It was this pursuit of the perfect shirt, coupled with our desire to make a positive impact on the planet, that gave birth to the concept of REIGN OF GAIA. Tid is a watch startup challenging the assumption that products should be designed for a single, default body and identity. Most watches are built around narrow aesthetic and ergonomic norms, leaving many people adapting themselves to the object rather than the other way around. We design unconventional, modular timepieces that prioritize fit, expression, and personal meaning over tradition. The problem we solve is not accuracy of timekeeping, but relevance: creating objects that reflect diverse bodies, lives, and ways of being in the world.

SHADES Underwear

SHADES Underwear is a purpose-driven startup redefining what “nude” means in fashion. We create underwear in an inclusive range of skin-tone shades and sizes, because the industry has long failed to represent the diversity of real bodies. Our mission is rooted in representation, empowerment, and belonging – building products and a brand that make people feel seen, respected, and comfortable in their own skin. We believe that underwear is not just a basic, but a powerful foundation for confidence and self-expression.

Bellis

Bellis is developing a direct-to-consumer travel experience platform to help local tourism businesses sell experiences and gift cards directly to travelers, solving the problem of high commissions, lost customer relationships, and generic discovery on traditional booking platforms — powered by low fees, strong data ownership, and an AI-driven discovery layer. The tourism and experience economy is dominated by large global booking platforms and deal sites that take high commissions (often 15–30%), control customer data, and prioritize volume over relevance. For local hotels, inns, attractions, and experience providers, this results in shrinking margins, limited ownership of customer relationships, and heavy dependence on third-party platforms for visibility and sales. At the same time, travelers face a different but related problem: discovering authentic, local experiences is surprisingly difficult. Recommendations are often generic, paid placements dominate results, and users must jump between many different platforms to plan a trip. The result is a disconnect between what travelers want — personal, meaningful experiences — and how experiences are distributed online today. This problem affects a large and fragmented market: thousands of small and mid-sized tourism businesses across Denmark (and beyond), and millions of travelers each year looking for better inspiration and simpler booking flows. Despite digitalization, much of the value is extracted by intermediaries rather than staying with the local hosts who create the experiences. Bellis solves this by acting as a direct booking and discovery layer between travelers and local hosts. For travelers, Bellis is a single place to discover, save, and buy experiences and gift cards directly from hosts — without hidden markups or confusing redirects. Discovery is curated and increasingly personalized through an AI travel assistant that understands structured tourism data and recommends experiences based on interests, companions, timing, and location. For hosts, Bellis is not a traditional OTA. There are no setup fees, subscriptions, or long-term lock-ins. Partners only pay a low transaction fee when they actually make a sale. Bellis provides the infrastructure — checkout, gift cards, partner dashboards, analytics, and server-side tracking — while hosts retain control over pricing, branding, and customer relationships. A key part of the solution is measurement and data transparency. Bellis ensures that marketing and traffic can be tracked and optimized even when bookings happen in external systems, allowing partners to understand real performance and invest confidently in direct sales. Bellis started from first-hand experience working closely with tourism businesses and seeing how much value was lost to intermediaries. Again and again, great local hosts struggled to make direct sales while paying high commissions to platforms that added little beyond distribution. At the same time, as travelers ourselves, we felt how impersonal and repetitive travel discovery had become — even in a country full of unique places and passionate hosts. The inspiration came from Denmark’s Marguerite Route: guiding people away from the highways and toward hidden gems. Bellis is the digital version of that idea. The motivation is simple: keep more value local, make discovery feel human again, and give both travelers and hosts tools that work in their favor — not against them.

At its core, Lydtildinfest.dk works with temporary event solutions. This means providing equipment that is used for a limited period but plays a crucial role in the overall experience. Sound systems, lighting, and other event-related equipment are essential elements when creating the right atmosphere, ensuring clear communication, and supporting the structure of an event. Lydtildinfest.dk understands how these elements interact and how important it is that everything functions as expected on the day of the event. The company places strong emphasis on usability and reliability. Event equipment should not be complicated or stressful to work with, especially for customers who may not have technical experience. For that reason, the solutions provided are selected with a focus on functionality, clarity, and adaptability to different event types and environments. Whether the event takes place indoors or outdoors, in a private setting or a professional venue, the goal is to ensure a smooth and predictable setup. Lydtildinfest.dk also values transparency and practical guidance. Events can vary greatly in size, purpose, and complexity, and choosing the right equipment can be challenging. Mind Care Collective er en mental sundhedsplatform, der har til formål at gøre det nemt og motiverende for andre at styrke deres mentale sundhed. Som stifter af Mind Care Collective er min mission at være med til at skabe et mere bæredygtigt arbejdsliv for danskere. Målet er at hjælpe privatpersoner, medarbejdere og ledere med at trives bedst muligt i det moderne, hastige liv, og at hjælpe dem med at leve og arbejde på en måde, så præstationer og ambitioner ikke bliver på bekostning af trivsel. Gennem Mind Care Collective er startet af mig, Lea Hellmann Midtgaard, og gennem min platform, min podcast, mit onlineforløb og mine foredrag deler jeg viden og redskaber relateret til mental trivsel og bæredygtig performance.

Nature Climbing

Nature Climbing sprouted from a simple idea in 2014: to create climbing gear that bridges the gap between indoor and outdoor climbing. This led us to create our first real rock holds, but has since expanded to much more – all of it intended to get climbers in closer contact with the natural origins of our sport and help them accomplish their goals. In our small workshop in Denmark, we infuse our love for climbing and the planet into everything we make.

Vikarbooking (VB) er en digital rekrutterings- og vikarplatform, udviklet til at gøre ansættelser mere enkle, gennemsigtige og markant billigere end de løsninger, som i dag dominerer markedet. Platformen er 100 % online og bygger på strukturerede data, dokumenterbare matches og målbare resultater frem for manuelle processer, mavefornemmelser og dyre, bindende aftaler. Det problem, VB adresserer, er grundlæggende strukturelt. Rekruttering og vikararbejde er i mange år blevet varetaget af aktører, der opererer med høje provisioner og begrænset gennemsigtighed. Gængse vikarbureauer tager typisk 25–35 % i avance, hvilket gør midlertidig arbejdskraft dyr og fastansættelser endnu dyrere. Hertil kommer bindinger, lange opsigelsesvarsler og frikøb, som i praksis låser både virksomheder og medarbejdere fast i uhensigtsmæssige forløb. Samtidig er traditionel rekruttering ofte præget af tunge processer: jobopslag, store mængder ansøgninger, sortering, samtaler og tests – uden sikkerhed for, at ansættelsen bliver den rigtige. For mange virksomheder er det reelle behov ikke flere ansøgninger, men muligheden for hurtigt og risikofrit at se en kandidat fungere i praksis, før der træffes beslutning om fastansættelse. VB er udviklet som et digitalt alternativ til netop denne virkelighed. Platformen samler virksomheder og kandidater online og gør rekruttering til en løbende, datadrevet proces. Kernen i løsningen er Try & Hire, som er Danmarks korteste og billigste vej til fastansættelse. Med Try & Hire kan en virksomhed indgå aftale med en kandidat som vikar og efter blot 20 dage vælge at ansætte vedkommende direkte – uden provision, uden ekstra betaling / binding. I prøveperioden betaler virksomheden alene et lavt, fast dagligt beløb, hvilket giver fuld omkostningskontrol og eliminerer risikoen for uforudsete rekrutteringsudgifter. VB arbejder ikke med traditionelle ansøgninger som udgangspunkt. Kandidater oprettes med strukturerede profiler, hvor kompetencer, erfaring, certifikater og praktiske kvalifikationer er i fokus. Virksomheder kan selv søge, udvælge og tage initiativ, hvilket forkorter vejen fra behov til handling markant. Hele processen foregår digitalt og kan tilpasses virksomhedens aktuelle situation. Et centralt element i VB er målbarhed. Platformen giver virksomheder et samlet online overblik over hele forløbet: antal relevante kandidater, matches baseret på kompetencer, aktive bookinger, gennemførte Try & Hire-forløb og efterfølgende ansættelser. Rekruttering bliver dermed ikke en sort boks, men en proces, der kan dokumenteres, evalueres og optimeres over tid på baggrund af konkrete data. Samlet set reducerer VB både tid, risiko og omkostninger ved ansættelser. Virksomheder får en fleksibel og gennemsigtig løsning, der kan anvendes løbende, mens kandidater får mulighed for at vise deres værdi i praksis frem for på papir. Vikarbooking er skabt ud fra en klar ambition: at erstatte dyre mellemled og ineffektive arbejdsgange med en digital, målbar og fair model, hvor ansættelser bygger på virkeligt arbejde og dokumenterede resultater.

Vi sælger til hundredtusindvis af kunder i Danmark, Sverige, Finland, Tyskland og Holland – og udvider løbende til nye markeder i Europa. Vi driver egne testhaver, hvor vi hvert år planter tusindvis af løg og knolde for at skabe unikt visuelt indhold og teste nye produkter. Vi har et stærkt community af passionerede haveelskere, en moderne e-commerce setup og en sæsonbaseret forretning, der vokser år for år. PayTjek is developing an AI-powered payroll verification platform that helps employees detect and resolve salary discrepancies through automated collective agreement analysis and intelligent error detection. Payroll errors are a widespread and costly problem, with billions lost each year because employees never uncover them. Payslips are often complex and difficult to understand without specialist knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws — expertise usually reserved for lawyers, union representatives, and HR professionals. This leaves everyday workers, from healthcare staff to teachers, at risk of losing money they are rightfully owed. PayTjek democratizes payroll expertise. Employees simply upload their payslip, and our AI analyzes salary data, cross-references it with relevant collective agreements, checks against work schedules and contracts, and flags discrepancies or missing payments. The results are delivered in clear, plain language, giving workers both understanding and actionable next steps. Our technology is built to interpret even the most complex Danish labor agreements, with a roadmap to expand across European markets. We are driven by a strong sense of fairness. Payroll verification has long been out of reach for the people who need it most. Without the right tools, employees have been left powerless in the face of errors. PayTjek exists to change that — to return knowledge, transparency, and financial control to workers, starting with healthcare employees in Denmark and expanding to empower workers across Europe.
