We are an independent Hot Yoga studio based in Copenhagen with two locations, one in Sydhavn and one in Nordhavn. The studio offers a variety of hot yoga classes, workshops, courses, retreats and certified teacher trainings. At Dóttir our goal is to offer our members a complete wellness experience and a welcoming community. A space for people to relax, recharge and reconnect with themselves and with others alike through yoga, in a modern and unique surrounding. We implement various technologies to achieve our goal and make it easy for our members to access our services. We have our own app and an extensive digital and online presence. Dóttir was founded in 2018 and during the course of nearly 5 years we grew independently as a company and expanded with our second location in 2022. Therefore we are on an exciting journey and we always look for new talented members to join our team.

Updropp wants to transform electronic waste into resources. We do this by enabling citizens to get rid of their electronic devices, especially household equipment, in an easy and responsible manner, so they can be sent back into the flow. This is done through our "Uptainers", conveniently placed outdoor drop-off stations. At the Uptainers, citizens are able to place electronics, they no longer use, while running their daily errands. Other citizens can then use the Uptainer to find "new" electronics they can take home and give new life. To support the Uptainers, we are developing an application, that shows an overview of Uptainers and the items placed in them and gives the users statistics showing their personal impact as well as the combined impact. Updropp is a one-person startup, being developed with ongoing help from advisors, collaborators, and interns. We are still in the discovery/product development phase. Right now we have a BETA version of our Uptainer placed at Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus, and are using this to gather insight for our 1.0 design of the Uptainer. We expect that to be ready for launch in primo 2024.

Thanks to a great collaboration with local farmers we are capable to serve sausages of very high quality. Ingredients of the products are based on research and the wishes of customers. It all started as an idea, concept, study project, and learning objective. The e-food truck was built by a student at the university. The generic product is based on 500 people's data from Munke Mose Park.

Fru Bak's Småkager is producing markets probably best cookies. It is a simple product of highest quality with no artificial flavouring og preservatives. We've started to bake our cookies to give the customer a quality choice. This way he or she can buy a home-bake quality snack in specialty stores and soon in retail stores. Our cookies are baked on natural ingredients sourced as locally as possible. The use of butter has two main reasons. A, we give the customer a high quality product that he can enjoy as if he baked it at home and B, we have a social responsibility to reduce the use of palm oil in bakery for the sake of environment. We have started in 2019 with the hope to convince the customers that our cookies are worth trying. We have survived tumultuous two years of pandemic while working on distribution channels. This resulted in distributors in Scandinavia and United Kingdom already signed.
