Toco is on a mission to revolutionize the economic system by recognising our most valuable asset - our Home Planet. Through an innovative approach, Toco introduces a new digital currency backed by real-world climate projects that reduce and remove CO2 from the atmosphere and contribute to saving our Home Planet. With an easy-to-use payment app, Toco makes every transaction - from buying a plant-based burger to renting a city bike - a step forward towards solving climate change. HOW: We have tested this concept in Stellenbosch, a small South African town, with 67% business adoption and 45% MoM Community growth. Individuals could live in a currency that values the environment instead of its destruction. We are now expanding in Zurich and Denmark. Toco is a new global currency backed by CO2 (Supported by https://www.thecarbonreserve.org/) Every toco represents one tonne of CO2 credibly mitigated from the atmosphere. We turn economic activity into climate action. CURRENTLY: This summer, Toco is launching in Copenhagen, offering a unique opportunity to join a climate-forward movement of talented individuals called the Custodians of the Common. Custodians are passionate about using their time and talents to protect the environment and solve the greatest challenge of our time - climate change. Custodians come together to create change NOW, driven by the realisation that time is running out for the planet’s finite resources and there is NO PLAN(ET) B! Juristic

We are a legal tech start-up that helps professionals solve legal issues through visual analysis. Imagine a whiteboard that can solve legal issues. To elaborate on this, we have created a SaaS tool where legal professionals can collaborate, analyze, and draft legal reports. Currently, we provide four different services within our three pillars of value: 1) Easy access to data 2) Automated assistance (red-flagging) 3) Document Automation We a solving a growing demand within the legal sector to work more effectively. Clients are pushing for capped or fixed fees, which has lead the industry to look for smart ways to work more efficiently. Further, the legal sector has a quite low technology adoption rate. We want to help the industry work more efficiently through a great and intuitive UX and through genuine value creation. Our end goal and mission is to go beyond the value creation for lawyers and accountants and also create real value for small and medium-sized businesses. This we aim to accomplish through an AI Lawyer. However, there is probably a really long time before this is a reality. The AI lawyer should work on top of the existing platform that we already have created and the red-flagging functionality build into the system. We have built an algorithm for finding and recognizing patterns on the "whiteboard". Thus, if we through NLP and deep learning are able to create graph data structures through text analysis, we can generate red flags from legal texts. This is our goal: helping advisers and clients with software created with a strong industry insight.

Tryp.com

Founded in 2019 in Odense, in the island of Fyn, Tryp.com is a young Danish startup. Tryp.com was started by six engineers, set on a mission to bring people together through traveling. As passionate travelers we were frustrated with the time required to plan a multi-destination trip and decided to create an advanced tool that would solve this problem. The result is a free to use platform that uses AI to smartly bundle flights and hotels, allowing you to visit the most unexpected places at the lowest cost. You just input where you are, and when you are free to travel. In the background, millions of options are scanned, evaluated and our algorithm builds thousands of combinations. The best packages are brought to the front end, where they can be easily purchased.

Hybrid Greentech Energy Intelligence

Hybrid Greentech inspires organisations to be green pioneers and invest in energy storage so we together can reach 100% renewable energy. We want to make it simple to leverage the full revenue potential for energy storage. We and our customers are in an emerging renewable market that will face 30 fold growth over the coming years. Hybrid Greentech is a 4-year old company entering the scale-up phase, developing an AI-driven software ecosystem for sizing and real-time optimisation of energy storage, and Power to X solutions in energy markets. We are a team of 10 people with strong domain knowledge in renewable energy, energy storage, machine learning, and AI who want to revolutionise energy storage, grid-scale battery systems, and Power to X flexibility in energy and power markets to balance the generation and the consumption of the electric power systems with large shares of renewable energy.

Y factor

Conceiving through donation is often a complicated, highly regulated, time consuming, impersonal and expensive process. Because of this many future parents and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. Techference started operations on 25th Oct 2021. Products: Techference builds and operates SaaS to support MICE events in Europe. Products as on 28Nov 2021 Scanosk: Scanosk is a Do-it-yourself contactless attendee management solution for in-person & hybrid events. It helps to enhance the experience of event attendees using QR code by automating event check-in, seamless access control management and real-time tracking and accurate analytics of the activities for organiser and sponsors. Scanosk further helps to increase the event participation to global audience using its streaming tool. Interlangue: Interlangue is a Remote Simultaneous Interpretation tool to translate live streaming content into multiple languages. It is a widget tool that can be integrated with any virtual / hybrid event platform. Why Techference exists? Scanosk is positioned for the Post-Corona world where in-person attendance to conferences is expected to see a sharp increase in 2022-23. A contactless interaction during check-in can provide much-needed hygiene for the attendees. The customer is event organisers and sponsors. In post-covid times, the large scale events will require strict adherence to “limited contact” during events – this poses a challenge as the current solutions are dependent on attendees making manual contacts during the check-in to the events. Scanosk is positioned to solve this issue while giving in-depth real-time analysis data for events monitoring and Return-on-Investment evaluation.
