The DropBucket is made of robust corrugated cardboard, consisting of recycled material so once it is no longer needed, it can be disposed of easily along with the rubbish.

Leanius

We help companies revitalize their brand. We believe the key is to know oneself. Because only when everyone in a company pulls in the same direction can it draw on all its resources and make meaningful connections with its customers. And by meaningful connections, we don’t just mean sales. We mean loyalty. Growth. An experience that makes such a positive impact that customers have to share the news about the difference the company has made to their life.

Ibex

Ibex is building the future of mental fitness. We're developing a research-informed platform that combines psychology, behavioural science and physiological data to help people proactively strengthen their mental wellbeing through personalised, actionable guidance.
We believe taking care of our minds deserves the same evolution that taking care of our bodies has already undergone. Today, if you want to improve your physical health, you have access to coaches, training plans, wearables and decades of research translated into practical tools that help you build strength, resilience and long-term wellbeing. Mental health, despite being just as fundamental to how we live, work and thrive, is still largely approached reactively. Clinical care is essential, but for most people there is little support between treating illness and generic wellbeing content.
We see an opportunity to help change that.
Advances in wearable technology, behavioural science and AI are making it possible to personalise mental health support in ways that simply weren't practical a few years ago. Technology has become remarkably good at measuring us. Wearables can tell us how we slept, how we recovered and how our bodies responded to stress - but measurements alone rarely lead to better mental health.
Most people already know that sleep, movement, relationships, recovery and stress all matter. The challenge isn't awareness, it's understanding how these factors interact for each individual and turning that understanding into sustainable action.
Our ambition is to build a system that turns research and personal data into practical, personalised guidance. Rather than giving everyone the same meditation, journal prompt or breathing exercise, we're building an experience that learns about the individual over time and helps people understand what supports their mental wellbeing, then guides them towards small, meaningful actions that strengthen it over time. Just as no good coach would give every athlete the same training plan, we don't believe everyone should receive the same advice.
The long-term vision is to make taking care of your mind as practical, personalised and accessible as taking care of your body.
I founded Ibex after spending years working with people, leadership and organisational development and repeatedly seeing the same pattern: people often recognised the signals only once they had become difficult to ignore.

At the same time, I saw incredible research, talented clinicians and coaches, and rapidly advancing technology, but very little that brought these worlds together in a practical way for everyday life.
That question; what if we approached mental fitness more like physical fitness? - became the starting point for Ibex.
Since then, we've developed an early prototype, completed our first pilot, and are continuing to learn where the product creates value, where it needs to improve, and what we need to build next. We're still early in the journey, but we believe mental fitness deserves the same evolution that physical fitness has already undergone, and we're excited to help shape what comes next.
If you believe the future of mental health is proactive, personalised and built around helping people thrive, not just treating illness - we'd love to connect.

RiskFinder

RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. When it counts, the work has to hold. We are early. RiskFinder is a small operation working with serious customers on hard problems. There is no narrow lane to stay in. You will see how the whole thing fits together, from talking to the people who run a plant to shipping the feature that helps them. If you want your work to land on something real, with people who genuinely need it, this is a good place to spend your time.

Drone defence

We are building an early-stage deep-tech startup developing advanced robotics, computer vision and laser-based systems for high-precision detection and response in complex environments. The problem we are addressing is the growing need for faster, more automated and scalable protection systems. Drones and other fast-moving autonomous technologies are becoming increasingly accessible, capable and difficult to manage with traditional methods. This creates new challenges for protecting critical infrastructure, sensitive areas, public spaces and high-value assets. Our solution combines real-time computer vision, mechatronics, precision control and a laser-based system into an automated technology platform. The goal is to detect, track and respond to relevant objects with high accuracy, while reducing the need for manual operation and making the system more scalable than many existing alternatives. We are working on this because we believe there is a strong need for intelligent, cost-effective and technically advanced systems that can help society respond to emerging security and infrastructure challenges. By combining software, hardware and robotics, we aim to build a platform that can create real-world impact in areas where speed, precision and reliability are critical.

ReCraft Design Studio transforms construction waste into architectural building materials for contemporary interiors. By developing scalable production methods for reclaimed brick, concrete, stone, and other mineral based materials, we turn demolition waste into high value interior cladding and architectural surfaces. ReCraft addresses both challenges by creating low carbon materials from resources already in circulation. Combining local production, craftsmanship, and contemporary design, our products offer architects and developers sustainable alternatives without compromising on aesthetics, quality, or performance. Our vision is to make material reuse a natural part of construction by turning overlooked waste streams into desirable building products.

HEIMDALL'S Hørecenter

1. Short Description (The Pitch) HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center is developing a modern and more human approach to hearing care, helping people with hearing loss improve their quality of life through personalized guidance, advanced hearing technology, and professional expertise. We combine technology, flexible service, and close customer relationships to make hearing aids less complicated, more accessible, and far more tailored to each individual user. 2. The Problem – What Are We Solving? Hearing loss affects millions of people and is a growing societal challenge, especially among older adults, but increasingly also among younger generations due to noise exposure, stress, and constant use of audio devices. Many people live with untreated hearing loss for years because the process around hearing aids often feels overwhelming, impersonal, or driven by standardized solutions. The consequences are significant — both socially and mentally. Hearing loss can lead to isolation, misunderstandings, reduced quality of life, and in some cases stress and loneliness. At the same time, many customers feel a lack of trust in the market because the guidance they receive often feels sales-driven rather than genuinely focused on their needs. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center wants to change that experience. We believe hearing care should be personal, transparent, and built on trust. Our goal is to create a hearing center where customers feel understood and receive solutions that fit their daily lives — not just their hearing test results. 3. The Solution – How Are We Solving It? We are building a hearing center focused on personalized service, modern technology, and long-term relationships with our customers. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center provides professional hearing tests, individual counseling, and carefully selected hearing aid solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle, needs, and budget. What differentiates us from traditional providers is our focus on the complete customer experience. We want to make the process simple, comfortable, and trustworthy from the very first contact to ongoing follow-up care. We combine in-person support with digital solutions, flexible appointments, and close customer service so users feel supported every step of the way. We work with the latest hearing aid technologies and fitting methods, but our greatest strength is our ability to turn technology into something practical, understandable, and meaningful in everyday life. Our mission is not only to improve hearing but to improve people’s social lives, confidence, and freedom. 4. The Why – What Motivated Us to Start? HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center was founded from a desire to make a real difference for people who feel overlooked by the existing system. We saw a market where many customers experienced a lack of personal attention, standardized solutions, and too little focus on the human side of hearing loss. We believe great hearing care is about more than technology. It is about giving people the ability to actively participate in conversations, family life, work, and social communities again. Our motivation comes from the ambition to build a company based on professionalism, honest guidance, and strong customer relationships. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center should be a place where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely helped — not just treated.
