Two brothers with a common mission We, Carsten and Knud Erik Petersen, founded IoT Cleaning to ensure more sustainable and climate-friendly buildings. Knud Erik has founded and run his own cleaning company for 22 years. He therefore has in-depth knowledge of all processes from assistant level to senior management. Carsten has worked with technology since he got his first computer at the age of 15: a Commodore 64. For more than 17 years, he has been employed by one of Denmark's leading software companies, before he went independent with his older brother Knud Erik in 2011. As brothers we work closely together. Together, we have reinvented cleaning so that companies and buildings get the highest level of cleaning and use as few resources as possible. Company Mission Our mission is to take responsibility for the environment by minimizing industrial production though easy re-use of produced products and components. Hereby we bring down the CO2 from global Production Facilities. Problem Obsolete Stock/ Dead Stock is an inevitable part of most industries. It ties up cash flow and represents a loss of revenue. The environmental focus of decreasing the high levels of CO2 coming from the production of new products, puts the industry in a situation, where they will have to report their CO2 emissions plus commit to a certain waste reduction within the following years. The situation calls for a high focus on protecting the world's resources and the necessity for re-using existing products and components. Especially Dead Stock components, which are still new and therefore hasen't yet been utilized.

It is a company of 35 full-time employees and 200+ sellers working from the three largest cities in Kenya - Mombasa, Kisumu and Nairobi. The production headquarters are in Nairobi, Kenya, where the production of frozen flavored milk and frozen yogurt products takes place. The company operates a distribution model where it engages youth to become sellers of its products in the market. The sellers are offered an attractive commission-based salary with performance incentives as they retail the products in the major cities in East Africa. All new sellers go through our training academy that provides vital business training, setting them up for success with the product. Although Nbs have huge potential within a wide span of research areas, it has struggled to find its way to market. The necessity of llama immunization and lack of systemization keeps prices high and diminishes ease of adaptation into common lab routines. At Synobody, we want to bridge the gap between Nb-technology and researchers, by addressing these barriers. To eliminate llama immunization, the company has developed a highly diverse and fully synthetic Nb-library used to systematically screen for high-affinity Nb. Identified nanobodies can readily be fused to tags or labels and function with secondary Nb commercially available on the Synobody platform.
