Babele is a tech and consulting company for sustainability-driven innovation and ventures. On the tech side, we have developed a virtual acceleration platform for impact ventures. We need to be more holistic, include sustainability in our everyday life, be more inclusive and collaborative. The Danish company has been created in 2021, but we also have a mother company in Romania, that has been running since 2014. We are working from Bloxhub and DISIE coworking spaces in Copenhagen.

We are a tech startup, developing a B2B SaaS product: a AI-based software platform that can identify, classify, and evaluate external damages on cars. It is our ambition to provide reliable, simple, and decentralized car handover processes in order to enable a transition into a new paradigm of the rental and sharing economy! With our software we are leveraging machine learning to enable fleet owners, to automate repetitive work, avoid errors when inspecting cars and provide a standardized service across all branches. Simultaneously, we are helping customers to increase efficiency and cut costs.

P27 Nordic Payments is building the world’s first real-time, cross-border payment system in multiple currencies. P27 will enable real-time, batch, domestic and cross-border payments to be carried out quickly and at low cost on a secure and versatile platform. The platform will initially allow payments to flow instantly between people and businesses within the countries of Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, something that will benefit growth and development in the region. The platform will be designed to be expandable to allow for payments across the rest of the Nordics as well, which will contribute to the strengthening of the Nordic payment’s ecosystem. P27 is a joint initiative by Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP Financial Group, SEB, and Swedbank.

Payslips are often complex and difficult to understand without specialist knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws — expertise usually reserved for lawyers, union representatives, and HR professionals. This leaves everyday workers, from healthcare staff to teachers, at risk of losing money they are rightfully owed. PayTjek democratizes payroll expertise. Employees simply upload their payslip, and our AI analyzes salary data, cross-references it with relevant collective agreements, checks against work schedules and contracts, and flags discrepancies or missing payments. The results are delivered in clear, plain language, giving workers both understanding and actionable next steps. Our technology is built to interpret even the most complex Danish labor agreements, with a roadmap to expand across European markets. We are driven by a strong sense of fairness.
