Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Because sharing tastes better. leftovers.food admin@leftovers.food @leftovers.cph

SPLISH

Cloudhuset A/S

Our mission is to help companies in the Nordic region use technology to create profitable customer relationships. We work within the themes customer service, support and customer experience (CX) and our solutions are usually based on the CX platform Zendesk which we are experts in. We help our customers put everything they need in a single location so that communication with their customers is efficient, relevant, and personal. We offer simple, yet powerful solutions that make it easy for our customers to engage with their customers — where and when it’s right for them. Communication channels can be connected so conversations are seamless, making our customers more productive, and context can be shared across their teams. As one of the few Zendesk partners in Europe we have qualified to become “Master Implementer” which is their highest partner level. This translates into highly profitable and impactful results for our customers and our strategic collaboration with best-in-class technology vendors means that we can proudly offer our customers the best solutions as well as very high ROI.

Morph

We back bold entrepreneurs in their earliest stages and help shape the foundation of their aspirations. We classify investments into three categories; BUILD, SCALE, and FOMO. Building cases are companies that are so early that the company might not even be registered with the authorities yet. It’s merely an idea that we need to shape together, right from the beginning. Here we put in lots of hours and enough capital to build a minimum viable product and test the product on the market. If successful, we move to a scale-up phase investing more money and/or raise capital from external investors. SCALE cases are more developed. The first team is there, and they are close to a product-market fit. We help build the foundation with capital, advisory and agreed-upon milestones within, e.g., legal work, growth hacking, or strategy. Finally, yes, we do also invest in FOMO cases with only capital…

Homeswap

Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation. The model is built on credits: you earn credits when you host other members, and you use those credits to travel. There is no money exchanged between members, which makes the experience feel more personal, fair and community-driven than traditional renting. Travel with Homeswap feels different because you stay in real homes, in real neighbourhoods, from real people. It attracts a type of traveller who values meaning and connection over pure convenience. Many members also like the sustainable aspect – instead of building new hotels or keeping second homes empty, existing space is shared and used better. The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. Growth has come through word of mouth, community recommendations and people who like the idea of travelling without paying for accommodation.
