost, reduced-risk entry to previously unreachable segments. With 650,000 users, and 70,000 purchasing life insurance, Jamii.one epitomises how tech can foster financial resilience. Their platform, rooted in tech innovation and community trust, ensures accessible, relevant financial services for underserved communities.

We make being a dentist easier - we are the digital partner for dentists. Dentli was founded on the idea of enhancing the lives of the practitioners and patients in the field of dentistry. Our team consists of 25+ experienced members, who work together with dentists, patients, software developers and practice management systems providers to create the best framework for dentists, so that the dentist can do what they do best – caring for their patients.

From humble beginnings in a Copenhagen basement in 2014 and a clear mission to inspire and empower local takeaway restaurants, OrderYOYO has grown into an international company that continues to thrive while staying true to our original core values. At the heart of OrderYOYO, you will find a passionate team of in-house experts at the forefront of the takeaway industry who strive to help our restaurant partners succeed online in the jungle of takeaway vendors and business models. We don’t just build restaurants a branded website and app… We also provide ongoing marketing activities and dedicated support to help their business grow online and ensure their customers order direct. Swöm ApS

Swöm is a Nordic safety tech startup addressing drowning, one of the leading causes of death. Through the use of sensor and wearable airbag technology we have developed smart swimwear which automatically inflates in a potential drowning situation. Our initial product focus on children with plans for further expansion into the active water lifestyle segments (surfers, swimmers, kayakers etc) through licensing of our technology to leading brands across the globe. We have over a 3 year R&D period developed a unique and patent pending wearable safety hardware platform and are now in the process of starting commercialisation as well as developing version two which includes the introduction of space tech to add a tracking and alarm feature to the product. Our funding comes from both investors as well as grants. We were born in the incubation program at the VC Antler and have received grants for instance from the European Space Agency and the Danish Innovation fund. Our headquarters are based at the DTU campus in Kongens Lyngby.

Numina

Numina is the AI-first accounting platform for the Nordics. Our vision is to make accounting fully autonomous with our multi-agent system that can handle categorization, reconciliation, VAT, etc. Core accounting is a notoriously difficult market to enter, but we believe the time is now to re-build core accounting from scratch with AI.

nabo

What would it look and feel like to live in a neighborhood that was designed in a way that welcomed everyone, from every culture? We created nabo to find out. nabo, which means “neighbor” in Danish, is an app-based community for international people living in Denmark and their Danish friends. It is designed from the ground up for belonging. bclude is a digital leave platform for managing maternity, paternity, parental leave, and long-term sick leave to help People & Culture teams and organizations streamline their processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the employee experience during leave. Our solution automates complex tasks, ensuring automated reimbursement and offering seamless communication between employees and employers. The problem we're solving is the time-consuming and manual management of parental leave, sick leave, and related processes. People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.

PARAL

Problem: Denmark faces a significant challenge with over 500,000 chronic heart patients who find themselves trapped in a cycle of frequent healthcare visits, averaging 16 times more visits per quarter compared to regular patients. This problem stems from a lack of comprehensive insight into patients' health due to inadequate consumption and continuous monitoring of biometric datasets. Consequently, patients resort to frequent hospital visits to compensate for this lack of insight, placing a substantial burden on medical facilities, clinicians, ethics, and patient well-being during these 'chronic cycles.' Vision: Our vision aims to optimize the current monitoring and care paradigm for chronic heart patients by providing detailed and long-term insights into patients biometric datasets. We intend to achieve this vision through the development and advancement of our product, 'The Link,' a patient-friendly Med-Tech wearable. 'The Link' simplifies user interaction with its recognizable design while maintaining clinical accuracy through 12-lead ECG and supplemented sensors.
