Our startup is revolutionizing the way football clubs train and develop their players by introducing an innovative, interactive training platform. The core idea is to shift from traditional, passive learning methods to an engaging, active learning experience. This approach is designed to enhance players' tactical understanding and decision-making skills, both of which are crucial for on-field success. The problems we are solving: Clubs invest significant time and resources in onboarding new players and coaches to integrate them into the team's systems and culture. This process involves extensive training sessions, meetings, and practical drills to ensure everyone understands the club's philosophy and tactics. However, it is often inefficient and time-consuming, particularly when done manually. Clubs also typically lack concrete data on how well players grasp tactical concepts. The understanding of tactics is often assumed rather than measured, leading to inconsistencies in player performance. This gap in assessment leaves coaches without reliable metrics to gauge tactical comprehension, hindering targeted improvement and strategic alignment.

Blend is a mission-led start-up which believes business should be a force for social good. Blend works with social enterprises who employ and uplift marginalized women from patriarchal villages in India to bring elegant products to the urban buyer in Nordics. Our main product line is carpets hand-made with natural materials such as wool, jute, silk and recycled PET. The carpets are made with the same superior weaving technique of Persian carpets but have simple and neutral designs which suit the Nordic design sensibility. By promoting handmade products by marginalized women Blend can impact 11 out of 17 UN SDG goals. We launched in Q2 and already have our products in boutique store in North of Copenhagen. Once we establish market connects, Blend wants to connect designers from Denmark and other Nordic countries to production centers in these rural villages to blend the functional Nordic design with 5000 years old artisanal talent of India. In future, Blend will also explore tech-based leasing options for its high-end home furnishing range. We believe that everyone should be able to upgrade home furnishings without giving-in to consumerism and impacting mother nature adversely. Blend is founded by Shakti, an Indian who has lived in Denmark and worked at many Senior Director level positions in Danish companies like Mæersk, Deloitte and Rambøll. Through Blend, Shakti hopes to bring functional Danish design closer to the 5000 years old artisanal talent of India. When one wholeheartedly loves two countries so diametrically opposite to each other, then it’s impossible to hold back from exploring what a blend of these 2 cultures can offer to the world. CarboPlanner is a digital nutrition platform for sports clubs and athletes. We build accurate algorithms for estimating energy expenditure in intermittent sport athletes and tailors sports nutrition planning for the individual athletes expenditure and sport schedule. Our platform helps support staff and their athlete optimize performance, reduce injury rates and improve health and well-being by providing a digital tool allowing for holistic development of athletes. One of our founders worked as a personal nutritionist for a national level ultra-runner, and witnessed how dominant guess-work were in terms of nutrition strategies. Currently he holds a position as strength and conditioning coach at a top-tier football academy. Both places he has tested and demonstrated that structured initiatives towards nutrition improves athletic performance with simple digital tools. In total we are a team of 3 founders, with 2 being rooted in sports science and the final in software engineering.
