Founded in 2016, NinjaThinking develops and nurtures game-changing ideas, taking them from idea to proof of concept before "releasing them into the wild". We have a specific project seeking funding for marketing & advertising purposes. We have the backbone and development team in place (and the funding for this), however, our need is funding and expertise in marketing specifically to help get the word out, whilst avoiding the traditional pitfalls and errors that plague start-ups.

Mama Havana is a premium Latin dance shoe brand that designs and develops professional dance shoes for confident females who value quality and timeless design. Today, the dance footwear market is filled with countless cheap dance shoe models, that vary in design, colour and type of fabrics used. Many of such models are following temporary trends and are poorly sown and thus get out of fashion and break relatively easily, increasing overconsumption. Mama Havana's mission is to slow down the purchasing cycle and provide the best dancing experience by producing shoes that are comfortable, durable, yet pleasing to look at for a long period of time. Motivation for starting this business was born out of a strong passion for Latin dances and a genuine interest and love for shoes. It was strengthened by the personal experiences buying dance shoes online and strongly believing that a better, more conscious Latin dance shoe concept could be introduced to this market.

One side helps beauty salons (e.g. hair dressers, nail parlour, skin clinics etc.) promote and offer their cancellations at discounted prices to consumers. The other side of the table, offers consumers the ability to find discounted beauty services near one. Beauty Salons experience that 1/4 appointments are cancelled and therefore lose revenue on these cancelled times as they are often hard to get booked again quickly. Therefore we provide a platform for salons to easily offer their cancelled bookings to consumers, at discounted pricing and for consumers to easily find discounted beauty services near one.

Green Island is supplying underserved communities with fossil free utility solutions, providing people with not only power, water, heating, and circular waste management, but also local ownership of a future proof source of revenue to help the community transition and develop. Green Island accelerates onboarding and community organizing, project development, data-based risk mitigation, and access to financing. We enter into a long-term relationship with the community doing remote monitoring of the community's new utility solution and managing digital billing of consumers.

However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Key to the platform is the connection between supplier and retailer, ensuring a constant flow of new material. Currently, it is not feasible for suppliers to create proprietary systems, as they are unable to provide enough content to justify the costs of such systems. By creating a platform for all suppliers, SellersPoint reduces the cost of each individual supplier and retailer, while maximizing value. Our two-sided platform is based on two SaaS revenue streams. Suppliers and retailers. For retailers we offer a free version that includes access to all supplier content without limits! Because of the free version suppliers will refer related retailers to the platform and vice versa, to improve their value of the product. The team consists of 5 dedicated people working from our office in Aalborg Central. We recently closed a 7 digit investment round and are in the process of scaling the business! Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.
