We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks. Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure. In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams. Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling. This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

We're are a small video game studio that love mysteries and discoveries. We wear Indoor Sunglasses so that no one can see us cry. Our story starts back in university where we were making the earliest school version of our current title, Mind Diver, a detective game based on our heartbreaks.
