Man skal dog have mulighed for at pitche sine kompetencer ved at skrive til TalentSpring, som derefter vil hjælpe med at sætte dem sammen med individer, som kunne finde det relevant og afhjælpe en talentudvikling på disse henvendelser - her ville det være ideelt at modtage støtte, som kunne afdække dette talentforløb og dermed skabe relevans for hele fødekæden. TalentSpringForCreators: er dermed en platform som skaber muligheder for alle aktører i branchen uanset om du er live-musiker eller producer. Det er et større, men overskueligt projekt, som vil bidrage til alle afkroge af musikbranchen, da det vil øge kvaliteten i hele fødekæden indenfor sangkomposition samt eksport og formidling i form af udvalgte samarbejdspartnere.

The journey began when a lecturer at CBS posted on LinkedIn about being recognized for his evaluations. A thought popped up: other teachers must want similar recognition but don't have the tools to improve their teaching. This sparked the idea for Opinoma. Finally, the mission is also to bridge the gap between how today's students learn and the methods used by their teachers.
