Behind Handlebars is a photography project, world-wide community of cyclist, and brand that sells decorative and unique posters founded in 2015 in Copenhagen. Established around the Danish culture of cycling, and the passion for exploring by bike, Behind Handlebars is being followed by +45.000 people from 163 different countries on Instagram, who actively participates in social rides and share their own lives behind handlebars on the hashtag #behindhandlebars.      Currently, Behind Handlebars is just one person, sitting at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship when I'm not out exploring by bike. To this day biking still plays a prevalent role in the Behind Handlebars universe with an active social media presence on Instagram and social rides in real life that connects locals, tourists and expats.  Behind Handlebars is all about good synergies between people, and therefore is the work style and relationships often positive and informal. Thinking outside of the box and throwing out crazy ideas is recommended!

He continued as an apprentice in the working museum, and although he later trained as an electrical engineer and made a career for himself in the Danish wind turbine industry, the feel for the material is still there in his hands.Nikolay compliments the cooperation with his in-depth technical knowledge about light sources, circadian lighting and fine craftsmanship. He is also a lighting consultant in his own business.Trained as a multimedia designer at Aaarhus University, Margarita is responsible for the marketing and visual presentation of MARINOV's products, as well as the graphic design/visualization of new ideas. Margarita's background as a classical dancer and choreographer contributes to the collaboration with style and sense of aesthetics.

Through user studies we learned, that people suffering from arthritis demands multifunctional assistive tools, that also offers great aesthetic design. We are creating and designing a new multifunctional grib for people suffering from hand mobility issues. The grib will work as an adapter for small and narrow objects, thus ensuring an ergonomical grib. Our product strives to be compared with great Scandinavian design.
