AUTOproff provides software-as-a-service solutions to the professional car market – making it seamless, secure, and more attractive to trade used cars. Our solutions are important enablers of the ongoing mobility transformation of the car industry, where most people in the future will no longer own a car, but instead lease, rent, share or hail cars. Mobility means significant growth in transaction volume as cars will be traded more often during their lifetime – thereby driving strong demand for our solutions. We are growing fast and serve more than 3,500 customers from across the whole value chain including OEMs, dealerships as well as rental-, leasing-, platform- and mobility companies. AUTOproff was founded in 2013, became market leader in Denmark in 2016, and has since expanded across Northern Europe. We are fighting single-use because we realized that the problem was not just plastic, but more in general our habit with single-use items. The restaurant and cafe sector uses large amounts of single-use containers that cause a waste of resources and a threat to the environment. We focus on solving this issue by providing reusable stainless steel food boxes and cups to restaurants and cafes and charge them by usage. Thanks to our free mobile app for consumers, we make sure that the product's circulation takes place smoothly by keeping track of the boxes and cups and ensuring that they are returned into circulation.

Danish founder and CEO Jannik Lawaetz started LuggageHero in 2016 in Copenhagen with 50 drop off-points. In 2017 the company expanded to London and New York with more than 350 storage locations. P27 Nordic Payments is building the world’s first real-time, cross-border payment system in multiple currencies. P27 will enable real-time, batch, domestic and cross-border payments to be carried out quickly and at low cost on a secure and versatile platform. The platform will initially allow payments to flow instantly between people and businesses within the countries of Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, something that will benefit growth and development in the region. The platform will be designed to be expandable to allow for payments across the rest of the Nordics as well, which will contribute to the strengthening of the Nordic payment’s ecosystem. P27 is a joint initiative by Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP Financial Group, SEB, and Swedbank.

The widespread waste impacts growers, retailers, and consumers who seek sustainable alternatives. Our team at Flowering sources surplus flowers that would otherwise be discarded and repurposes them into beautiful, high-quality bouquets in combination with local and certified flowers. By implementing efficient logistics and innovative design processes, we ensure these flowers reach customers fresh and vibrant, reducing waste and promoting sustainability without any intermediaries. The inspiration for Flowering came from witnessing the vast amounts of perfectly good flowers being discarded daily. Motivated by a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive environmental impact, we left our jobs and studies to focus on creating a business that not only delivers beauty but also champions environmental responsibility.
