Unfortunately 70% of all companies that are up for sale don't get sold. We want to change that number by making it easier for business owners to prepare their companies for the exit. The platform solves this through self-assessments, which lead to an automatic curated executable plan with tasks, e-learning content and templates. This enables the business owner to execute a successful exit with his trusted advisors (accountant, lawyer, etc.) - and if desired - an Exit-coach from Exitplanner.

Biller may be brand new, but the brains behind it have been in the game for a long time. Our three founders earned their stripes at some of the biggest names in fintech. Now, they’re combining their expertise and energy to do something refreshingly new, and solve an age-old problem at the same time. We aim to be active in every EU country by 2024. That’s huge growth, but certainly within our reach. Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. Uizard is the easiest collaborative design tool for non-designers — powered by AI. We are on a quest to empower anyone to create digital products, regardless of their design or technical background. Over the last few years, we have seen a dramatic increase in the need for people outside of design to be able to contribute ideas. Unfortunately, all current design tools are targeting designers and have a step learning curve before being able to fully utilize them. Uizard is the design tool for non-designer allowing anyone to communicate their ideas easily and bridging the gap between the design departments and the rest of the company.
