Kumar Nordic is developing solution for small to medium sized retail store who cannot afford high tech solutions. Currently we are focussing on developing age identity solution for minors to make controls on alcohol and tobacco purchase. Recently Danish law has implemented a strict controls for retail chains to enforce a digital age check or by physical document checks to be done for young customers , whose age cannot be determined. As per the latest survey done by DR almost 80% young people were able to avail alcohol who were under 18. We are developing a solution that combines both facial analysis and identity using mitID.

CarboPlanner is a digital nutrition platform for sports clubs and athletes. We build accurate algorithms for estimating energy expenditure in intermittent sport athletes and tailors sports nutrition planning for the individual athletes expenditure and sport schedule. Our platform helps support staff and their athlete optimize performance, reduce injury rates and improve health and well-being by providing a digital tool allowing for holistic development of athletes. One of our founders worked as a personal nutritionist for a national level ultra-runner, and witnessed how dominant guess-work were in terms of nutrition strategies. Currently he holds a position as strength and conditioning coach at a top-tier football academy. Both places he has tested and demonstrated that structured initiatives towards nutrition improves athletic performance with simple digital tools. In total we are a team of 3 founders, with 2 being rooted in sports science and the final in software engineering.

Umami is a basic taste that increase food flavor and deliciousness! This can explain why it is a challenge for many people to eat less meat and more plant-based. FINE CHAOS is a disruptive, deconstructive and young brand. All collections start with two opposites, which the Creative Director, Marc C. Møllerskov, builds concepts within the span of two opposites, and the name FINE CHAOS is also a reflection of his own design process – chaotic yet that is how the beauty is found and made. All designs have a kind of disruptiveness to them, loading the garment with ‘time’, where the consumer can feel the hands that created the garment. Craftsmanship is extremely important and it must support the idea for the specific garment, as else you design for a product to have a short lifespan. By integrating a deeply layered storytelling into each garment, you can keep exploring new things in it. A perfect example of this is our Magazine shirt or Ravers Club Top, where you keep finding new patterns within the print. A garment is never seen in full potential until it has reached its owner, as a FINE CHAOS garment is much about identity. As we strive to be the voice of the youth, our collections tell a story that hopefully starts a dialogue about how the younger generation sees the future. This is seen through vocal print designs, sharp silhouettes and the fitting color choices of the collections.
