Tapp

Tapp is developing a software-only POS suite—tap-on-phone payments, eshop self-order, Native AI data platforms, and AI-assisted menu/setup - to help small UK service businesses ditch expensive hardware POS, solve slow service and rising operating costs, and stay compliant by default, powered by our ultra-fast UX, AI onboarding, leading AI features, and embedded payments. Independent cafés, massage parlors, and any other service spots are squeezed by hardware terminals, clunky back-office flows, and staffing shortages—which translates to slower turnover, longer queues, and lost revenue. Operators also face VAT/receipt/tips complexity and card-data obligations that traditional POS doesn’t simplify. The market is crowded, but legacy and “one-size-fits-all” tools still mean slow UI, multi-minute setup, and rigid pricing. Our analysis of UK-relevant providers shows many still require dedicated hardware or fragmented QR solutions—creating cost, training, and integration friction for small teams. Whilst providing insights on all the data collected, without the user having to ask. Tapp replaces boxes and paper with a phone-first POS: - Tap-to-Pay on iPhone & Android: take contactless cards/Wallets directly on staff or owner smartphones—no reader required. Fully productised in our “Staff” flow. - QR self-order, eshop & pay: guests scan, order, tip, and receive receipts digitally; staff stay focused on giving the best service, not card machines. - AI onboarding & menu import: snap a menu or upload a file; Tapp auto-parses categories/items, generates a store description, and lets owners tweak with guardrails (VAT, pricing, tags, duration). - Built-in compliance for UK SMBs: support for e-receipts, VAT invoice scenarios, and transparent tip/service handling—plus card-data best-practice via our payments stack. - Embedded payments on Adyen: unified acquiring, wallet rails, refunds/chargebacks, payouts, and potential embedded finance/share—with clear IC++ economics and SoftPOS fees. - Elite performance: our internal tests show UX runs 2.7× faster LCP and 3.3× less blocking than a leading competitor—keeping staff in “flow” during rush. Why this wins: zero hardware CAPEX, minutes-not-weeks deployment, faster service cycles, and fewer receipt/VAT/tips headaches—all in a single app the team already knows how to use (their phone). Feature depth is production-ready across signup/KYC, menu, staff, orders, payout views, and refunds per our shipped user stories. Whilst (soon) providing industry-breaking intelligence to make the small merchants play in the big leagues. We started Tapp after watching small venues spend too much on terminals and too long wrestling slow software—only to still miss orders at peak. We dug into the UK compliance tangle (VAT, receipts, tips) and saw a chance to bake the rules into the workflow, not bolt them on. Then we validated the experience with hard performance data and a best-in-class payments partner so owners can serve more customers with less kit and less stress. That’s why we’re doing this: give time back to small operators with a POS that is fast, compliant, and delightfully simple.

Our approach is inspired by wearables like WHOOP and Oura, but adapted for dogs — with a strong focus on health optimization, not just location tracking. Gefjon Pharma ApS has developed a groundbreaking platform technology based on our unique hyper vesiculating outer membrane vesicle (OMV) technology. Legal information platform for Danish law. Our take on what retsinformation.dk should have been. Coju.dk provides free access to consolidated laws, law notes, case law and much more. On top of all the free content, Coju.dk offers a paid chatbot that provides answers based on thorough searches through all indexed law documents. Coju.dk plans additional free and paid features on top of the existing core product. Small team, entirely self-funded.

Mølskov Studio

Midt i den Sjællandske muld - et godt stykke væk fra storbyernes larm, finder man Mølskov Studio. Bag navnet finder man grafisk designer Christian, der har beskæftiget sig med grafisk design i to årtier. Christians kompetencer rækker vidt, men logodesign har altid været øverst på menuen. Gennem årene har Christian designet mere end 400 logoer til både små og store virksomheder, selvstændige og start-ups - og ikke mindst organisationer og foreninger i både Danmark og udlandet. Stilen er minimalistisk og med stort fokus på at et godt logo skal være enkelt, så man opnår maksimal brandingværdi og genkendelighed. Udover at være logo designer, er Christian også en særdeles erfaren webdesigner og har lavet websites for en lang række danske firmaer. Her bliver hjemmesiderne lavet i WordPress og pakket ind i lækkert design med fokus på konverteringsoptimering. Ydermere er der stort fokus på hastighedsoptimering og SEO, så Google vender tomlen op til det færdige produkt. Mølskov Studio er naturligvis også lig med diverse grafisk design. Fra design af visitkort og brevlinjer m.v. til visuelle identiteter der for alvor får en virksomhed til at fremstå ambitiøs og professionel. Her bliver der gået i dybden med farver, typografi og visuelle virkemidler der tilsammen giver et helstøbt udtryk. Mølskov Studio er drevet af kreativitet, præcision og et skarpt øje for detaljer. Der bliver arbejdet tæt sammen med kunderne for at forstå deres værdier, målgruppe og markedsposition, så der kan leveres skræddersyede løsninger der giver stor værdi. Gennem årene er der leveret løsninger til blandt andet; KODA, Teknologisk Institut, Monday, Norion Consult, Link Solutions, DTU, Danske Kommuner og mange flere. På hjemmesiden kan der findes masser af information om de forskellige grafisk ydelser indenfor logodesign, webdesign, grafisk design og visuel identitet. Derudover kan man finde et blogunivers med relevante artikler, der giver masser af viden om det grafiske.

VKSplan

VKSplan er et brugervenligt bookingsystem designet til effektiv håndtering af vikar- og medarbejderbooking. Systemet tilbyder en række funktioner, herunder mødetidskvitteringer, hvor både kunder og medarbejdere kan bekræfte arbejdstidens afholdelse, samt nem tidsregistrering, der kan aktiveres individuelt for hver medarbejder og kunde. Derudover sørger VKSplan for automatiske beskeder til kunder, når en medarbejder er tildelt en vagt, og muliggør underskrift ved afsluttet arbejdstid via appen. Systemet integrerer også med økonomisystemer som Dinero for fakturering og genererer let fakturabilag i PDF-format. Med godkendelsesprocedurer for vagter før fakturering eller lønudbetaling og nem overførsel af lønfiler til Danløn og Salary, sikrer VKSplan en strømlinet proces. Desuden gør systemet det enkelt at finde ledige medarbejdere til vagter og omvendt, hvilket gør det velegnet til både små og store virksomheder med behov for fleksibel medarbejderstyring. VKSplan tilbyder en effektiv løsning til denne udfordring. Deres tidsregistreringssystem er designet til at være brugervenligt og fleksibelt, hvilket gør det nemt for medarbejdere at registrere deres arbejdstid præcist. Systemet sikrer overholdelse af de nye lovkrav og giver arbejdsgivere et klart overblik over medarbejdernes arbejdstid, hvilket understøtter en effektiv planlægning og ressourcefordeling. Systemet indeholder også tidsregistrering hvor virksomheder nemt kan tilpasse tidsregistreringen til deres specifikke behov og sikre, at alle lovmæssige krav overholdes, samtidig med at de opretholder en effektiv drift. Alle nye kunder hos VKSplan vil opleve en god onboarding, hvor hele systemet bliver gennemgået og sat op til virksomhedens behov. Efter opstart og fremadrettet er der naturligvis gratis support som er indeholdt i prisen. VKSplan er startet af Klaus Andersen der står bag IT-virksomheden Stabit-IT med beliggenhed i Aarhus C. Idéen til bookingsystemet kom, da Klaus for mange år tilbage arbejde hos Teknologisk Institut. Her blev de første tanker og modeller til systemet grundlagt, og det er efterfølgende blevet videreudviklet til det som det er i dag.
