Founded in 2019, in a bid to standardize robotics with state-of-the-art software, RiACT is a fast-growing startup based in Copenhagen. We provide a universal operating system for industrial robots as the interface between robotic hardware and intelligent robot applications. The RiACT team consists of nine in-house members, with an additional five externals. We represent nine different nationalities, most of us in our 30s, and boasting diverse educational backgrounds ranging from software engineering to business and sales, business psychology, and business management/finance. Biller - The next step in business payments We are an AI-powered “Buy Now, Pay Later” payment method that allows business buyers to order online and pay directly on invoice while performing real-time credit and fraud checks and a fully automated debtor management service. Thereby we reduce the operational burden and risk for the business seller while offering speed, flexibility and convenience for the business buyer e.g. by offering the buyer flexible payment terms. Biller may be brand new, but the brains behind it have been in the game for a long time. Our three founders earned their stripes at some of the biggest names in fintech. Now, they’re combining their expertise and energy to do something refreshingly new, and solve an age-old problem at the same time. We aim to be active in every EU country by 2024. That’s huge growth, but certainly within our reach. Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. We need talented people with the right skills to turn that potential into reality.

Trebo is a cleantech startup that develops and manufactures a novel fluid-mechanical based plastic sorting technology. The sorting technology enables the plastic industry to sort large-scale plastic-type mixtures and transform the industry’s production waste into valuable resources. The Procurement costs on virgin materials are reduced and the environmental impact from incinerating or dumping plastic waste is eliminated. The annual global production of plastic has in 2019 exceeded more than 300,000,000,000 kg and even though the majority of plastic waste is suited for recycling purposes, more than 90% of the global production of plastic is either incinerated, deposited or dumped in nature. As the production of one kilogram of virgin plastic on average requires three kilograms of natural oil, the plastic industry is a global large-scale consumer of fossil fuels and therefore an important intrant in the green and sustainable changeover of the industry. Due to the wide palette of applications and physical characteristics of plastics, many end-user plastic products consist of one or more different types of plastic. As the quality and application performance of mixed plastic is decreased critically compared to the pure counterpart, plastic mixes are often considered as waste and therefore incinerated or sold to a price significantly lower than the price of the virgin plastic. Industrial waste streams of mixed plastic constitute approximately 60% of the total plastic waste stream. We believe it is critical to develop technologies that effectively sorts and restores the value and physical properties of the virgin plastic. We're creating a digital study abroad start-up that aims to increase mobility by boosting the encouragement among students within higher education to study abroad. Another motivation for the project was the Danish government's goal of sending 50% of students within higher education abroad to incorporate an international dimension into their danish study program. Given the tools provided by the Government, we aim to educate, consult and help students go take a semester abroad to develop their personal profile. Today's way is old fashioned - paperwork, stamps, mails ( the slow kind 🐌) and loads of Visa's and questions. Our platform gives the student the step by step process needed to get any bigger task done. GLYON is developing a CO₂-powered textile-to-textile recycling technology to help brands, fiber producers, and recyclers solve the growing textile waste crisis with a breakthrough chemical recycling process that turns waste into virgin-quality raw materials for new fibers—without fossil fuels. We address the massive problem of textile waste, a global crisis where over 92 million tonnes of textile waste are discarded each year—most of it ending up in landfills or incinerated. This contributes to major pollution issues but also forces the textile industry to continue its dependence on virgin fossil-based materials. Our solution targets fiber producers, brands, and recyclers who need circular raw material solutions. Our CO₂-based chemical recycling process breaks down polyester textiles into building blocks and leaves other fibers like cotton intact. Both PET building blocks and cotton can be used to produce new, high-quality fibers without the need for virgin oil and reducing water consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Medusa is an ecommerce software startup of 17 people with primary operations in Denmark, and employees in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, and many more places. All working together from remote locations to redefine how modern digital commerce applications are built with our open-source commerce platform. Medusa had its first commit in 2020, raised the first round of capital in 2021, and became the largest open-source commerce project on GitHub in 2022.
