Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Over the past 10 years, we've seen this mission spread around the world and beyond our wildest dreams. Now, we are a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 16 countries across 3 continents. So, how did we do it? Our weekly boxes full of exciting recipes and fresh ingredients have blossomed into a community of customers looking for delicious, healthy and sustainable options. The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. We started in the Nordics in 2019 and are continuing to scale up throughout Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Influencio

Influencio is a two-sided marketplace for companies and creators/influencers. We're on a mission to professionalize the creator economy by facilitating a platform where creators and influencers can showcase the commercial aspect of their SoMe profiles - and connect on a professional level. There are two fundamental problems within the industry 1) influencers/creators are often denied acknowledgement for their work and occupation and 2) companies are longing for stronger insights into the influencers they decide to collaborate with. For creators and influencers, Influencio solves this by offering a place to express their commercial experience and professionalism. Their profiles on Influencio will function as media-kit often requested by larger companies. More importantly, our marketplace allow influencers and creators to apply or be recruited to campaigns and thereby accelerating careers. For companies, we match their target group directly with an influencer's follower demographics to ensure the best match. Evaluating influencers has never been more transparent by granting insights into a combination of prior experience, content style, analytics, and reviews made by other companies. So why are we doing this? Well, we have a profound interest in the creator/influencer economy, and we've identified a gap that Influencio is fit to solve. Based on countless interviews with both upcoming and established influencers, as well as new eCommerce founders and corporate brand managers, we started developing Influencio based on their invaluable feedback. Every production step, from sourcing 100% recycled materials, to the design aesthetic right through to fabric innovation, is enriched by our creative touch and profound love for the earth.

Intercare

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.
