Unfortunately, current methods for measuring VO₂max are often complex, time-consuming, and require a high-intensity physical effort (e.g., on a treadmill), which makes them inaccessible to many, especially the elderly, those with mobility issues, or patients recovering from illness. This widespread problem affects millions of people globally who could benefit from a simple, accurate, and non-invasive way to assess their fitness levels. We have developed the Seismofit® System, an award-winning medical device that revolutionizes CRF measurement. Our solution uses advanced seismocardiography—a technology that records the micro-vibrations of the chest caused by heartbeats—in combination with a sophisticated AI algorithm. In under three minutes, our system provides a highly accurate estimate of VO₂max without the need for any physical exercise. This fast, simple, and non-invasive process makes it possible for healthcare and wellness providers to easily integrate CRF assessments into routine check-ups, helping them provide more personalized care and better disease prevention strategies. For the last decade, knowledge work drifted from its original promise. It was supposed to be about thinking, creating, deciding. Instead it became status meetings, reporting, and alignment rituals. Palette Desktop is where teams put it to work. Point it at a folder on Google Drive or Dropbox, and run agents on Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, or a local model inside it. More providers ship in regularly. It opens those agents up to the whole company, including non-engineers, and the team picks the model that fits.
