Developing new foods for the future based on sustainable snail meat including snail eggs. We deliver to restaurants, wholesale and retail. Snails are fed on organic feed on free range areas. We develop new products as an alternative to red meat. The snails are Helix Aspersa Maxima which meat is tender and juicy. Snail eggs is processed to caviar - a beatyful gourmet product for high end restaurants.

We launched the site in August 2019 and now have more than 20 catering businesses attached. The number is steadily growing and are are thrilled to make it easier for Danes to get good food from local businesses.

Foreningen PROJEKT S udbyder mental styrketræning kombineret med fysisk aktivitet for børn og unge i alderen 10-16 år. Siden 2015 har over 1600 børn og unge fået styrket deres selvtillid og selvværd gennem vores workshops og forløb.
