Halmos ApS

Halmos is building the world’s first digital resilience platform focused on heartbreak recovery and emotional fitness. While dating apps invest billions in helping people find love, almost no one is building structured solutions for what happens when love ends. Yet breakups are one of the most emotionally destabilising life events — impacting mental health, productivity, physical well-being, and self-worth. Halmos addresses this overlooked gap. We combine psychology, digital rituals, gamification, and emotion AI to guide users through a structured emotional recovery journey — transforming heartbreak into growth. Instead of suppressing pain or endlessly venting, users build resilience through reflection, insight, and measurable emotional progress. Our long-term vision goes beyond breakups. We are building emotional fitness as a lifelong skill — helping people navigate love, loss, rejection, and life transitions with strength and self-awareness. We believe resilience can be trained. ChromaWay

Our story ChromaWay is a blockchain technology company. Since 2014, we have been developing and refining industry-defining blockchain technology platforms. Blockchain pioneers We created the first protocol for issuing tokens on the Bitcoin network. We used it to issue fiat currency together with LHV bank in 2014, and then to crowdfund startups on the Funderbeam platform. We designed a blockchain agnostic client-side validated smart contracting platform that put privacy first before privacy became a hot topic in blockchain. We have used it to support internal leasing in large organisations, issue financial instruments, and to allow government agencies to issue licenses digitally. In 2018 we used it to demo a live property sale together with the Swedish Land Registry. Technology by us We are the creators of relational blockchain, a new blockchain architecture which combines the power and flexibility of a relational database and the fault tolerant decentralised security of a blockchain. We built Postchain, a private blockchain or consortium database using the relational blockchain architecture. Postchain has registered property on three continents, accelerated the growth of green finance, and formed the basis for a proposed national e-currency. Relational blockchain also powers Chromia, our public platform for decentralized applications. Relational blockchain allows Chromia to offer a user and developer experience which no other blockchain platform can match.

Ai Rookie

AI Rookie helps companies turn AI interest into real capability. Many organizations want their employees to use AI more effectively, but they struggle to move from inspiration to practical adoption. bclude is a digital leave platform for managing maternity, paternity, parental leave, and long-term sick leave to help People & Culture teams and organizations streamline their processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the employee experience during leave. Our solution automates complex tasks, ensuring automated reimbursement and offering seamless communication between employees and employers. The problem we're solving is the time-consuming and manual management of parental leave, sick leave, and related processes. People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.

We are a subscription-based journalistic media outlet that works uncompromisingly to uncover important stories, expose abuses of power, and set agendas that would otherwise be overlooked—always with the individual citizen and society as a whole in mind. We believe in transparency, integrity, and the courage to say what needs to be said. We are not friends with anyone, and we reject media subsidies and advertisers, making us accountable only to our subscribers. Only in this way can we produce completely independent, critical journalism for the benefit of both the individual citizen and society as a whole. We were founded in June 2021 by, among others, Mads Brügger, and we currently operate in Denmark and the Faroe Islands, where we publish articles and podcasts on our own platforms (web and app), as well as on social media and via newsletters. In both countries, we have experienced significant growth in the number of paying members.

MinRefusion offers a SaaS solution for automating the process of applying for refunds from the Danish government for employee absence due to sickness, maternity leave, or other reasons. The service is aimed at larger companies that want to save time and resources on manual reporting and avoid errors or missed deadlines. MinRefusion can integrate with various systems such as ERP, accounting, payroll, or time registration, and exchange data with the public platform NemRefusion, which handles the refund applications. MinRefusion secures refunds for both long-term and short-term absences, and provide tools for monitoring reimbursement payments, deadlines, documents, and employee statistics.
