PNO Ventures is a small innovation hub within PNO Rental operating 11,000+ truck trailers across Europe. Many adults don’t know where to start when it comes to meeting new people outside of work, dating apps, or closed social circles. This problem is widespread and well-documented—especially in Denmark, where surveys consistently show that many internationals struggle with social integration, and even locals describe it as awkward to make new friends past a certain age. We’re tackling this head-on by making socializing more accessible, interest-based, and low-pressure. BuddyUp Social is designed to break down the barriers of adult friendship and create opportunities for spontaneous, real-world connection. As a second-time startup co-founder, Ning brings valuable experience in scaling businesses, expanding internationally, and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ning obtained his education in both Asia and the Nordics, and he enjoys spending time with his family on various sports and board games in spare time. Introduction to Christopher (CCO): Prior to co-founding LikeMinded, Christopher spent more than two years working in investment banking at Citi in London, where he worked with Private Equity, Growth Equity and Venture Capital clients, and got extensive exposure to M&A transactions totalling more than €5bn across various sectors. Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Christopher has a BSc in International Business from CBS, and also studied at Columbia Business School. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend. Introduction to Lars (CTO): Lars is a 2nd time founder with over 15 years of experience as CTO, and successfully exited from his previous venture. He has a very strong track record as a hands-on full-stack developer, with has a proven ability to build excellent teams.

Difficulty equalising pressure in the middle ear is a common precursor to more serious middle ear health problems such as cholesteatoma ("bone-eater") or hearing loss. Our technology allows the ear specialist to monitor the patient's ability to equalise pressure in the middle ear over a long period of time, and to correlate this with the patient's symptoms.
