Zymoscope enables food processors to monitor and control fermentation easily, remotely, and in real-time. We develop a fermentation management platform, consisting of proprietary sensor technology, sophisticated algorithms, and a mobile app. Currently, our focus is to provide a robust platform for anaerobic fermentation, and more specifically the beer industry. We have been developing our solution together with leading breweries, and we have been conducting industrial pilots since May 2020. Breweries have been able to automate quality control, increase production capacity and be able to create innovative and flavorful products in an efficient and consistent way. Although fermentation is the most ancient food processing technique, it now presents a great potential to fundamentally change the way the world eats, and improve global human and environmental health and economy. Our mission is to enable IT freelance agencies effectively to find the best matches between a given task and their CV database. Fully Automated Accounting. Everybody is talking AI - we have been building apps with AI/ML on top of structured financial information for 6 years. Kontolink is located in the heart of Copenhagen and is dedicated to making life easier for our more than 5000 small business customers by automating accounting. Kontolink develops an app that automatically finds the required documentation from e-mail, photo or Dropbox and attaches it to the correct transaction from the bank, acquirer or other structured sources. When a match is approved with a single swipe, the appropriate booking entry is created in the an accounting system with documentation attached - already reconciled with the bank.
