Nordetect was founded with a vision of enabling farmers and growers around the world to produce quality food with the least amount of resources. But agriculture is a resource-heavy industry that depends on inputs such as water, seeds, fertilizer, and pesticides, many of which are overused, just to be safe. This has an impact on the economy of the farmer, the quality of soil and water in our environment, and the quality of food that we eat. Food cannot grow without water and nutrients, and this is exactly where we focus our attention. At our core, we are a biochemical analysis company that combines Lab-on-a-Chip technologies, computer vision, and a modern software stack to produce a rapid testing device and analytics tools.
