Karaoke isn't really about singing well. It's the one place where being bad is kind of the point. Where you get to be loud, dramatic and a bit vulnerable in front of other people. There aren't many spaces made for that. This one isn't made for anything else. Tonedøv is a karaoke bar built inside a shiny chrome van. We're based on Refshaleøen, but the van is mobile so we take it wherever people want to party: corporate events, private parties, festivals, weddings, julefrokoster, brand activations. When you book it, it's yours alone. Doors shut, it's a private karaoke room. Doors open, it's a stage for the whole party to enjoy.

 We believe taking care of our minds deserves the same evolution that taking care of our bodies has already undergone. Mental health, despite being just as fundamental to how we live, work and thrive, is still largely approached reactively. Clinical care is essential, but for most people there is little support between treating illness and generic wellbeing content.
 We see an opportunity to help change that.
 Advances in wearable technology, behavioural science and AI are making it possible to personalise mental health support in ways that simply weren't practical a few years ago. Technology has become remarkably good at measuring us. Wearables can tell us how we slept, how we recovered and how our bodies responded to stress - but measurements alone rarely lead to better mental health.
 Most people already know that sleep, movement, relationships, recovery and stress all matter. The challenge isn't awareness, it's understanding how these factors interact for each individual and turning that understanding into sustainable action.
 Our ambition is to build a system that turns research and personal data into practical, personalised guidance. Rather than giving everyone the same meditation, journal prompt or breathing exercise, we're building an experience that learns about the individual over time and helps people understand what supports their mental wellbeing, then guides them towards small, meaningful actions that strengthen it over time. Just as no good coach would give every athlete the same training plan, we don't believe everyone should receive the same advice.
 The long-term vision is to make taking care of your mind as practical, personalised and accessible as taking care of your body.
 I founded Ibex after spending years working with people, leadership and organisational development and repeatedly seeing the same pattern: people often recognised the signals only once they had become difficult to ignore. 

At the same time, I saw incredible research, talented clinicians and coaches, and rapidly advancing technology, but very little that brought these worlds together in a practical way for everyday life.
 That question; what if we approached mental fitness more like physical fitness? - became the starting point for Ibex.
 Since then, we've developed an early prototype, completed our first pilot, and are continuing to learn where the product creates value, where it needs to improve, and what we need to build next. We're still early in the journey, but we believe mental fitness deserves the same evolution that physical fitness has already undergone, and we're excited to help shape what comes next.

The problem: every creator who publishes video or audio needs music, but the safe options are a mess. Most "free" libraries simply host tracks uploaded by producers who keep the rights, so a song can be pulled later or hit with a copyright claim that demonetizes or blocks the creator's video. Licensing terms are buried in legalese and often restricted by platform or region. And a growing share of libraries are filling up with AI-generated music that can't be properly copyrighted or protected. The result: creators waste time, lose ad revenue to false claims, and never quite know if the music in their video is safe. Our solution: Free To Use owns every track in its catalogue outright. Artists transfer the exclusive rights to us, so the music stays free forever, the terms stay stable, and we can resolve false copyright claims directly on a creator's behalf. Every track is made by a real human artist, never AI, and reviewed and curated by hand for consistent quality. Creators browse by mood and genre, download unlimited tracks with no sign-up, and publish safely across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and podcasts. Why we built it: we are a team of content creators who felt this pain ourselves. Free use comes with a simple attribution; we fund the platform through affordable Personal and Commercial subscriptions plus single-track Pro and Broadcast licences, which keeps the core library free for everyone. Klub Spektrum is a danish online community for autistics. If you are diagnosed or believe, you are autistic, you can become a member. As a member you can find friendships, knowledge, someone to talk to and a place, where you can be yourself. The community is founded by an autistic woman, who was diagnosed at age 38.

1 — The pitch Tactplan is developing a location-based scheduling and production control platform to help construction contractors solve the chronic problem of schedule chaos and workflow collisions on site — with a purpose-built planning method that combines Takt Time Planning, real-time progress tracking, and actionable production alarms into one connected tool. 2 — The what Construction projects don't fail because people stop trying. They fail because no one can see what's actually happening — until it's too late. The construction industry is one of the least productive sectors in the developed world, and the root cause is hiding in plain sight: scheduling. Traditional Gantt-based project plans are disconnected from the physical reality of building. They don't reflect how work actually flows through a building — floor by floor, zone by zone, trade by trade. The result is trades colliding, buffers eroding, foremen firefighting, and project managers spending their days in status meetings instead of solving real problems. This isn't a niche problem. It affects virtually every multi-trade construction project, from residential developments to hospitals and infrastructure — representing hundreds of billions of euros in lost productivity annually across Europe alone. 3 — The how Tactplan replaces the Gantt chart with a location-based schedule — a plan structured around where work happens, not just when. Using Takt Time Planning principles, project teams define a steady production rhythm across locations: the right trade in the right place at the right time, with no overlaps and no idle zones. The schedule becomes a live production system. As work progresses, Tactplan captures actual production rates, detects deviations early, and surfaces prioritised alarms so planners and site managers know exactly what to act on. Instead of a plan that gets outdated the moment it's printed, teams get a continuously valid picture of their project — with the tools to keep production moving and catch problems days before they become delays. 4 — The why The construction industry has tools for everything except the thing that matters most: keeping work flowing. The team behind Tactplan comes from civil engineering and construction project management. They've experienced firsthand the frustration of planning systems that look sophisticated on paper but fall apart on site — schedules that no one trusts, updates that never happen, and meetings where everyone knows there's a problem but nobody has the data to act on it. Location-based scheduling and Takt Time Planning have strong academic and practical evidence behind them, but the tooling has never matched the method. Tactplan exists to close that gap — to give construction teams a planning tool that actually reflects how buildings are built, and to make flow-based production control the new standard for the industry.
