Miinto Group

Join the leading online fashion platform in Europe! Miinto is one of Europe’s fastest-growing and most promising eCommerce businesses. Founded in 2009, we are now connecting online shoppers, boutiques, and brands in 13 European markets. How is it to build an international platform that powers millions of users worldwide on a daily basis? Let’s check! Back in 2009 in Odense, Denmark, Konrad founded Miinto with his best friend, Mike. They wanted to make it easier for everyone to find the best selection of fashion from local shops, often situated in the bigger cities, without having to travel there. Today, we are a dynamic and young company with more than 600 employees across offices in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Milan, Oslo, and remote from other places in the World, passionately working to connect all independent fashion boutiques and brands in Europe on our platform. We’re building a tech platform that powers millions of users worldwide, so we have driven for technology in every team. We use open source technologies and microservice architecture to enable autonomous teams of the brightest minds to innovate and address complex technical challenges. We love to break the norms and don’t fear going above and beyond to provide value to our customers & partners in new and unexpected ways.

Reshopper

AI Rookie helps companies turn AI interest into real capability. Many organizations want their employees to use AI more effectively, but they struggle to move from inspiration to practical adoption. Traditional training is often too generic, too theoretical, and quickly forgotten. Employees need relevant guidance, hands-on support, and someone they can learn from in the context of their actual work. That is the problem we are solving. AI Rookie is a platform where companies can give their employees access to experienced AI mentors who help them build confidence, skills, and real-world AI workflows. Instead of one-off courses, we focus on practical mentoring that makes AI useful in everyday work. We are building AI Rookie because we believe the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the state of the technology— it is the gap between potential and implementation. Companies need a better way to help their people learn by doing, ask questions, and apply AI responsibly and effectively.
