Candeno is a SaaS platform designed to simplify and modernize the employment market in Denmark, connecting three groups: job seekers, employers, and employment services (primarily job centers and municipalities). For job seekers, Candeno provides tools to build CVs and applications with AI assistance, create a visible profile that matches them to relevant positions, complete online learning programs, and get feedback from real people on their materials, available 24/7. For employers, the platform offers job postings with AI-generated match scores against candidate profiles, a silent search agent for proactive recruitment, and employer branding tools. At its core, Candeno bridges the gap between a job seeker's potential and the right opportunity, reducing manual processes, paperwork, and wasted time across the entire employment ecosystem. The philosophy is that technology should support human decisions, not replace them.

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. Geniebelt builds software that helps construction companies deliver repeatable projects faster and more predictably. Construction still runs on spreadsheets, emails, and manual coordination. This becomes especially painful for companies building the same type of project again and again — like residential developers running dozens or hundreds of projects at once. Geniebelt turns repeatable construction into repeatable systems. Our platform standardises project workflows, coordinates teams and subcontractors, and provides visibility across many projects so companies can plan better and reduce delays. Founded in 2012, Geniebelt has supported construction teams for more than a decade. In 2026 the company was spun out as an independent business again — bringing a fresh startup mindset to the next generation of the platform.

Conceiving through donation is often a complicated, highly regulated, time consuming, impersonal and expensive process. Because of this many future parents and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. BrainCapture is a Danish startup developing a revolutionary medical technology adressing the lack of access to neurological diganostics. This lack of access leads to millions of people going without diagnosis and treatment for conditions like Epilepsy. We believe this significant global issue can be addressed by applying the tools of the 21st century - smartphones, connectivity, AI and automation - to the outdated medical technology and practices currently in use.
