Our survey showed that working professionals are motivated to learn but often overestimate how much they know about sustainability and climate. While the B2C industry is becoming increasingly digitalized, utilizing data to optimize inventory, product flow and customer engagement, the B2B industry is lagging behind. This is especially true within the industrial order-producing companies, where many companies have little online presence, and in the industry, only 19% have websites with online purchase options.
