Earbuddy

Earbuddy’s vision is to become the most demanded company in the in-ear industry. Earbuddy has developed and tested a new setup that provides a crucial competitive advantage in the sale and production of custom-made in-ear products. The new setup consists partly of an app solution and partly of a new production setup. The EarbuddySCAN app brings an advantage in all markets, and the technology will disrupt the in-ear industry, and thereby solving the logistical problems around the imprint process and ordering the product. The Earbuddy app gives Earbuddy's end customers the opportunity to scan their ears in 3D, and thereby be able to order their customized in-ear product online, and wherever they are physically located.

Hococo

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan. Most of us can recognise the frustration of tons of paper work or extra bills coming in when moving in or out. And most of us also can imagine how a perfect tenant experience would look like if we could choose our selves. Rent is, after all, for most of us the biggest recurring expense in our lives! Therefore it is only fair to expect something extraordinary in return for all those rent payments and service charges. As tenants we expect more of our rentals, looking to utilize the full potential of our stay whether it be through vibrant communities, new services offerings or pure convenience. Times are changing and Hococo is there to help.

IDUN audio

IDUN audio is a Copenhagen-based startup developing spatial audio software for headphones, making them sound 3-dimensional, just like in real life. As humans we can naturally hear where sound is coming from, and how far away things are. But when listening with headphones we cannot use these abilities since all the sound is inside our heads. This is a very unnatural experience, making us tired at the end of the day. We are radically changing this with our breakthrough spatial audio technology using head tracking. With IDUNs technology running in the headphone, listening with headphones becomes as natural as in everyday situations.

Plecto is a team motivation software that helps sales, customer service and telemarketing teams increase motivation and boost performance. With out-of-the-box integrations, instant notifications and custom recognition features, Plecto will transform your team into motivated high performers fueled by friendly competition! Plecto began in 2012 when Kristian - working for a call center at the time - went to his boss and offered to "build a way for the team to compete." Kristian and his team were frustrated with not being able to see the impact they were making on the business and believed a bit of competition would liven up the office. The idea behind Plecto was born.   After developing a working version of the platform overnight, Kristian presented to his boss a dashboard that would visualize call activity data in real time and rank employees based on their performance. His boss immediately bought a television and dedicated Kristian's time to managing and improving the software.   Once he saw the impact that the dashboard had on his team, Kristian decided to hit the road - quitting his job, teaming up with long-time friend Aleš Kocjančič and rebuilding the software from scratch.   Four years and three different offices later, Plecto is a growing team of eight delivering dashboards to over 65,000 sales, customer service and call center reps.

Short Description (The Pitch) HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center is developing a modern and more human approach to hearing care, helping people with hearing loss improve their quality of life through personalized guidance, advanced hearing technology, and professional expertise. We combine technology, flexible service, and close customer relationships to make hearing aids less complicated, more accessible, and far more tailored to each individual user. 2. The Problem – What Are We Solving? Hearing loss affects millions of people and is a growing societal challenge, especially among older adults, but increasingly also among younger generations due to noise exposure, stress, and constant use of audio devices. Many people live with untreated hearing loss for years because the process around hearing aids often feels overwhelming, impersonal, or driven by standardized solutions. The consequences are significant — both socially and mentally. Hearing loss can lead to isolation, misunderstandings, reduced quality of life, and in some cases stress and loneliness. At the same time, many customers feel a lack of trust in the market because the guidance they receive often feels sales-driven rather than genuinely focused on their needs. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center wants to change that experience. We believe hearing care should be personal, transparent, and built on trust. Our goal is to create a hearing center where customers feel understood and receive solutions that fit their daily lives — not just their hearing test results. 3. The Solution – How Are We Solving It? We are building a hearing center focused on personalized service, modern technology, and long-term relationships with our customers.
