All our learning material is interactive and focus on the work of the individual employee, which allows us to collect insights, feedback and ideas from all corners of an organisation. Enabling both bottom op and top down change at the same time. Interested? Because of our studies we work around 20 hours per week on the startup, we work agilely using elements from the Scrum framework to deliver the new features of our site quicker.We match a social and fun environment with an ambitious work ethic - it is always easier to be productive when you are happy and love what you do!
