The first product launched is called BiBi (short for Breathing Buddy), and is a tool designed to guide users how to perform four specific evidence based breathing exercises to find calm, focus and mental balance. It is already today used in educational settings such as primary and secondary school, in hospitals, and by individuals suffereing from anxiety, stress, PTSD, and much much more. Sikr is the first company specializing in Cyber Security (CS) for Small and Midsized Enterprises (SMEs).
