KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Freedom to implement your ideas and ownership over the entire growth engine (decisions are, however, made in close dialogue with the founder). Vores vision er at gøre det let og inspirerende at finde den perfekte lampe – og samtidig give brugeren fuld kontrol over hjemmets lysmiljø. TheMOVE

TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform that supports children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. By combining AI, motion capture, and game-based design, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities – at home, in schools and kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. The challenge is both widespread and growing. A significant number of children show signs of motor or sensory difficulties, affecting their ability to learn, regulate emotions, and participate socially. While some children receive professional support, many do not. They are often misunderstood as inattentive or unmotivated, when the real issue is a missing motor or sensory foundation. Even when children are in treatment, exercises rarely carry over into everyday life. Home programs are often based on printed instructions or verbal guidance, making it hard for families to remember, prioritise, or motivate their child. As a result, progress stalls and valuable development is lost. TheMOVE addresses this gap by turning clinical expertise into an engaging, interactive game experience. Children are guided through tailored activities supported by playful interaction, adaptive feedback, and ongoing motivation. The experience is designed to feel like play – not instruction – making it easier for children to stay engaged over time. Whether used by therapists, teachers, or families, TheMOVE bridges the gap between professional knowledge and everyday practice. It supports early intervention, improves follow-through in therapy, and gives children a more motivating path to stronger motor skills, confidence, and wellbeing – while giving adults a structured, evidence-informed way to support them.

After all, if your underwear’s not doing anything, why are you even wearing it? But we don’t just want to launch an amazing product; we want to do it as responsibly and respectfully as possible. That’s why we are on a mission to be the world’s most transparent underwear (don’t worry, not literally). The apparel industry leaves a deep imprint, impacting not only the planet, but also the people who produce and consume its products. We are committed to doing our part by sourcing in accordance with leading social and environmental standards and by working to increase traceability and transparency. So, where are we now?
