We are SellersPoint, a Danish communication and training platform targeted retail businesses with the vision of taking customer service to the next level. 94% of all companies within retail agree that investing in product and sales training is very important in improving customer satisfaction and achieving financial results. However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product.
