Understanding how it’s performing shouldn’t be. Today, the numbers operators need live across too many systems: - Sales in the cash register / point-of-sale system - Labor in the staff scheduling tool - Stock in inventory and purchasing software Getting a simple answer often means logging into multiple systems, exporting data, and opening a spreadsheet. So what happens? - Decisions are made on gut feeling - No one really knows what’s selling — and what’s not - Staffing issues go unnoticed --- The solution We built a tool that works the way operators already think and talk. He worked long weeks and managed multiple venues — yet still couldn’t answer basic questions without jumping between systems, spreadsheets, and half-finished reports.
