KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Freedom to implement your ideas and ownership over the entire growth engine (decisions are, however, made in close dialogue with the founder). Opportunity to grow into a Head of Growth role as the brand scales. Become a key player in a rapidly growing brand within a hot market. How to Apply: Please send us: CV + LinkedIn profile. An example of ad copy in Danish that you have written yourself. 2–3 examples of campaigns you’ve worked on (budget, CAC/ROAS, and how you tested creatives). A short presentation: either a 2-minute Loom video (in Danish) or a written answer explaining how you would lower CAC over the next 30 days. Please send your application to info@kjeldgaards.com Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid test assignment (creative test plan + funnel brief).

Venato

[Pitch] How would the global economy change if consumers' normal household goods -- $10T+ value globally and growing -- were elevated to an investable, tradeable asset class? We're here to find out. Venato -- "to track" in Latin -- is taking a long view on how online resale markets will evolve on a 10 year timescale, informed by co-founder experience as a trader on Wall Street. We're building B2C tech tools that address pressing needs today, while simultaneously bringing our users along on an accelerated path to the future, where we'll be a critical enabler and key beneficiary. We're an ANTLER Ventures start-up, eligible for pre-seed funding in a few short weeks, after which we'll be sprinting to our seed round. We're seeking thought partnership and execution from top-notch interns, and in exchange we'll deliver a hands-on, high impact experience that you can be proud of. [What] Here's what our international co-founding team is focused on today: resale marketplaces are growing 20x faster than the broader retail market. Thanks to these online resale hubs (think Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Tradera, etc), consumers are starting to think of their household goods as assets -- items that hold value, and can be traded for money. If that mindset were widespread, we foresee a tectonic shift that impacts consumer behavior and the entire consumer goods supply chain, around the globe. But there are a few problems: there's basically no efficient market for stuff today. Consumers don't know what's valuable, how valuable it is, where to get the best price for it, and how to manage sales across the fragmented marketplace ecosystem. These problems are experienced most intensely by the people with good-quality stuff to sell, and the willingness to do it: Millennials and Gen Z top our list, with a bias toward higher income brackets = more valuable stuff. With >1 billion people using Facebook Marketplace alone each month (250 million are selling), there's no shortage of potential users across Europe and the EU. [How] We're building an investment platform for your stuff, and a friction-free path to market. Upload your items, see live price feeds to track value through time, and gather insights through analytics and community. When you're ready to sell, use our AI-driven optimized product listings and marketplace recommendations to get the most for your stuff. Our initial target market is Millennials who aren't as close to their financial goals as they'd like to be: Venato validates this group and gives them a win (a higher net worth) today. We're planning to launch in Denmark, then will expand to the Nordics and eventually to the US. [Why] As frequent but non-professional resellers, we have experience with the friction-filled process of exchanging your stuff for money today. Additionally, as students of marketplace structure, business history, the unfolding evolution of technology, and entrepreneurship, we're seeing the patterns emerging in the market for stuff that suggest a very different -- and very exciting -- future.

Peak Cadence ApS

Peak Cadence ApS was formed in 2020. We are currently two co-founders. We have a passion to develop interesting software that we can potentially spin out into new startups. We are constantly seeking new ideas that we critically evaluate. Our most recent product is MapADay.com - a website where users can find, create and share travel itineraries. The motivation behind the platform was to alleviate the hours of internet research and pasting into spreadsheets required to plan a trip. Our site has around 80 detailed and hand-crafted travel itineraries, and over 1,000 locations of interest - packed with meta data to drive our algorithms. Our site allows users to complete a profile with their travel preferences and interests - and we're finalising an algorithm to create automated travel itineraries. Not only does the site make trip planning easier, but it also acts as an internet marketing platform for businesses in the tourism and travel sector. MapADay has many gaps (we've been focusing on basic functionality, content and SEO) - but we have a roadmap to where we need to get to in order to evaluate the product's potential. We're looking to expand our team with a focus on business development and marketing.
