NitroVolt is decarbonizing nitrogen-based fertilizer production and making the agricultural sector more resilient with a novel production process. Commercial ammonia production supports 40-50% of the agricultural industry as a nitrogen-based fertilizer. But current ammonia production is not sustainable, releasing over 1% of global greenhouse gas emissions during production facilities and further emissions during transportation to the end user, farmers. NitroVolt offers a local ammonia production solution that gives farmers the ability to produce their own nitrogen-based fertilizer. The only inputs required by NitroVolt’s container-sized systems are air, water, and electricity, enabling production of sustainable ammonia directly at farms. NitroVolt’s patented electrochemical Nitrolyzer unit can make ammonia on-demand with intermittent renewable energy sources. With their technology, NitroVolt aims to decarbonize nitrogen-based fertilizer production one farm at a time, cut the logistic costs of distributing fertilizer, and make the agricultural sector more resilient to external factors.

With the project name gocaliper, we are working on a new solution that involves generating insights from outdoor human pose and feature estimation. Our team comprises three people with significant enterprise sales and start-up experience and deep AI / ML knowledge. We are building the core team to take us to our first product validation.

We are here to help those who help others! Kople is a social impact CRM made for NGOs working with matching of vulnerable groups.. We are working with some of the largest actors in the field in Denmark and also has clients in Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands. Cases fx include matching of volunteers and: - Elderly people needing company - Immigrants and refugees looking to settle into a new country - Chronically ill people - Children from disadvantages backgrounds - People recently released from jail - Young mothers from disadvantaged backgrounds Kople is a spin-out from the company Elderlearn that matches immigrants learning Danish with elderly people at risk of loneliness. From its start in 2017 Elderlearn struggled to find a relevant IT-system for the administration of these matches and ended up developing an IT-system in-house. This worked well but was expensive to maintain. NGOs started asking if they could buy access to Elderlearns system. This inspired us to get funding from The Danish Innovation Fund (5 million DKK in 2021) to build a Software as a Service tool for NGOs working with matching. This is how Kople was born – taking the learnings from Elderlearn and all its other clients to create a SaaS product for NGOs working with matching.

Best Flows' vision is to promote happiness, cohesion and an improved inner world by strengthening the individual's self-understanding and bringing people into deeper contact with themselves and others. This is based on a revolutionary form of movement that improves quality of life through self-regulation and healing of bodily imbalances. The central focus is on connective tissue and nervous systems with the imprints our physical traumas and emotional states leave on the body. Best Flows offers workshops, treatments and training at locations in central Copenhagen. Pernille Safia Pedersen graduated as a nurse in 2008 and worked for five years with children with cancer and their relatives at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. She is also trained as an Advanced Fascial Flow® Guide and Fascial Flow® Practitioner with JeanneJensen at Den Levende Krop, and has therapeutic qualifications in RelationalBiological Trauma Therapy from the School of Psychosomatics by Ulla Rung Weeke.
