Orvello is an early-stage SaaS startup building a smarter workforce planning platform for businesses. Many companies still spend too much time on manual scheduling, coordination and last-minute changes. This creates unnecessary work for managers and a worse experience for employees, especially in teams where shifts, availability and staffing needs change often. We are building Orvello to make workforce planning simpler, faster and more structured. The goal is to help businesses save time, reduce scheduling friction and create a better overview for both managers and employees. We are still in the early stages and are currently building the first version of the product. Our focus is to create a clean, practical and easy-to-use platform that solves a real operational problem without unnecessary complexity. We are two founders building Orvello together with technical support, and our ambition is to create a modern SaaS product that can become a strong tool for businesses in Denmark and eventually across the Nordics.

This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Januar ApS is a startup in the dynamic fintech space in Copenhagen, on a mission to build the gate for EU crypto companies. In essence, we want to empower innovative Fintech & web3 companies to build a more inclusive and open financial system. We're a dynamic team with big ambitions - and we've grown to 30 people in less than two years. In March 2022, we launched our first product, offering payment accounts to crypto businesses. This means that EU crypto companies can use Januar's payment account solutions to accept payments and send payouts while maintaining full compliance and stable business operations. Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing. Or dreaming. In November 2020, the renowned software investor, Viking Venture, invested € 10 million in TimeLog. The goal of the partnership is to create a Nordic PSA power house by accelerating product development, becoming even more TimeLoggers and acquiring at least one company a year over the next five years. In March 2022, TimeLog acquired its first company: AutoPilot. AutoPilot is a market leader in Denmark used by more than half of the Danish architects, and nearly that many engineers. It covers their need for time management, resource planning, pipeline, analysis and business intelligence. The acquisition is part of a strategy to offer more niche solutions to our customers. The acquisition of AutoPilot is also the first after the investment from Viking Venture. With the acquisition, we are more than 100 employees working from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Kuala Lumpur, London and Stockholm.
