Be My Eyes

Be My Eyes is a unique, venture-funded, profit-with-purpose company that connects blind and low-vision people needing sighted support with volunteers and companies through live video calls. With a nearly 90% successful call rate, our volunteers assist the blind with daily tasks as simple as finding something in the kitchen to something as complex as navigating an airport. Operating in 150 countries and 60 languages, Be My Eyes is the largest digital volunteering community in the world with over 6,1 million volunteers and 450.000 blind and low-vision users. We're also a proud winner of an Apple Design Award for our app. We offer a suite of enterprise products including: • Specialized Help: an add on to your existing customer call center enabling video calls to better serve your blind and low-vision customers • Corporate Volunteering: we can have your whole team or entire company receive a call to assist a blind person providing a lesson in accessibility and meaningful volunteer service. Most companies do this as part of a team meeting, onsite or offsite, and based on our customers feedback, a great deal of joy for you and your teams. • Platinum Partnership: We will partner with the biggest brands in the world who will have the opportunity to send a “thank you” note and/or discounted products and services to our volunteers via a push notification right after they successfully complete a call. • Artificial Intelligence: Be My Eyes also possesses unique and highly valuable A.I. training assets that several of the leading experts in the world have told us would significantly accelerate most company roadmaps not only on accessibility products, but also in areas like advanced robotics, and a host of other machine learning applications. With customers like Microsoft, Google, Procter & Gamble, Verizon, Sony, Instacart, Snowflake and many others, we have a chance to dent the universe through a business model that creates simultaneous delight for our blind and low-vision community, our volunteers, and the companies utilizing our platform.

Tembi

Tembi is a platform that helps companies use open data about markets and companies to focus their strategy and implement it in the daily routines. Many companies are now able to use their own data about their customers and sales processes etc. (business intelligence). But accessing and using the vast amounts of data from the world outside is much more difficult. Most companies don't have the competencies to do it. That makes it difficult for these companies to act optimally in a dynamic world with uncertain information. We help solving this problem. We collect and combine vast amounts of data from different sources and countries. We apply economic impact models and advanced analytics to solve business critical questions for our customers, such as which markets should they focus on, where is the next big client for us, what do we need to do to be competitive? Our dashboard based solution is easy to use and enables everyone from C-level to the floor to act more efficiently. Come work with us! 👋 We are currently around 20 people in the Tembi team, mostly working within Business Development & Sales and Product Development. But will be growing even more over the coming months. Our office is located in Fiolstræde, right in the heart of Copenhagen. We do a lot of social activities together, and always try to celebrate our success in some way. We have one monthly social activity, such as sports or escape room etc. And we also have summer parties, christmas parties and a friday bar with a different theme every month. When the circumstances require it, we can of course work remotely, but we generally like working together in the office - and we have a super nice lunch every day. Our company culture is based on four pillars. This is who we are: - Inspiring friends - Agile ignitors - Confident navigators - Curious enthusiasts

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Why It Matters 136 independent studies confirm psychological safety predicts team learning, innovation, and performance. (Frazier et al., Personnel Psychology, 2017). Work-related stress costs Danish employers €1.17 billion annually. The conditions that produce these outcomes are measurable and improvable. Where We Are The platform is live at thepeoplefirststandard.com. Active pilot conversations are underway with major Danish employers. The team brings two decades of leadership across military, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and startups backed by advisors spanning occupational psychology, enterprise sales, and organisational safety. We are applying for Innofounder funding and building the team that takes this global.

Whether it’s a bank for freelancers, a way to kill the pain of doing expenses or reimagining life in cities, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve the way people work and live. We created Founders in 2012 because we strongly believed there was a better way to build tech companies. Our vision then and now is to refine a model that enables us to co-found successive companies on a single platform that gets smarter with each success and failure. We believe in launching early and iterating fast, knowing that failing is just part of the process on the road to success. Sugarcoat

We're founded and backed by Rainmaking Venture Studio, why we're a part of an environment of experienced entrepreneurs from various tech companies.

VAEV

VAEV is an AI-first platform for building internal business applications. Most companies run critical workflows on spreadsheets, emails and manual processes, but they don’t have enough developers to replace them with proper tools. Traditional software projects take too long, cost too much and are hard to maintain. We solve this by letting business teams describe what they need in natural language. VAEV then generates, hosts and operates the application directly on top of the company’s own systems, with governance, access control, auditability and data sovereignty built in from the start. The focus is not on quick demo magic, but on creating systems that can be trusted and maintained for many years. Over time, customers can extend and adapt their apps using simple prompts. Once the core data model and application foundation live on VAEV, teams can create new workflows, variants, and reports without starting over. In short, VAEV turns business intent into reliable software and gives organizations a faster, safer way to build and evolve the internal tools that run their business.
