Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend. Introduction to Lars (CTO): Lars is a 2nd time founder with >15 years of experience as CTO, and successfully exited from his previous venture. We source the produce directly from farms and bring it back into the food system through a food box subscription that we sell to private consumers, making it easy to eat more sustainably - with exciting business expansion in the pipeline.
