Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.

You could say that Hilfr is "Airbnb for private cleaning" but Hilfr is more than that Hilfr aims to provide decent working conditions for providers of cleaning services on our platform. As the first cleaning platform in Europe we have negotiated a collective agreement with a trade union (3F). This ensures that people working on Hilfr are guaranteed a good minimum salary, pension, holiday pay, access to sickness benefit and a number of other benefits. All Super Hilfr's are employed by Hilfr Aps which means that tax is payed in accordance with Danish law. Hilfr is a very intuitive and easy-to-manage platform. It is free to sign-up but everyone has to upload a picture of a personal ID, which is key part in ensuring a credible and secure platform. We charge the by far lowest fee in the market - only 6 percent. And our fee is not taken from the Hilfrs wage, it is added to the customer’s bill to ensure transparency. First to solve the problem of Africans from the diaspora (outside the continent of Africa) wishing to build houses, buy land or make similar personal projects in Africa and who could not find anyone trustworthy enough to carry these projects out with. The idea slowly moved towards all types of projects and finally towards all kinds of products and services, to become an E-commerce marketplace geared towards the African diaspora and Africa in general without ignoring the global inherent nature of any E-commerce platform.
