Qub is a Copenhagen based startup and we run a platform that connects households to helpers. We aim to give our users a hassle-free everyday by providing peer-to-peer matchmaking.We just finished our soft launch and by getting 1000 users in this period we reached a great milestone. We wish to expand further. Our vision at Soccerfitness is to create a community where coaches seek knowledge and inspiration to improve the quality of fitness training in soccer. We are a tech start-up with an award-winning book-creation Web App for young elementary students. The Danish version is reaching 50% of the Danish public schools – with documented results of enhancing children’s learning. For 200 years schools have used basically the same methods to teach children to write and read. Still, every fifth child today is functionally illiterate. Our mission is to change that by offering motivating learning tools built on new tech and proven pedagogical principles.

DIGURA has build an advanced software, where we can assess cases based on previous rulings and compare it to the specific cases. This has led to more efficient case management, and this means that we can focus on the clients needs and keep our services at a high level. The software has enabled us to optimize our case management and therefore handle a case 80% faster than any other similar company. DIGURA consists of 15 persons from Aalborg, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. The organization is split into two departments: half of the team works with marketing and communication and the other half works with law. Particular for our team is that everyone has some special skills important for the company which they are able to contribute with (skills besides the study). There is among us all a very ambitious mentality, which is important for the success of the company. The members of the DIGURA team have already won several awards and published several books within law, proving that the team is very ambitious. We work fast and efficiently, but we always remember to praise each other and keep an incredibly good atmosphere. Everyone is really valued at the company for what they contribute with. Therefore, there is a really good working environment at DIGURA. You can either meet and work together, or work from home. The most important thing is to keep the deadlines agreed on each week. There is not yet a deadline that was not reached. We hold a meeting once a week where everybody participates, so everybody knows what has been done in the last week, and what is on the program for the next week. Besides that, we always end the meetings with shoutouts and praise.
