In Denmark alone, 800,000 people changed jobs in 2019. Of these, 1 out of 4 quit their new job within the first year. A failed hire comes with an average total cost of DKK 200,000 to 1.500,000.  Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a tool, that made employees perform better and faster, reaching their hiring objectives early and staying longer with the organization?   We present to you: Introdus the Pre & Onboarding platform – the tool to make this happen, easy and cost effectively. It's Easy!  At Introdus, we believe that there is a better way to do Pre & Onboarding. A more simple, intuitive and successful way - for HR, the company and the new employee. Through various years, where we experienced unsuccessful Pre & Onboarding (if any), we concluded that the industry needed a tool which could improve the employee's Pre & Onboarding experience while being easy to implement and create. The result? A platform so simple, elegant and intuitive that new employees feel prepared, informed and as an integrated part of the organisation from the day they sign their contract. We are obsessively passionate about introdus, and our mission is to put the people, the employees, at the centre of pre- and onboarding by reaching them anytime, anywhere. Thereby, we create a simple, user-friendly and highly intuitive employee journey. Our platform has already won the trust of both national and international companies which, through successful Pre & Onboarding, have increased e.g. higher profitability and productivity. ConsortiaManager

ConsortiaManager is the only software workflow tool in the world developed to save library consortia time and money in negotiation processes with publishers of academic subscriptions. The CRM and ERM tool was launched in 2014 and is continuously improved and developed in close cooperation with library consortia. We currently work with Libraries in Europe, Australia, North America and South Africa and our clients includes Harvard, Stanford, Columbia University, and the United Nations.    ConsortiaManager is a software workflow tool developed to save library consortia time and money in negotiation processes with publishers of academic subscriptions. The consortia work flow tool is the only one in the world of its kind.ConsortiaManager has amassed the whole process into one flow, systemizing the data and providing system users with a good overview of their subscriptions. It creates a space for storing data in one place and enables its users to estimate the value of each journal subscription.ConsortiaManager helps consortia by • Creating an overview of all subscriptions and related information in one place• Managing the entire work flow process of communication, ordering and invoicing• Providing information and statistics to ensure the optimum subscription terms• Saving time by organizing and streamlining repeated work flows• Minimizing errors from using multiple systems and manually handled data• Providing overall efficiency and quality service in the subscription processThe system was launched in 2014 and is continuously improved and developed in close cooperation with our clients. ChurchDesk

We’re changing the way the church works. At ChurchDesk we believe the church needs great tools that can help them improve their work and meet people where they are. It’s church management software made beautifully simple. ChurchDesk is a SaaS company established in 2010 working +2,000 churches across Europe. We’re a diverse group of 30 people with 11 different nationalities. We have offices in Copenhagen, London and Berlin.

Practio

Practio is making high quality healthcare accessible for all, by providing a technology platform that strengthens pharmacies as local healthcare hubs. Founded in 2015 in Copenhagen, Practio currently employs 30+ people in our offices in Copenhagen, Lisbon and Liverpool, and is currently active in Denmark and the UK.

Harba

Harba is a Danish startup digitalising and connecting the world's marinas and boaters. For marinas we have developed a cloud-based marina management software – HarbaMaster – which digitalises marina management processes, while for boaters we have created – HarbaApp – a mobile app which lets reserve berths or mooring in advance as well as pay for marina fees and services once a boater docks. We have also created various IoT hardware solutions for both boaters and marinas. We have a mission to make boating and running marinas a breeze! :)

LikeMinded

We are a Copenhagen-based startup with a vision to be a growth enabler for independent retail stores. Independent retail stores make a huge difference in their local communities but face many challenges today. Our mission is to be the preferred platform for retailers to share exclusive offers on exciting products with their customers, creating and administering events, and communicating digitally with their customers - all helping these stores thrive like never before. Introduction to Ning (CEO): Ning is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong track record, having worked in the roles of business owner and managing director across various settings from startups to large blue-chip companies, e.g. Novozymes and Coloplast. As a second-time startup co-founder, Ning brings valuable experience in scaling businesses, expanding internationally, and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ning obtained his education in both Asia and the Nordics, and he enjoys spending time with his family on various sports and board games in spare time. Introduction to Christopher (CCO): Prior to co-founding LikeMinded, Christopher spent more than two years working in investment banking at Citi in London, where he worked with Private Equity, Growth Equity and Venture Capital clients, and got extensive exposure to M&A transactions totalling more than €5bn across various sectors. Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Christopher has a BSc in International Business from CBS, and also studied at Columbia Business School. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend. Introduction to Lars (CTO): Lars is a 2nd time founder with over 15 years of experience as CTO, and successfully exited from his previous venture. He has a very strong track record as a hands-on full-stack developer, with has a proven ability to build excellent teams.

Nordic Koji Company

We are a Danish food production company creating powerful cooking ingredients to make food taste better. Our goal is to support a successful plant-based transition by delivering naturally transformed pastes, liquids and powders. Using advanced fermentation processes, we extract the umami flavor from protein-rich peas to create balanced, versatile and powerful food enhancers for professionals. Nordic Koji's miso is a fermented bean paste made with Danish organic ingredients. Advanced fermentation turns simple products into a concentrated and versatile umami enhancer used in cooking.

SubReader ApS

Seven per cent of the world population suffers from dyslexia and other reading difficulties. SubReader has built an app that reads subtitles aloud for dyslexics, across platforms: In the cinema, on streaming services as Netflix, HBO and Viaplay and in the school. Founded in 2016 we launched the first cinema integrations in 2017, now servicing 90+ cinemas. In 2018 we launched SubReader Plus, offering premium integrations with the major streaming services and helping thousands of dyslexics. We're now expanding into the Nordic region, growing our user base and integrating with public service providers, distributors and more streaming services internationally. SubReader has received numerous prices such as; Company of the Year Europe, Danish Design Award (2019), Entrepreneur of the Year (2019) and winner of Venture Cup Denmark and finalist in University Startup World Cup (2020).
