Monii konto ApS

Monii is a danish fintech company with a vision to build Gen. 2.0 digital bank targeted micro businesses in Europe. Via a Banking-as-a-Service model we can integrate an unlimited amount of financial services into our banking platform via API integrations. This gives us the possibility to customize a digital bank that and integrate the specific financial services which these customers need to run their business today. For decades newly started businesses, in large part of Europe, has been discarded by traditional incumbent banks. Many have been declined when applying for a basic business bank account and small business loans. We are here to change that! We want to ensure financial inclusion for all micro businesses in Europe, both newly started businesses and existing micro businesses. The segment is severely underserved in many markets and they are struggling to get serviced by current players. The competitions is very low in this segment, despite the segment accounting for 22,8 million micro businesses in Europe. The potential is huge and we are seizing the opportunity! Our mission: We want to ensure financial inclusion and fairness by utilizing the new BaaS banking technology to create a unique product, tailored to micro businesses in Europe. What is Banking as a Service (BaaS)? BaaS is a model that allows non-bank businesses (like Monii) to offer financial services by integrating bank products through APIs. It enables companies to provide banking-like services without becoming a licensed bank.   How BaaS model works? BaaS allows non-banking businesses to offer financial services through licensed banks. Unlike traditional banking, where only banks provide services, BaaS enables companies—like FinTechs or retailers—to integrate banking features directly into their products. This model opens up multiple revenue streams while letting customers enjoy seamless financial solutions, such as payments, loans, and digital wallets, without leaving their favorite platforms (Monii platform). Mølskov Studio

Midt i den Sjællandske muld - et godt stykke væk fra storbyernes larm, finder man Mølskov Studio. Bag navnet finder man grafisk designer Christian, der har beskæftiget sig med grafisk design i to årtier. Christians kompetencer rækker vidt, men logodesign har altid været øverst på menuen. Gennem årene har Christian designet mere end 400 logoer til både små og store virksomheder, selvstændige og start-ups - og ikke mindst organisationer og foreninger i både Danmark og udlandet. Stilen er minimalistisk og med stort fokus på at et godt logo skal være enkelt, så man opnår maksimal brandingværdi og genkendelighed. Udover at være logo designer, er Christian også en særdeles erfaren webdesigner og har lavet websites for en lang række danske firmaer. Her bliver hjemmesiderne lavet i WordPress og pakket ind i lækkert design med fokus på konverteringsoptimering. Ydermere er der stort fokus på hastighedsoptimering og SEO, så Google vender tomlen op til det færdige produkt. Mølskov Studio er naturligvis også lig med diverse grafisk design. Fra design af visitkort og brevlinjer m.v. til visuelle identiteter der for alvor får en virksomhed til at fremstå ambitiøs og professionel. Her bliver der gået i dybden med farver, typografi og visuelle virkemidler der tilsammen giver et helstøbt udtryk. Mølskov Studio er drevet af kreativitet, præcision og et skarpt øje for detaljer. Der bliver arbejdet tæt sammen med kunderne for at forstå deres værdier, målgruppe og markedsposition, så der kan leveres skræddersyede løsninger der giver stor værdi. Gennem årene er der leveret løsninger til blandt andet; KODA, Teknologisk Institut, Monday, Norion Consult, Link Solutions, DTU, Danske Kommuner og mange flere. På hjemmesiden kan der findes masser af information om de forskellige grafisk ydelser indenfor logodesign, webdesign, grafisk design og visuel identitet. Derudover kan man finde et blogunivers med relevante artikler, der giver masser af viden om det grafiske.

Rispons

Rispons helps member-based organisations connect effectively via smart mobile messages. The email inbox is flooded with both important and not important messages, which basically prevents effective communication and engagement. The average individual gets around 100 emails on a daily basis, including everything from important to not important messages, advertising and spam. As a consequence, the email open rate, engagement and response rates drop significantly and makes it harder to properly get your messages out to your target audience for a fast response. My interest for mobile engagement started when working with email marketing and personally seeing the (lack of) engagement from your most important audience. Another key issue is the lack of response you get when you are competing for people's attention via email. When I created Rispons I wanted to create a personal and effective channel to bypass all the clutter in the email inbox. I wanted everything to be fast, mobile first and extremely effective, but without anyone downloading another app. This is why I created a browser-based platform that can message anyone that owns a smartphone, and get much higher and faster engagement.

Opinoma is an intuitive evaluation system to help educational institutions gather and analyze student feedforward, improving teaching quality and student well-being. Many schools struggle with outdated or inefficient evaluation processes. The lack of clear insights and ongoing improvement in teaching practices creates less effective learning environments. There's a widespread need for a simple, user-friendly evaluation system. Opinoma stands out with its innovative feedforward mechanisms, including video presentations of evaluation results, graphical representations of submissions, smiley ratings for above-average responses, and concise text messages offering feedforward. This teacher-centric platform identifies areas for improvement and provides targeted support for teachers' development. School leaders also get valuable insights to make informed decisions and improve educational quality. The journey began when a lecturer at CBS posted on LinkedIn about being recognized for his evaluations. A thought popped up: other teachers must want similar recognition but don't have the tools to improve their teaching. This sparked the idea for Opinoma. Finally, the mission is also to bridge the gap between how today's students learn and the methods used by their teachers.

The world is changing and we have to move towards more sustainability. ClimEdU works for this change. We help businesses to optimize their: - Production - Value chain - Internal recruitment - Leadership - Green profile How do we do it? We research and calculate their carbon footprint for the above and suggest ways to improve this. That way companies can become more sustainable as well as more preferred by investors and clients who choose green profiles more and more. The EU has voted for a directive that is called CSRD, which in danish is equivalent to ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) But we don't just do that. We also help architects and others in the construction industry with LCA's (Life Cycle Analysis) And we offer a marketing strategy and a plan to fulfill the goals in the ESG plan. Finally, we're making a platform, that is going to revolutionize the industry. We want to automate as much of the processes as possible. So we are always looking for the best candidates to help us on our journey. More Music Technologies is built on a fundamental love for music and a desire to secure that more people get access to unfold their musical potential. For this, we have built a platform that supports our online marketplaces for private education that makes qualified music education more accessible to the general population while securing more teaching jobs for many musicians with a decent pay. Practically, this works by giving the teachers easy access to market themselves to potential students along with a range of digital tools that simplify the administrative aspects of their work. Simultaneously, students find it easier to find the teacher that match their musical dreams and ambitions, along with flexible booking and payment solutions. Since 2014, more than 50,000 students have found instruction through one of our sites in Denmark (Musikundervisning.dk), Norway (Musikk-undervisning.no), the Netherlands (muziekonderwijs.nl), and the United Kingdom (MusicTeachers.co.uk), and it's actually going quite well, if we may say so ourselves. That's why we need an extra sharp mind on the developer team.
