The result is that most people have a dysregulated nervous system, and this takes a toll on physical and mental health. Everyone can benefit from floating, and we have a wide range of guests! People use it for muscle restitution, to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety, for pain management, PTSD, arthritis, sleeping disorders, skin conditions, brain fog/mental decluttering and as a powerful tool in meditation, visualization and problem-solving. Massage is a very complementary treatment, and our therapists can do wonders when working on a body that has already had 1 hour of pure blissful relaxation in the float tank. We have a focus on the customer experience, ensuring that each guest is guided through their floating experience from start to finish, and has the time and space to "land" again after their session. Our space and our service allows people to enter a new state of mind, let go of their day, and return to their body, emotions, naturally-relaxed state of being. We believe that floating has enormous potential in today's society. Our founder Shelley started to float 8 years ago in other countries and it helped her to recover from a very stressful period of her life. She was driven to open Denmark's first float space in 2019 together with experienced massage therapist Boo Hilmer.

We want to help the industry work more efficiently through a great and intuitive UX and through genuine value creation. Our end goal and mission is to go beyond the value creation for lawyers and accountants and also create real value for small and medium-sized businesses. This we aim to accomplish through an AI Lawyer. However, there is probably a really long time before this is a reality. The AI lawyer should work on top of the existing platform that we already have created and the red-flagging functionality build into the system. We have built an algorithm for finding and recognizing patterns on the "whiteboard". Thus, if we through NLP and deep learning are able to create graph data structures through text analysis, we can generate red flags from legal texts. This is our goal: helping advisers and clients with software created with a strong industry insight.

With the aim of incorporating co-creation, further research, and development, I hope to change the way fall prevention is tackled, to allow for a broader holistic approach, that will allow people to fall safely and stand stronger.

City Hearts is an independent tourist organisation who helps tourist in Copenhagen to find local and alternative experiences, restaurants, bars, shopping places ect. when they visit the city. We work with over 200 local businesses in Copenhagen, a number of hotels and different collaborators, such as Lime and Tours and Tickets. Our main product is our city maps that we have created for the six different neighborhoods in Copenhagen (City Center, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Christianshavn and Østerbro) and our app in which we have created a podcast series, an event calendar and a local neighborhood guide. Our daily routine is about sales, promoting our brand, find new collaborations, keep a close relationship with both the hotels and the local businesses we are working with, and planning our future products. And we have a lot of new projects coming up in 2020, including more podcast, working with new cities in Denmark, writing a blog and hosting events for our business partners.
