Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Business Battlefield 2021 will be the fifth of its kind, and we aim to think big - nothing is set in stone and your creativity is the limit! Om drømmen startede hjemme på børneværelset, hvor modelbilerne fik den absolutte opmærksomhed, på bilferien ned gennem Europa eller af den betagende bil, der fangede opmærksomheden inde i TV’et, så er kulminationen den samme – nemlig den dag, hvor drømmen blev til virkelighed. Men hvordan realiseres og udleves drømmen? Vejen dertil har for de fleste ikke været ligetil og for nogle har de måske allerede opgivet den. Årsagerne kan være mange, og derfor har SuitRace set dagens lys for at realisere bildrømmen og gøre det sjovt og enkelt at eje en klassisk eller special bil. Med dette være med til at aflive de unødige bekymringer og i stedet give bilentusiasten mulighederne, skrue op for køreglæden og ro til at dyrke passionen. SuitRace skal ikke kun hjælpe ejeren, men også den potentielle bilejer og den nysgerrige med alle aspekter inden for bilverden af klassiske og specialbiler. Det gælder alt lige fra det lavpraktiske med olieskift og køb af bil over juraen og lovningen og til det finansielle aspekt med lånefinansiering og leasing.

Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.

The problems: 1. Countless Africans lost money because they trusted someone in Africa to conduct a financial transaction or local project on their behalf and got abused. 2. Current E-commerce marketplaces focusing on Africa do not necessarily take into account the diaspora. 3. They do not take into account the consumer to consumer (C2C) aspect as well as the micro and/or informal ecosystems. 4. No easy way exists to find trustworthy partners and suppliers in Africa. 5. Weak business digitization in general and, in particular, lack of several strong E-commerce marketplaces for Africa. The solution : Therefore we created dadorg.com. First to solve the problem of Africans from the diaspora (outside the continent of Africa) wishing to build houses, buy land or make similar personal projects in Africa and who could not find anyone trustworthy enough to carry these projects out with. The idea slowly moved towards all types of projects and finally towards all kinds of products and services, to become an E-commerce marketplace geared towards the African diaspora and Africa in general without ignoring the global inherent nature of any E-commerce platform.

Our startup helps handicapped citizens manage their municipality helpers. There's a lot of confusion and stress related to keeping track of which helpers are doing what, sending their time sheets to the municipality and other similar issues like "tabt arbejdesfortjeneste". All of it usually requires a lot of different, separate calendars, and handitime is a shared calendar between citizens, parents and helpers, where the helpers themselves can put in the hours they use, and then the citizen and/or their parents just have to approve it, export to excel, and send it to their municipality.
