We’re building the data infrastructure and AI Operating System for residential real estate, starting with an API ingestion layer that connects to property management systems, ERPs, and ESG data sources across Europe. Our platform unifies fragmented real estate data into a single, standardized layer that powers automation, portfolio intelligence, and agentic workflows , giving landlords, asset managers, and investors a live view of their portfolios and the tools to act on it in real time. In short: we’re building the data rails and AI layer that the future of residential real estate will run on.

MOELLE

MOELLE is a collection of items that pay tribute to our deep-rooted relationship with the natural world. At MOELLE, we put an emphasis on creating designs that go beyond aesthetics and functionality. We call it 'meaningful designs' and this value centers on the idea that our designs have a purpose and make a positive impact on individuals, society, and the environment. Our kitchenware collection is a celebration of the human connection between nature and food culture. Food has the power to bring people together, fostering relationships and creating memorable moments. It links us to our roots and defines our identity. In French, "moelle" means marrow and is used metaphorically to describe the core or essence of something. It's a way of getting to the heart of a matter or understanding its essence, and this is exactly our mission with MOELLE.

THE EARTH NEEDS MORE RESALE Wardrobe Collectr is the solution for luxury fashion lovers who want an easy, safe and fast way to sell their designer pieces as well as spare the environment. We are a concierge consignment platform that connects sellers and buyers of high-end designer items. Our goal is to create a luxury fashion platform where both sides can benefit.

Hos Pitaya designer vi og producere vores eget tøj. Vores salg foregår på vores webshop, hvor vi sælger i Danmark og har ambitioner om at begynde i resten af skandinavien i nærmeste fremtid. Samt vores fysiske butik på Badstuegade i Århus. Vi har kontor og lager i Århus V, tæt på midtbyen og BSS. I 2019 startede Pitaya, og siden er det gået stærkt. I dag er vi 7 medarbejdere, der arbejder for at gøre vores kunder endnu mere tilfredse. Vi er en ung, dynamisk virksomhed - hos os er det vigtigt, at der er plads til god stemning og et spil bordfodbold i arbejdstiden. Derudover har vi løbende sociale arrangementer, hvor vi rystes sammen.

We launched in 2019 on Product Hunt as #1 product of the day and have been growing 40% monthly since then. We're backed by top tier investors and are a small scrappy team with big plans. Read our story below and get in touch! Inspiration The founders have collectively lived in 15 cities and traveled to 60+ countries. We know how annoying it is to have your things dragging you down. I personally own less than 3 suitcases worth of belongings. Lightbulb Moment A few years ago, I was getting drinks with co-workers after work on a Friday. A friend said he’d join, but had to go all the way out of the way to drop his work bag at home. I thought “what a waste of time, there's got to be a better way.” Problem People spend so much time planning their days (and their lives) around the things that they own. The status quo when you land in a new city is to go straight to the airport just to drop your stuff off, even if it doesn’t make sense otherwise. Solution Tapping into local hotels and shops, we can open up storage space nearly everywhere in a city. Reshopper

Reshopper har siden 2012 været børnefamiliernes foretrukne markedsplads over mobilen, hvor brugere har købt og solgt millioner af brugte ting af hinanden via den prisvindende app. I 2022 åbnede vi den første fysiske Reshopper butik, hvor vi sælger overskudsvarer fra restpartier, konkursboer, tidligere kollektioner samt secondhand. I dag har vi 2 butikker, som er placeret i Valby og Taastrup. Hver dag sætter vi en ære i at gøre den cirkulære shopping til en friktionsløs og god oplevelse for vores brugere både i vores butikker og via den digitale markedsplads app. På den måde engagerer vi familier til en mere bæredygtig adfærd, så vi alle bidrager med at løse FNs verdensmålene ‘bæredygtige byer og lokalsamfund’ og ‘ansvarligt forbrug og produktion’. Vi har store ambitioner og er i fuld gang med at bygge fremtidens omnichannel koncept med salg af secondhand og overskudsvarer i børnekategorien. Derfor leder vi altid efter passionerede og dedikerede mennesker til vores team, som vil være med til at gøre en forskel. Morph

We back bold entrepreneurs in their earliest stages and help shape the foundation of their aspirations. We classify investments into three categories; BUILD, SCALE, and FOMO. Building cases are companies that are so early that the company might not even be registered with the authorities yet. It’s merely an idea that we need to shape together, right from the beginning. Here we put in lots of hours and enough capital to build a minimum viable product and test the product on the market. If successful, we move to a scale-up phase investing more money and/or raise capital from external investors. SCALE cases are more developed. The first team is there, and they are close to a product-market fit. We help build the foundation with capital, advisory and agreed-upon milestones within, e.g., legal work, growth hacking, or strategy. Finally, yes, we do also invest in FOMO cases with only capital…

SHUP

SHUP er verdens nemmeste hostede webshop løsning. Det har aldrig været nemmere og hurtigere at starte en webshop op, end nu! De mest populære hostede løsninger til at åbne en webshop er WooCommerce, ShopOrama eller Dandomain (og resten af BlueGroup) - og det er virkelig komplicerede løsninger som kræver tekniske skills og lang tung onboarding. Eneste seriøse bud på disse løsninger er Shopify og Wix. Dog er de efterhånden blevet så komplicerede pga. mange krav fra millioner af brugere og samtidig er de blevet dyre og tilbyder ikke samme service niveau som tidligere. SHUP kommer til at ændre dette ved helt bevidst at være en simpel løsning målrettet de 80% som ikke har krav til avancerede analyser, komplekse indstillinger, udvidede integrationer osv. SHUP kan "all the basics", som typisk er nok for en stor målgruppe. GoShup!

Preo

"Preo" is a white label e-commerce platform for event organisers that works with the onsite experience. Founded in January 2022, Preo is mobile pre-ordering platform for event organizers. It works perfectly with onsite operations and helps organizers sell products online, reduce waste, and evaluate guests’ behavior, all while taking the overall event revenue to a whole new level. Since its launch, Preo has achieved several milestones, from developing fully-functional products to successfully launching at major events like Roskilde Festival and Kulturnatten. Preo currently has three products, each catering to the unique needs of guests, organizers, and event staff. And it’s just the beginning. We’re planning to expand our presence to the European and American markets and become a go-to partner for every event organizer aiming to grow. Preo has raised angel investment from a group of significant event tech industry players.

MARDA

MARDA is a modern men’s swimwear brand obsessed with creating a better world by using plastic from our oceans and landfills to make premium swim shorts that are made to last. Our philosophy finds the harmony between plastic and design to create highly sustainable swim trunks bought to life with the best in Japanese fabric technology. The driving force behind MARDA is simple. To design swimwear for men by unifying exclusive forward designs with a highly green focus. Buying a Marda product is about joining a lifestyle that cares about our future. Every production step, from sourcing 100% recycled materials, to the design aesthetic right through to fabric innovation, is enriched by our creative touch and profound love for the earth.

Hococo

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan. Most of us can recognise the frustration of tons of paper work or extra bills coming in when moving in or out. And most of us also can imagine how a perfect tenant experience would look like if we could choose our selves. Rent is, after all, for most of us the biggest recurring expense in our lives! Therefore it is only fair to expect something extraordinary in return for all those rent payments and service charges. As tenants we expect more of our rentals, looking to utilize the full potential of our stay whether it be through vibrant communities, new services offerings or pure convenience. Times are changing and Hococo is there to help.

Intercare

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.

MoveNation is a startup company of people that want to make the worlds best country moving platform. Our first goal is to help 1 million people moving with a strong focus on leisure financial freedom. We are backed by the venture capital fund Antler.co. We work towards making country moving as transparent and easy as possible. Today we see moving country as challenging as booking airline tickets before the 1990's and before Expedia, Momondo etc - complex, expensive and super slow. Our mission is to make it as easy to move nations as it is to book an airline ticket. Our solution is to give our users an instant overview of all the options that nations have to offer. How many steps it requires to move and the total costs of everything included. (advisors, taxes, etc) When we succeed with the above we will truly have made an impact and changed the world.
