Perma Padel ApS

Perma Padel is on a mission to become a leading global racket sports brand and equipment manufacturer, defined by an unwavering commitment to premium performance, sustainability, and innovation. Perma Padel is the first to apply a novel industrial manufacturing process for padel rackets using 100% recyclable thermoplastic carbon fiber, unlocking a new era of performance, sustainability, and scalability. By moving from manual labor to precision automation, we slash manufacturing time significantly, while delivering a product that is twice as durable as the competition. Our Core Innovations Include: MonoFrame™: A supercar-inspired unibody design that removes the traditional hollow internal frame. This creates a stronger racket with a larger, more forgiving sweet spot. OmniCore™: High-grade foam from edge to edge. This eliminates dead zones, maximizes energy return, and significantly reduces vibration to lower the risk of injury. FutureFiber™: Our proprietary thermoplastic carbon fiber allows for a fully circular model. Unlike toxic epoxy-based rackets, our materials are 100% recyclable and enable zero-waste manufacturing. We have already secured a launch partnership with Denmark's biggest retailer and have an organic waitlist of over 700 players. We are currently finalizing product development for a Summer 2026 launch.

Using efficient and long lasting natural fabrics combined with laser technology and innovative production applications, we provide A) pure cutting-edge jeans designs for men and women, B) scalable sharing and take-back schemes and C) we share these stories with you. It's a green way of doing things. It’s ORGANSK®. A key component to our product design puzzle is adopting circular thinking during the initial design phase. At ORGANSK®, the approach starts with a pen and paper in Copenhagen, Denmark. We work towards a sustainable future, which requires new thinking about materials, business models, design approaches, customer insight, story telling and aesthetics. • Environmental & Social Damages The fashion industry has a devastating impact on the environment. It is the second largest polluter in the world, right after the oil industry. The environmental damage is increasing as the industry grows while low wages , child and slave labor keep garment workers in a cycle of poverty. At ORGANSK®, we are tackling environmental and social damages and creating solutions at every level. From the fields to cotton gin, to textile mills and product in hand - the process is ensured in terms of working conditions, sustainability and ecology. Careful choices on production of fibers, processing and treatments result in a garment that is safe for you and our environment. Every fabric ingredient, accessory & every process is certified and recognized as eco-friendly to the highest possible standards to underpin our ORGANSK®Approach. We believe that our customers have the right to know how, where and by whom the product is made. That is why every fibre and each process is 100% traceable. Combining innovative technologies like Laser, e-Flow, Ozone and Atmos steam washes - we are reducing water usage as much as 95% in production processes and eliminating ALL toxic chemicals that can harm you or our planet. • Closing the loop It is not only design and production we focus on. For ORGANSK®, socially responsible production and circular design is just as important as health and ecology, and above all: ethical consumption. With our take-back and leasing schemes, we are generating unwanted and surplus fabric into something beautiful for you. With our technology and business approach, we keep the supply and value chain in a closed loop. We think globally, act locally and do not necessarily have to be the best in the world but the best for the world. KEY FIGURES Fashion Freedom • Subscribe, rent or buy. Influencio

Influencio is a two-sided marketplace for companies and creators/influencers. We're on a mission to professionalize the creator economy by facilitating a platform where creators and influencers can showcase the commercial aspect of their SoMe profiles - and connect on a professional level. There are two fundamental problems within the industry 1) influencers/creators are often denied acknowledgement for their work and occupation and 2) companies are longing for stronger insights into the influencers they decide to collaborate with. For creators and influencers, Influencio solves this by offering a place to express their commercial experience and professionalism. Their profiles on Influencio will function as media-kit often requested by larger companies. More importantly, our marketplace allow influencers and creators to apply or be recruited to campaigns and thereby accelerating careers. For companies, we match their target group directly with an influencer's follower demographics to ensure the best match. Evaluating influencers has never been more transparent by granting insights into a combination of prior experience, content style, analytics, and reviews made by other companies. So why are we doing this? Well, we have a profound interest in the creator/influencer economy, and we've identified a gap that Influencio is fit to solve. Based on countless interviews with both upcoming and established influencers, as well as new eCommerce founders and corporate brand managers, we started developing Influencio based on their invaluable feedback. Now it's time to turn Influencio into a valuable professional community for creators and influencers around the world. Embark on our journey and join the mission!

OrderBuddy

OrderBuddy is a digital menu platform that helps dining places to an efficient and quick order flow without getting annoyed customers. We have all been out in a dining situation where the waiters are too busy to get to you, and it takes the fun away from being there with friends and family. What if you could just order and pay, have fun with the people you are there with, and then wait to get served. After you're done, you can order more, or leave the place without getting the waiter one more time. OrderBuddy is an ordering system, where guests can place and pay their orders directly from the table on their own phones. No need to install anything, just scan the QR code on the table, or go to the webpage and find the dining place, add items to the cart and pay. The order goes directly to the kitchen or bar. The idea for OrderBuddy of course started when I was out dining with some friends. The place was busy, and we actually wanted to order a new round of beer to the table, however the waiters were too busy elsewhere, and when we finally got a hold of the waiter we decided to just pay. The restaurant lost revenue and ended up with customers who had a bad experience.

SiteSage

SiteSage is developing an AI co-pilot for e-commerce customer support teams to help them resolve tickets faster and with higher quality by integrating directly into their existing systems and automating repetitive workflows with secure, action-based AI. In practice, we give support agents “superpowers”. SiteSage connects ticketing platforms with shop systems, WMS, ERP, shipping providers, and other operational tools, so agents no longer have to switch between systems or manually search for data. The AI retrieves context instantly, categorizes cases, suggests structured replies, and can execute predefined actions such as pausing orders or validating shipment status, all within controlled, role-based permissions. Instead of replacing people, we remove friction. Agents focus on exceptions and customer experience, while repetitive tasks and cross-system lookups are handled intelligently in the background.

Firtal Tech

Firtal Tech is a part of Firtal Group, owned by Matas A/S. Our primary product is SELVEO, an e-commerce logistics management SaaS, hyperfocused and -optimized towards modern e-commerce businesses. SELVEO is currently in closed beta and is used by multiple e-commerce businesses - big and small. The ambition is to become "Shopify for e-commerce logistics." The platform is so simple that it's easy to use even with 20-30 orders a day and up to 5.000 orders and beyond (our current customers represent all parts of that range). On the technical side, SELVEO is built API-first and made up of several microservices written in multiple languages (Go, NodeJS, Rust, PHP), depending on which language best suits the service.

RE-ZIP

What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. Hence working at RE-ZIP will offer you in-person colleagues in Denmark and remote colleagues in before mentioned countries and more to come. Working at RE-ZIP Working from the Danish RE-ZIP HQ you will find a bunch of nice new co-workers who appreciate to work from the office most days, because the energy we create together is important for us. That does not mean that you have to be here all day every day. You will have flexible working hours to accommodate your daily life. The atmosphere in the office is laid back and rather than working solo on projects and tasks we gather and combine our skills. Send us your application to come join us in our mission to change e-commerce packaging for good.
