Lumina

We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks. Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure. In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams. Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling. This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

VF Software

VF Software builds modern administration software for associations and professional administrators. Our platforms, Vores Forening and VF Bolig, bring accounting, member and unit management, invoicing, communication and documents into one system built specifically for association administration. Company profile VF Software is a Danish SaaS company building software for the people who run associations. Across Denmark, thousands of volunteer boards and professional administrators still rely on manual processes, spreadsheets, shared inboxes and disconnected systems to manage important financial and administrative work. That makes the work slower, more fragile and harder to hand over when new people take responsibility. We are changing that. Our products, Vores Forening and VF Bolig, help owner associations, homeowner associations, allotment garden associations and cooperative housing associations manage their administration in one place. The software combines accounting, invoicing, payment handling, members, units, documents, communication and reporting in a platform built around the actual workflows of association administration. The company started from our own experience as volunteers in associations. We knew the problem because we had lived with it ourselves. Since then, the product has grown into a platform used by hundreds of associations and built in close dialogue with the people who use it every day. We are now building the next stage of the company with VF Bolig, our professional platform for administrators. The ambition is to become the leading Nordic software platform for association administration. For our team, that means working on a real product with real users, important data and complex workflows. Quality, reliability and scalability matter. So does the ability to understand the people behind the software. We are a small team, so every person has a visible impact on the product, the codebase and the direction of the company.

FlavorScale

FlavorScale is a next-generation foodtech startup focused on revolutionizing how Gen Z discovers and connects with eateries. We solve the problem of fragmented, outdated, and inauthentic food discovery experiences that leave young food lovers scrolling endlessly yet never quite finding places that truly match their tastes and vibes. Current platforms often prioritize ads, generic ratings, or logistics rather than capturing the authentic culinary experience and community connection young users crave. FlavorScale’s platform is video-first and AI-powered, delivering engaging, personalized, and authentic food recommendations by harnessing behavioral data and smart algorithms. We bridge the gap between foodies and restaurants, empowering users to explore and share real experiences, and helping eateries reach the right audience with data-driven insights. Our live MVP has proven product-market fit, with strong success in Copenhagen, and we’re now preparing to scale through a larger pilot in a major Northwestern European city. By focusing exclusively on food discovery for Gen Z and combining community, AI, and real-time data, FlavorScale is poised to transform food discovery from a fragmented chore into an engaging, authentic, and efficient experience that benefits both consumers and the food industry. FlavorScale is building the definitive food discovery platform for Gen Z, video-first, AI-powered, and community-driven. Our MVP is live on Firebase, pre-pilot nailed strong traction in Copenhagen (our biggest win), and we're now scaling for a major Northwestern Europe launch with data insights that restaurants and brands crave. Why FlavorScale? Real momentum: Proven product-market fit from live MVP and pilots. Next: bigger city rollout, 2026 Q2 funding round, AI personalization at scale. Founding-level impact: Join a young, driven team as we build the core stack (Firebase, ML recs, event pipelines) with equity and ownership from day one. Foodtech at its best: Blend cutting-edge tech (React Native, Google Cloud, recommendation engines) with real-world testing in top food cities like Copenhagen, London, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. High-agency culture: Ship weekly, collaborate daily, iterate from user data. In-person team time in Denmark/Netherlands (relocation supported).

ReBite

At ReBite, we’re developing a protein bar that makes it easier to choose something truly healthy. Many people are looking for snacks that are simple, natural, and actually good for them. But most protein bars on the market today are highly processed and don’t live up to that. Most current protein bars: - Have long and confusing ingredient lists - Contain artificial sweeteners, additives, and protein isolates - Are high in protein, but offer very little fibre or real food ingredients - Don’t leave people feeling like they’ve eaten something healthy ReBite is different. Our bar is: - Made with whole, natural ingredients - 45% made from upcycled side-streams from the food industry in Copenhagen - Free from sweeteners, preservatives, and other additives - Made without protein isolates—only protein from original raw ingredients - High in fibre (10g) and with only 8g sugar from natural sources ReBite is a cleaner, more honest alternative for people who want a snack that’s better for both their body and the planet.

Toco

Toco is on a mission to revolutionize the economic system by recognising our most valuable asset - our Home Planet. Through an innovative approach, Toco introduces a new digital currency backed by real-world climate projects that reduce and remove CO2 from the atmosphere and contribute to saving our Home Planet. With an easy-to-use payment app, Toco makes every transaction - from buying a plant-based burger to renting a city bike - a step forward towards solving climate change. OUR WHY: We are on a mission to solve climate change. We must protect our common resources that are vital to life on earth. We are uniting communities to make climate action simple. HOW: We have tested this concept in Stellenbosch, a small South African town, with 67% business adoption and 45% MoM Community growth. Individuals could live in a currency that values the environment instead of its destruction. We are now expanding in Zurich and Denmark. Toco is a new global currency backed by CO2 (Supported by https://www.thecarbonreserve.org/) Every toco represents one tonne of CO2 credibly mitigated from the atmosphere. We turn economic activity into climate action. CURRENTLY: This summer, Toco is launching in Copenhagen, offering a unique opportunity to join a climate-forward movement of talented individuals called the Custodians of the Common. Custodians are passionate about using their time and talents to protect the environment and solve the greatest challenge of our time - climate change. Custodians come together to create change NOW, driven by the realisation that time is running out for the planet’s finite resources and there is NO PLAN(ET) B! As a Custodian, you will be at the forefront of introducing Toco to Copenhagen, spreading the word, and onboarding businesses and individuals to join the movement and start using a currency that directly contributes to sustainable projects that remove or reduce carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, to combat climate change. Beyond the climate impact that each Custodian creates, Custodians volunteer their time and are financially rewarded based on the climate impact they create.

Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Because sharing tastes better. leftovers.food admin@leftovers.food @leftovers.cph

Clerk.io

Clerk.io is the AI platform that helps e-commerce stores grow profitably by connecting shoppers with the right products at the right moment. Our technology powers personalized search, recommendations, chat, audiences and email for thousands of online stores, turning product data and customer behavior into better buying experiences and measurable revenue. We have been building for e-commerce since 2011 from our base in Copenhagen, and we are still founder-led, bootstrapped and product-focused. That means we move fast, stay close to our customers and care about making software that works in the real world, not just in a slide deck. Working at Clerk.io means joining an international team where ownership, curiosity and practical problem-solving matter. We use AI every day, but we value human judgement just as much: clear thinking, useful feedback, and people who want to learn by doing. If you want to help shape the future of e-commerce while growing your own skills, Clerk.io is a place where you can make a real impact.
