Zymoscope enables food processors to monitor and control fermentation easily, remotely, and in real-time. We develop a fermentation management platform, consisting of proprietary sensor technology, sophisticated algorithms, and a mobile app. Currently, our focus is to provide a robust platform for anaerobic fermentation, and more specifically the beer industry. We have been developing our solution together with leading breweries, and we have been conducting industrial pilots since May 2020. Breweries have been able to automate quality control, increase production capacity and be able to create innovative and flavorful products in an efficient and consistent way.
