Finally, we're making a platform, that is going to revolutionize the industry. We want to automate as much of the processes as possible. Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.

In LiveEquipe we are developing a monitoring and visualization system for riders, making it possible to get live data on how they are positioning and impacting on the horse. The data will get stored and data processing will be made so the rider can see their challenges and improvements over time. The system should help riders improve their performance to heighten the welfare for horses.
