Combat Climate Change, set up with a large vision of creating an impact along with a tangible contribution to UN's 2030 agenda for sustainable development, is currently focused on a deep tech innovation idea of making recycled products in the container shipping industry from fully recycled plastic. Our oceans need to be protected! The idea in a nutshell -> When shipping containers fall in our oceans, they hit the bottom damaging marine life. We want to make refurbished containers from recycled plastic injected with microbubbles, giving them the buoyancy and ability to float. The idea is based on archemedies principle and the principles of circular economy, directly supporting UN SDGs 14.1, 9.4, 12.5 and 12.c. It will be one way of helping shipping companies with their decarbonisation agenda and move towards their green transition. Our long-term aspirations upon growth are i) to channel part of our earnings and energy to fund climate educational programmes in schools, something we passionately believe needs to be done for our future generations and ii) building an ESG platform providing a holistic view of a firm's ESG ambitions in line with the 2030 agenda, with a clear view of how close or far is one to their net-zero ambition (design prototype already created).

Best Flows is a one-woman business founded in November 2021 by Pernille Safia Pedersen. The central focus is on connective tissue and nervous systems with the imprints our physical traumas and emotional states leave on the body. Best Flows offers workshops, treatments and training at locations in central Copenhagen. Pernille Safia Pedersen graduated as a nurse in 2008 and worked for five years with children with cancer and their relatives at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. She is also trained as an Advanced Fascial Flow® Guide and Fascial Flow® Practitioner with JeanneJensen at Den Levende Krop, and has therapeutic qualifications in RelationalBiological Trauma Therapy from the School of Psychosomatics by Ulla Rung Weeke.

Omkring 70 procent af al affald, der ender i havet, synker til bunds. Her kan det have store konsekvenser for havmiljøet og er samtidig utilgængeligt for traditionelle oprydningsmetoder. Os Om Havet holder derfor arrangementer, hvor dykkere og andre ildsjæle fra hele Danmark samles og i fællesskab rydder op både over, under og i havet. Benefix is ​​aimed at companies that want to focus on employee well-being and want to give employees a relevant skills boost via self-development videos. Benefix is ​​an employee-oriented course platform and at the same time a management dashboard for management use, which is used both to manage employee well-being and at the same time create an overview for management of the organization's mental health status. Benefix originates from Klausen-HR, which mainly works to get employees on sick leave due to stress back to work. The insights from this are, among other things, that prevention of stress is significantly more important than investing in treatment once the damage has occurred. It saves the company a lot of money to spot and stop stress in time and at the same time it spares the employees the psychological and physical hard journey that a sick leave with stress entails. We believe that stress can be avoided with the right knowledge and the right tools for mental and physical well-being - for both managers and employees. In fact, it is not something that requires a lot from the workplace or is difficult to implement in a busy everyday life. That is why we have created Benefix, an e-learning portal that quickly pays off, where everyone can learn to take responsibility for their own well-being and avoid being affected by stress at their own pace.

Updropp wants to transform electronic waste into resources. We do this by enabling citizens to get rid of their electronic devices, especially household equipment, in an easy and responsible manner, so they can be sent back into the flow. This is done through our "Uptainers", conveniently placed outdoor drop-off stations. At the Uptainers, citizens are able to place electronics, they no longer use, while running their daily errands. Other citizens can then use the Uptainer to find "new" electronics they can take home and give new life. To support the Uptainers, we are developing an application, that shows an overview of Uptainers and the items placed in them and gives the users statistics showing their personal impact as well as the combined impact. Updropp is a one-person startup, being developed with ongoing help from advisors, collaborators, and interns. We are still in the discovery/product development phase. Right now we have a BETA version of our Uptainer placed at Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus, and are using this to gather insight for our 1.0 design of the Uptainer. We expect that to be ready for launch in primo 2024.
