Conceiving through donation is often a complicated, highly regulated, time consuming, impersonal and expensive process. Because of this many future parents and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. Working with a flat structure, every individual at Sybo Games is an expert within their domain. Every production method is kept agile: fail fast and then make things function. Because of regular team meetings, working hours are mandatory between 10-16, but you can come earlier or stay later within the controlled flexibility of the schedule. Sybo Games have monthly Friday bars and movie nights where they feature both awarded and more unorthodox B-films. The social scene is extensive and besides the obvious interest in gaming it also offers Artistic Nights with a creative focus as well as a running club.

By assisting whenever the customer experience friction in the shopping journey, we ensure customers don’t leave to ChatGPT or competitors for guidance.
