At mellōw we strive to raise the bar on chocolate. We produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft the chocolate at our craft shop in Copenhagen, Denmark.
