LOOW is a multipurpose clothing company for versatile people. We have specialized in 100% merinowool products of the highest quality. Our products are inspired from the usage and functionality in the danish army, this functionality is then combined with extreme comfort and a modern timeless design you experience in our 100% merino wool products. We aim to produce locally, when we have the option, or at least in Europe. LOOW is now in expansion-mode and we require a bit more manpower.

Stori is a fast growing Copenhagen based company in the e-commerce interior design space. Known for securing 2.5m DKK in funding in the danish version of Shark Tank called Løvens Hule. We are not simply another multibrand webshop looking to compete with existing stores. Stori is an extensive interior design univers that you do not only visit to find your favorite brands, but also to seek inspiration through our online interior design magazine, and for perks through our membership program, Club Stori. Stori has also become a brand of its own by releasing our first ever products and designs. What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. The Solution to Our Time’s Flood of Pictures Lies in Photo Books. We are living in a time where we take more pictures than ever before. However, it is also a time where we no longer have them developed or spend time looking at them together. This has the team behind the Danish company SubBook come up with a solution to. They have made it easy to get the photo books back in the living rooms, so that friends and family can gather around the pictures and look back at all of their greatest memories together. And now they are expanding to the international market. The team has developed a photo book app called SubBook, which allows users to collect pictures from both Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and the iPhone camera roll to make simple photo books as easy as possible. They have made it with a particular focus on a user-friendly experience, so that people can both create and order their photo books while grocery shopping or in the bus on the way home from work. Because the team would like to spread the joy of perpetuated memories and the possibility to make simple, personalized, and cheap photo books to even more people, they now have entered the international market. In doing so they have also launched their website and app in English versions, while their photo books are delivered to all of Europe. With a sustainable aim. As the team wishes to give something back to the resources they use in their production, SubBook has joined in with the organization One Tree Planted. This collaboration means that a tree is planted every time a customer orders three books using the SubBook app. The team care a great deal about the traces they leave on our Earth and because of this, they only use paper qualities complying with international environmental requirements. This also means that their customers can order books with a clean and green conscience. For now, the SubBook app only works with iPhones, but as a part of their international launch the team is working tirelessly on developing an app for Android users, so that many more can join in on getting pictures out of the phones and into the photo books.

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.

We are a team of experts and entrepreneurs. We spent years in the financial industry and in the startup ecosystem of Europe. Through the years we have seen startups fail and succeed — and one determining factor of their fate has been repeatedly their access to capital. A good idea, a good team or the right timing are important determinant of the success rate, but if there is no fuel in the form of capital and cash flow, no matter how great the idea, the company will fail. Startups and companies often turn to angel investors, venture funds or accelerators to supply growth, however for this they would have to give up large chunks of ownership of their companies, chunks that could be worth a lot more with time. On the other hand, investors wouldn’t provide capital unless there is market validation in the form of paying customers. Applying for loans at commercial banks is tough. The application process takes months and approval rates are low. Personal guarantees, collaterals, securities, and additional fees apply. All these forms of financing don’t support the growth trajectory of an early business — they come with too many terms and conditions, restrictions and legal mumbo-jumbo. Our solution: Kvikk. With our network of investors, we raised a small fund that enables us to discover and fund promising early businesses — and work with them on the long term. With public and private data banks we built a machine learning based assessment algorythm that classifies businesses based on data retrieved through commercial, payment and analytics APIs.
