The internet is flooded with different health advice, which can be hard to navigate through - and what is actually true? Nutriverse is a health-universe that provides people with evidence-based information that can be used to optimize their own health. Nobody wants more years added to their life, if you don’t have the energy, health or ability to live life. We aren’t too concerned with disease prevention in Denmark, way too often the focus is on symptomatic treatment. That’s what we want to change, so that everyone can get the chance to live a long and healthy life.
