PWN Copenhagen is one of Denmark's oldest Professional Women's Network. We're a non-profit organisation focused on having positive impact on the gender balanced leadership challenges in Denmark and globally. We support Danish and international women, and interested people and organisations, by hosting events, running programs, and connecting peers, mentors, mentees, and partners. Through a thriving community built on support, collaboration, and growth, we inspire women to lead confidently and create meaningful change. Our events are both online and offline, always held in English, and are a mix of professional skill building, networking, and insights into new technology and industry trends. Our mentoring, balanced leadership, and entrepreneurship programs have helped hundreds of women grow and thrive in their professional context. Centrally located in Copenhagen, Flowering is developing bouquets with a reduced CO2 output to help environmentally conscious customers reduce waste and promote sustainability with beautifully crafted, eco-friendly floral arrangements. Flowering addresses the significant issue of flower waste in the floral industry. This problem affects both the environment and flower producers, contributing to unnecessary carbon footprints. The widespread waste impacts growers, retailers, and consumers who seek sustainable alternatives. Our team at Flowering sources surplus flowers that would otherwise be discarded and repurposes them into beautiful, high-quality bouquets in combination with local and certified flowers. By implementing efficient logistics and innovative design processes, we ensure these flowers reach customers fresh and vibrant, reducing waste and promoting sustainability without any intermediaries. The inspiration for Flowering came from witnessing the vast amounts of perfectly good flowers being discarded daily. Motivated by a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive environmental impact, we left our jobs and studies to focus on creating a business that not only delivers beauty but also champions environmental responsibility.

Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Babele is a tech and consulting company for sustainability-driven innovation and ventures. On the tech side, we have developed a virtual acceleration platform for impact ventures.
