Hococo

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan. Most of us can recognise the frustration of tons of paper work or extra bills coming in when moving in or out. And most of us also can imagine how a perfect tenant experience would look like if we could choose our selves. Rent is, after all, for most of us the biggest recurring expense in our lives! Therefore it is only fair to expect something extraordinary in return for all those rent payments and service charges. As tenants we expect more of our rentals, looking to utilize the full potential of our stay whether it be through vibrant communities, new services offerings or pure convenience. Times are changing and Hococo is there to help.

Brand by Hand ApS

Brand by Hand udspringer fra Aarhus og bygger på et solidt fundament inden for IT-ekspertise. Monotree

We make branded community apps for desk-less workforces. Founded in 2019, Monotree is a fast growing and profitable start up with over 250 customers in 18 different countries. We build everything in-house and believe that a state of the art product combined with worldclass service is the only war forward. We are a healthy and streamlined business that enjoys moving fast. Monotree consists only of highly skilled people, who get a maximum amount of freedom to contribute to the company in the way they see fit. We are a part of the new breed of tech companies where profitability matters - we are here tomorrow - and the day efter that. We play the long game. Monotree currently employs 12 people and we are actively hiring for more positions, with at least 3-4 people joining 2026. HQ is in Copenhagen, but some work remote. Company atmosphere is relaxed, we keep meetings to a minimum and let people dive deep into their work. We do spend a decent amount of our profits on eating out at very good restaurants.

ISSUU

Issuu is a massive omni channel digital publishing platform and cloud service that, through the Issuu Story Cloud, enables marketers, brands and creators globally to digitally create, share and monetize brochures, content marketing materials, publications, look books, catalogs and more across all screens and formats. The Issuu Story Cloud, which includes integrations with Adobe Indesign, Google AMP, Dropbox, Google Drive and others and is a content sharing and distribution service that sits between Creative Cloud and Marketing Cloud products. With the Story Cloud, we enable marketers and brands to create once and share everywhere digitally. Issuu has massive scale with more than 1 million marketers, brands and creators leveraging the platform annually and more than 100 million uniques consuming content monthly. Our Copenhagen office is conveniently close to the center in the heart of Vesterbro. It has a friendly, creative and welcoming atmosphere in a cool office environment, additionally with a music room, table tennis, and old-school arcade games. Nabogo

Carpooling solves three major societal problems; lack of mobility outside the big cities, congestion during rush hour and CO2 emissions from the transport sector. Nabogo is a solution with the mission that everyone enjoys city-like public mobility - we make it affordable for society, companies, and citizens. There are only 1.08 people in a commuter car on average, which leads to queues, pollution and time wasted in traffic. Furthermore, finding parking spaces in cities, towns and near large workplaces has not become easier. And last but not least, the high proportion of cars with one person has a significant negative impact on the environment. With a dedicated effort for carpooling, it is not unrealistic that together we can reduce the number of cars and CO2 emissions by up to 25%. That is why we have created nabogo, a carpooling service for daily trips and commuting between districts, towns, business areas and stations. Our primary customers are public transport companies, municipalities, regions and the corporate sector. Once the solution is established in an area, it can be used at no cost to users. Naturally, a successful transition to carpooling requires active support from municipalities, educational institutions, businesses and local communities to spread information about the possibility of greener and more affordable commuting. Fortunately, we are well on our way here with several cross-cutting collaborations. A core functionality of the nabogo app is our pre-defined meeting points, which are places where people drive to and from and pass by - and which function as fixed pick-up and drop-off points for carpooling. This makes it easy and fast to coordinate carpooling, while creating a new infrastructure and improved mobility in the area. The app is closely integrated with public transport to show all the possibilities. We establish meeting points in collaboration with our partners, and this function ensures good hubs between carpooling and public transport, for example at stations. Nabogo is thus a complete alternative to driving alone in your own car. In collaboration with the municipalities, communication efforts are directed towards districts and towns, and we engage businesses and educational institutions so that citizens are informed where they live, work or study. Nabogo is found in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Khora

Khora is an award-winning Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) production studio based in Copenhagen, creating cutting edge content within multiple application areas. We are 30 full time employees, and over the last five years we have produced more than 350 VR/AR applications and hosted more than 1500 workshops and events. We are exploring the value potential of VR and AR through meaningful collaborations and partnerships. We work within multiple industries, with a deep understanding of the technologies and of how and why businesses and institutions should work within these emerging mediums. Moonboon , launched in 2020, is a Danish company that creates premium sleep products targeted children aged 0-3. Designs and products align with Scandinavian principles of simplicity, functionality, and sustainability, and aim to support the natural development of the child and create a beautiful bond between the parent and the baby. Products are distributed mainly via Moonboon’s own online shop and offline via distributors in almost 70 markets, and receives positive feedback and recognition from thousands of happy customers and media Moonboon's vision is to pioneer the children’s sleep category worldwide, and to build a universe of connected products that enable the best parenting experiences

Coinify

Coinify ApS is an established global virtual currency platform actively offering solutions in Europe, Asia and other regions. Coinify’s services include: individual currency trading, corporate brokerage, payment processing services, and Enterprise solutions via Coinify API. Our mission is to mainstream the use of virtual currencies and thus help businesses and individuals to adopt financial innovation. Moreover, Coinify can be seen as a bridge for merchants that can e.g. accept blockchain payments in 15 currencies and receive payouts in fiat. Coinify team consists of strong backgrounds in payments, finance, risk, e-commerce, and compliance areas and experience in working with digital currencies since 2010. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is owned by US-based Voyager.

IO Interactive

IO Interactive is an independent games developer and publisher with studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona and Istanbul. We are the creators of the HITMAN franchise, Kane & Lynch and Freedom Fighters. We are now working on the exciting Project 007, a brand new James Bond video game, and Project Fantasy, an RPG fantasy online game - all powered by our award-winning, proprietary Glacier technology.
