We at Happenings have a cause of bringing people together in real life. Our way of doing that, is by collecting everything that's happening on campus, such as parties, trips, etc. That means we are a community platform, substituting the traditional ticket providers, where you can participate and pay admission through the app. Furthermore we're the only one in our field approved by the Ministry of Education and Children as a well-being-promoting initiative.

Art Nordic salgs- og kunstmessen afholdes den 26. – 28. november 2021 på Lokomotivværkstedet i hjertet af København. Vi forventer deltagelse fra op mod 250 kunstnere fra ca. 30 lande. De sidste 7 år har udstillingen haft +79.000 besøgende gæster fra seks kontinenter, hvilket gør den til den største salgs- og kunstudstilling i Skandinavien. Som den største kunstmesse i Skandinavien er Art Nordic et unikt forum for samtaler om kunst. Og det er netop formålet med messen: At skabe rum til dialog, følelser og oplevelser relateret til kunst. Art Nordic er dedikeret til møderne mellem skaber og tilskuer – mellem kunstværk og menneske. Art Nordic blev Skandinaviens største kunstmesse i 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 og forventningerne er de samme til 2021. I april 2019 gæstede over 15.000 kunst interesserede Art Nordic kunstmessen – Bl.a. aflagde repræsentanter fra over 176 kunstforeninger besøg på Art Nordic.

Farmwarp ApS is a Copenhagen based software company aiming to transform the way we purchase our groceries and local goods. Farmwarp is empowering farmers by giving them an online marketplace, which enables them to expose their products to a greater audience and put the farmer at the front. Our goal is to provide delicious local produce to consumers and restaurants. We do this by creating the first community driven shared economy model that creates a bridge between producers and consumers. We start in Denmark, we aim to provide the same for each nation and its proudly authentic produce our mission is to: help consumers rediscover Danish farms, by purchasing directly from the farms and get the groceries delivered. We use Shared Economy and Peer 2 Peer solutions to create an entirely new unified market and the first second hand market for food in the world!

THIRDROOM APS har spillet en central rolle i at fremme samarbejde mellem universiteter og virksomheder i Danmark. Vores langvarige samarbejde med RUC om en projektplatform har givet værdifuld støtte til over 1700 forskere og studerende siden 2017. Vi har også betydelig erfaring med at facilitere åben innovation og samarbejde, herunder vores arbejde med Novozymes fra 2019 til 2022 gennem HelloScience.io, hvor vi hjalp over 70 startups, organisationer og virksomheder. I 2023 udviklede vi en AI og NLP-løsning til universiteterne, som har beriget over 10.000 open access-artikler og matcher dem i realtid til projekter og startups. Vi har også opdaget, at samme teknologi kan bruges til at matche legater fra over 100 forskellige fonde i Danmark i realtid med mere end 500 startups, SMV'er og forskningsprojekter. Vores konkurrenter inkluderer Grant Compas og HeyFunding, men deres tilgange mangler AI match-making, og vi ser dem derfor som potentielle samarbejdspartnere.

More than 40% of the electrical energy in office environments is used outside working hours. CO2 in buildings has too high a level, which gives sick employees and students who lose 12% of their learning ability. Ventilation is often oversized by 10-20% due to uncertainty about CO2 levels, which have not been adequately investigated and measured. Often, consulting firms offer a measurement over 30 days. The measurements are only a snapshot of the real picture, which does not take into account the season and number of people in the room. VOCs in buildings are more harmful than first thought. VOC combined with too high CO2 can cause allergic reactions and over time develop asthma. The solution for reducing electricity consumption is to use intelligent automation and with behavior control. A sensor can be set up in areas that are used that automatically turn on the light when there is a person present. Several companies offer this solution, but if it is to be used for something, the devices must send data to the central server, after which you can analyze when and how much. The data set provides better management and control. For the CO2 problem, sensors are set up in the premises. The problem with existing sensors on the market is they have to be mounted with cable that is led maybe 100m away to a central box. It is both expensive and often not without surprises, especially for older buildings where drawings are often not updated. Sawux solves several of the mentioned problems. Sawux is a combination of 5 sensors in the same unit that measure and operate wirelessly. The sensors have access to a Cloud server, where data is collected every minute. Then data can be analyzed and given a real picture over time, which forms the basis for the right decision and correct ventilation systems. Sawux fits into existing 230V electrical environment and does not require cabling, boxes, battery or external power supplies. Sawux connects to the Internet via standard WiFi, which is found in all modern buildings. Sawux's solution is very cost effective and user friendly which is able to provide valid data. The Sawux system comes with an app. and web based energy management system, where you can at any time perform analysis of the building completely at the contact level.

Since the beginning of StretchFit in September 2020, we have generated revenue over 500 000DKK, and we are currently widening our reach to other countries. Our vision is to build a successful brand in the aforementioned niche market within 2 years. We are working every day, from Monday till Sunday, early mornings, late evenings. Our Founder and Editor, Lyndsay Jensen is an international herself. Having called Denmark home for over two decades, she's combined her extensive design and publication background with her first-hand experiences and difficulties as an expat. This was how The International Denmark was born. Her goal in starting the paper and what fuels the whole team at The International, has always been to show what it's really like to live in Denmark, to share in the highs and support one another through the lows, and ultimately to have a better understanding of one another.
