Giv Effektivt

Giv Effektivt is a philanthropic fundraising organization that aims to 100x the impact of donations to charity. We search for the charity interventions that can improve or save most lives per dollar donated. In other words, we support some of the world's most cost-effective charity interventions within health and poverty eradication and pass on 100% of private donations directly to the cause. We can do that, as our operations costs are coved by external funding from philanthropic organizations and foundations that support our work. Our recommendations are based on +60.000 hours of research from some of the best charity evaluators, such as GiveWell and Giving What We Can. We’re solving the chaos of fragmented rentals with instant booking, dynamic pricing, and real-time availability. Think Uber meets Airbnb, built for construction. The What: what are you solving? The €35B+ equipment rental industry is stuck in the past. Contractors waste hours calling rental houses, chasing quotes, and juggling delays. Meanwhile, suppliers sit on underutilized machines and outdated booking systems. It’s fragmented, analog, and slow - killing time, budgets, and margins across the board. This isn’t a niche problem. It affects tens of thousands of businesses, every single day. The How: How MovoGo solves this We’re building the infrastructure layer for machine rentals, not just another marketplace. Contractors get real-time availability, instant booking, and transparent pricing. Rental houses get automated fleet management, AI-driven pricing, and higher utilization. The platform controls pricing logic within supplier-defined ranges eliminating race-to-the-bottom chaos and creating a unified user experience. Unioo is building a digital compliance and board management platform to help financial institutions and voluntary associations handle complex regulatory reporting—simply, securely, and without friction. 1. What problem are we solving? Associations in Europe are required by law to submit complex KYC and AML documentation to their financial institutions. This process is often confusing, paper-based, and time-consuming—especially for small, volunteer-run associations. At the same time, banks are struggling to comply with increasingly strict regulations without overloading internal teams or alienating nonprofit customers. 2. How are we solving it? Unioo provides a secure, plug-and-play digital platform where associations can easily complete their mandatory bank reporting. At the same time, they gain access to a suite of free digital board tools—meeting management, task tracking, file sharing and more. Banks receive fully compliant data packages with no internal resource strain. Associations stay compliant while benefiting from better tools for managing their boards. 3. Why are we doing this? We started Unioo as volunteers ourselves. We saw how much time was wasted on outdated processes, and how legal changes (like AML) were turning volunteer work into a bureaucratic burden. Then we realized: we could help both associations and banks by offering one unified solution—tailored for the unique needs of volunteer boards and aligned with financial institutions' regulatory requirements. 4. We are building large-scale robots with computer vision to sort all waste in extremely high purity. You are right for the team if you are passionate about building robots and/or their AI controls. Our main focus is keeping the team small. Easysort is not profitable yet. We expect to be able to pay you before the end of 2025, but all positions are unpaid and current equity-based. We expect everyone to be on-site all the time when working with Easysort.
