Hi We are Marie and Pernille the owners of City Hearts. City Hearts is an independent tourist organisation who helps tourist in Copenhagen to find local and alternative experiences, restaurants, bars, shopping places ect. when they visit the city. We work with over 200 local businesses in Copenhagen, a number of hotels and different collaborators, such as Lime and Tours and Tickets. Our main product is our city maps that we have created for the six different neighborhoods in Copenhagen (City Center, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Christianshavn and Østerbro) and our app in which we have created a podcast series, an event calendar and a local neighborhood guide. Our daily routine is about sales, promoting our brand, find new collaborations, keep a close relationship with both the hotels and the local businesses we are working with, and planning our future products. And we have a lot of new projects coming up in 2020, including more podcast, working with new cities in Denmark, writing a blog and hosting events for our business partners. We are located in the Meat Packing District on Vesterbro - Copenhagen. - and have an incredibly delicious lunch arrangement ;)

Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Electricity Maps provides actionable electricity data for more than 200 regions. We help businesses more effectively reduce their emissions, and enable products and services to differentiate their offerings by empowering end-users to be more carbon-aware. As wind and solar production fluctuate throughout the day, this information needs to be dynamic and updated in real-time. As this real-time information about the physical origin of electricity will be scrutinized and challenged by many parties, the effort has to be collaborative, open, and transparent. This is what motivated the creation of Electricity Maps. It started as a simple real-time data visualization in June 2016 and turned into a comprehensive data platform with high scientific integrity. More than 40,000 people use our app on a daily basis and market leaders like Google and Microsoft, are using our API for extensive projects in order to reach their climate goals and help their users take action against climate change. Our goal: a truly decarbonized electricity system. To get there, we will organize the world's electricity information, and use it to drive the transition toward a truly decarbonized electricity system.

Peak Cadence ApS was formed in 2020. We are currently two co-founders. We have a passion to develop interesting software that we can potentially spin out into new startups. We are constantly seeking new ideas that we critically evaluate. Our most recent product is MapADay.com - a website where users can find, create and share travel itineraries. The motivation behind the platform was to alleviate the hours of internet research and pasting into spreadsheets required to plan a trip. Our site has around 80 detailed and hand-crafted travel itineraries, and over 1,000 locations of interest - packed with meta data to drive our algorithms. Our site allows users to complete a profile with their travel preferences and interests - and we're finalising an algorithm to create automated travel itineraries. Not only does the site make trip planning easier, but it also acts as an internet marketing platform for businesses in the tourism and travel sector. MapADay has many gaps (we've been focusing on basic functionality, content and SEO) - but we have a roadmap to where we need to get to in order to evaluate the product's potential. We're looking to expand our team with a focus on business development and marketing.
